1. Avocado Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- Sweetened condensed milk, adjust to your preferred sweetness.
- 1 small cup of brewed coffee
Preparation:
- Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the seed, and peel off the skin. Scoop the flesh out with a spoon or cut it into pieces. To retain maximum nutrition, it’s best to use ripe avocados and peel them by hand. Check out the guide on how to pick and use ripe avocados for the best smoothie results.
- Dissolve the sweetened condensed milk with hot water and stir until fully blended. Let the coffee cool slightly, then refrigerate it. If you're using freshly brewed coffee, the smoothie will have a richer flavor.
- Place the prepared avocado into a blender with about 2/3 cup of coffee, adding condensed milk to taste. For a chilled smoothie, feel free to add ice. Blend at medium speed for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Now, garnish your smoothie for an appealing look. Pour the coffee mixture into a glass, and finish with a thin layer of coffee on top. You can also decorate with a bright red cherry or a sprig of mint to make the avocado smoothie even more attractive.


2. Mango Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe mango
- 1/2 fresh lemon
- 50ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 100ml sweetened milk
- 100ml heavy cream (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash the ripe mango, peel it, and slice half of it into bite-sized pieces. Dice the remaining half for decoration (optional).
- Clean the avocado, slice it in half, remove the seed and inner skin, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Note: Avoid taking the flesh too close to the skin to avoid bitterness.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice.
- Place the avocado, mango pieces, lemon juice, yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and sweetened milk into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- For the best flavor, taste the smoothie and adjust by adding more ingredients if you want a tangier or sweeter taste.
- Pour the mango avocado smoothie into a glass. For extra decoration, top with diced mango pieces and a layer of whipped cream (if desired).


3. Durian Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 2 sections of durian
- 150ml unsweetened milk
- 50g condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons of sugar (adjust according to your preferred sweetness)
Instructions:
- Remove the seed from the durian and scoop out the flesh (make sure to choose durian that is just ripe, with soft, sweet, golden flesh and a strong fragrant aroma).
- For the avocado, slice it in half, peel the skin, remove the seed, and cut the flesh into small pieces. (Choose a ripe, soft avocado to enhance the smoothie’s creamy texture without any bitterness.)
- Place all the prepared ingredients, including the chopped avocado, durian flesh, unsweetened milk, condensed milk, and sugar, into a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Finally, pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy your delicious durian avocado smoothie. I didn’t add ice to the recipe as it might dilute the flavor, but if you prefer it cold, you can add some crushed ice after blending or chill it in the fridge before serving.


4. Strawberry Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 5 strawberries
- 100ml fresh milk
- Sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- Wash the avocado, cut it in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh.
- Soak and clean the strawberries.
- Place the avocado, strawberries, and fresh milk into a blender, and blend until smooth. Add enough sweetened condensed milk and blend again until the sweetness is well combined.
- Pour into a glass, slice some strawberries thinly, and place them on top of the smoothie. Enjoy!


5. Sinh tố bơ sữa tươi
Nguyên liệu:
- Bơ sáp chín: 1 quả
- Sữa đặc: 20ml
- Sữa tươi: 100ml (hoặc nhiều hơn nếu thích)
- Đường: tùy theo khẩu vị từng người
- Đá bào hay đá viên giã nhuyễn
Cách làm:
- Cắt bơ, lấy hết thịt bơ cho vào máy xay sinh tố
- Tiếp theo, cho thêm đá và các nguyên liệu để xay nhuyễn đến khi chúng mịn lại và hòa quyện với nhau.
- Đổ ra ly và thưởng thức thôi. Thường công thức này sẽ giúp cho sinh tố bơ béo hơn, ngậy vị sữa tươi hơn. Có thể là một thức uống bổ dưỡng kèm theo cho bửa sáng thêm ngon miệng.


6. Sinh tố bơ với sữa dừa
Nguyên liệu:
- Bơ sáp chín 1 hoặc 2 quả (tùy quả lớn nhỏ và nhu cầu sử dụng).
- Sữa đặc: 60 gram hoặc hơn nếu thích béo.
- Sữa tươi: khoảng 50 ml.
- Nước cốt dừa: Chỉ cần 1 thìa cà phê.
- Đường (Với những người kiêng đường thì có thể không dùng, vì sữa đặc đã có vị ngọt).
- Đá viên.
Cách làm:
- Cắt bơ làm đôi, bỏ hạt và nạo thịt bơ cho vào tô.
- Cho thêm 5-6 viên đá vừa đủ dùng cho vào thịt bơ, sữa đặc, cốt dừa và đường theo ý thích. Cho tất cả vào máy xay sinh tố và xay nhuyễn chúng trong 30 giây – hay 1 phút tùy theo công suất máy.
- Bạn nêm nếm lại độ ngọt, độ béo vừa ăn. Sau đó cho ra ly thủy tinh, rắc lên trên ít sợi cơm dừa và xử lý chúng nào.

7. Avocado Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 200g avocado
- 100g banana
- 40ml fresh milk
- 20ml sweetened condensed milk
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Peel the avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh.
- Peel the banana and cut it into halves or thirds.
- Place the avocado, banana, fresh milk, and condensed milk in the blender, and blend until smooth.
- Add sugar syrup and ice cubes, then blend for another 10 seconds. Finally, pour the avocado banana smoothie into a glass and enjoy the refreshing beverage immediately.
