The investment in the Ring Road 4 project covers a total length of 112.8 km, including 103.1 km of Ring Road 4 and 9.7 km of connecting highway linking to the Noi Bai - Ha Long expressway, crossing through Hanoi (58.2 km), Hung Yen (19.3 km), and Bac Ninh (25.6 km). The total investment for the project amounts to 85.813 trillion VND. This new ring road is anticipated to help shape the modern and civilized urban landscape of Hanoi and its Ha Dong district, supporting the city's social development and integration into the global economy. It is expected to become a strategic growth catalyst for the capital and surrounding areas, with plans extending to 2030 and a vision for 2045.

With a total investment of nearly 75.4 trillion VND, the Ring Road 3 project, once initiated, will become the largest transportation project in southern Vietnam to date, linking numerous provinces in the Southeast. The Ring Road 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City is massive in both its scope and funding, impacting the entire region in various ways. The investment for this road is divided into 8 sub-projects, which will be executed through public investment and will span 3 provinces (Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An) and Ho Chi Minh City. Among these sub-projects, 4 will focus on compensation and resettlement support. The road will be a high-speed urban ring road, consisting of 4 lanes for motor vehicles and two mixed-use lanes on each side, with a maximum allowable speed of 100 km/h.

The T2 passenger terminal at Noi Bai International Airport, which began operations in January 2015, is a four-story international terminal with a floor area of approximately 139,000m² and a total investment of nearly 18 trillion VND (ODA loan funding). This terminal initially has a capacity to handle 10 million passengers per year (2015-2020), with plans to expand to 15 million passengers annually between 2020 and 2030. The expansion project, with a total investment of 4.996 trillion VND funded by ACV, includes a construction contract worth 4.6 trillion VND. Upon completion, the expansion will add an additional 61,100m² of space and renovate 18,730m² of floor area, bringing the total terminal space to 200,100m².

The first spot belongs to the North-South High-Speed Rail project, which is one of the most critical routes for transporting both passengers and goods. This 1,545 km rail line will feature double tracks with a gauge of 1,435 mm, designed for speeds of up to 350 km/h, with an operational top speed of 320 km/h. The first phase, to be completed before 2030, will include the Hanoi - Vinh and Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang sections, with an estimated investment of 112 trillion VND. By 2030, the total investment required will be 240 trillion VND, raised through public investment, ODA loans, and PPP models. By 2050, the North-South high-speed rail is expected to be fully operational, connecting Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, ports, industrial zones, Central Highlands, coastal roads, and international links.

5. North-South Expressway Project
The North-South Expressway is a vital transportation artery, providing an economic boost for Central Vietnam. Spanning a total length of 2,063 km, this expressway acts as the backbone of Vietnam, stretching from the Huu Nghi border gate in Cao Loc, Lang Son, to the Cà Mau city ring road in Cà Mau province. With an investment of up to 229,829 billion VND, the expressway will feature between 4 and 10 lanes. This project plays a key role in connecting Hanoi, the political capital, with Ho Chi Minh City, the economic center, passing through 32 provinces and cities and directly impacting 62.1% of the population. Once operational, the expressway will contribute 65.7% of the national GDP, affecting 74% of major seaports and 75% of economic zones.

6. Long Thanh ‘Super Airport’ Construction Project
This project is of special importance, contributing significantly to Vietnam’s economic and social development. Long Thanh International Airport will become a key international hub, aiming to be one of the region’s leading air cargo transit centers.
The first phase includes one runway, a passenger terminal, and supporting infrastructure, with a capacity of 25 million passengers per year and 1.2 million tons of cargo annually. The total investment for phase 1 is 109.111 trillion VND, equivalent to 4.664 billion USD. The project started in 2020, with phase 1 expected to be completed by 2025.
