1. Graduation Speech from Parents (1)
Dear teachers, parents, and students,
First of all, allow me to extend my best wishes for health and greetings to the school management team and all the teachers here today. I also wish good health to the parents of students, and hope that all our students continue to grow and excel.
Upon reviewing this year’s report, I am incredibly proud of the achievements of this school in the 20xx-20xx academic year. The results, particularly the provincial academic excellence results for grade 12 students, are truly commendable. As a parent of a student here, I have closely followed the school’s success over the past years. The increasing rate of students passing university and college entrance exams is a testament to the school's dedication. These outcomes confirm that our school, despite being newer, is not only comparable to but also surpasses some of the well-established schools in the area in terms of quality and results.
Dear students,
Your years at this school have passed by quickly. As we approach the final celebration under this roof, I’m sure you have many thoughts you wish to express. Today, I encourage you to remember the emotions of this moment, cherish the teaching you have received from your teachers, and honor the sacrifices of your parents. It is these memories and values that will guide you in the future. True maturity is reflected in the effort you put into your studies and your personal growth. Your success in the upcoming exams will be the mark of your true development.
We hope that you will always feel proud and happy to be part of this small but loving school family. Know that your teachers and parents will always stand by your side as you strive for knowledge, virtue, and success.
Dear parents,
As a parent myself, I share the trust you have in this school. Together, we hope to provide our children with the solid foundation they need for a successful future.
Dear teachers, dear students,
In the emotional atmosphere of today’s graduation ceremony, I have no more words to say but to express my deepest gratitude to all the teachers at school XX. 2. Graduation Speech from Parents (2)
Dear teachers, parents, and students,
First, on behalf of all the parents, I would like to extend my warmest wishes for health and gratitude to everyone present here today at XX school’s end-of-year ceremony!
Honored guests and dear teachers!
As parents, there are no words that can fully express our joy and pride as we watch our children grow and mature. Over the years, we have supported the school’s efforts to guide our children not only in academics but also in learning critical thinking and life skills.
Our children have learned to care for themselves, to pay attention to their parents and family, and to take responsibility for their surroundings. These are qualities that we hadn’t seen before. The development they’ve shown in intellect, ethics, and character today is largely due to the dedicated teaching and guidance provided by the staff at XX school. On behalf of the parents present, I want to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to the teachers of XX school.
Dear students,
Your years at XX school will soon be cherished memories. As you prepare to part ways with your teachers and classmates, remember that ahead of you lies a future full of opportunities. The knowledge and life lessons you’ve gained here will be invaluable as you move forward into new stages of growth, becoming even more mature and responsible.
We hope that you will always feel proud and happy to be part of this small but loving school family. Rest assured that your teachers and parents will continue to support you in your journey of learning, developing virtues, and pursuing your dreams.
Today, in this emotional setting, we, the parents and students, want to convey our deepest gratitude to the teachers of XX school for imparting not just knowledge but also confidence, intellect, and life skills that will help our children transition to the next stage of their education.
Once again, we thank the school administration and the teachers for their unwavering dedication in nurturing our children during their years at XX school.
We wish all students a joyful and enriching summer break and good luck to the graduating students in their upcoming exams.
Thank you!

3. End-of-Year Speech: Farewell Speech by the 5th Grade Students
Distinguished guests,
Dear teachers and beloved students,
Today, amidst the spirit of May, as the nation honors President Ho Chi Minh, and with the year-end celebrations taking place across the country, I stand here on behalf of the 5th grade students to express our emotions as we bid farewell to XX Elementary School.
First, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the esteemed leaders, the dedicated parents, and our teachers who have guided us with care and love, helping shape us into who we are today.
Dear esteemed guests, teachers,
The buzzing sound of cicadas in the trees, and the bright red clusters of blooming phoenix flowers signal the arrival of summer. Time has flown by so quickly—just yesterday, the school bell rang, marking the beginning of a new year, full of hopes and goals for both students and teachers. And now, here we are, at the end of the 20xx-20xx school year. It’s time to reflect on the past nine months, say goodbye to our classrooms, teachers, and friends. Although everything looks the same—the school gate, the trees, the benches—the emotions we feel today are different. It’s a strange, bittersweet feeling as we realize that today marks the end of an era for us as 5th graders.
Dear teachers, you have guided us in every stroke of our writing, taught us how to read with clarity, and every year we have been blessed with different teachers, each one kind, responsible, and full of love. You’ve not only equipped us with knowledge but have shown us how to be better people. The compassion and dedication you’ve shown us will remain with us as we move forward in life. We will never forget your encouragement, guidance, and the fun moments we had during class breaks. We will always cherish our classroom, the blackboard, and the familiar spot where we sat.
Dear teachers, on behalf of the 5th grade students, I would like to share a few words with the younger students who will remain here.
Dear students, we are proud to be part of XX Elementary School, which has achieved so much in both education and extracurricular activities. We hope you will continue the tradition of excellence that we’ve strived for. Continue to work hard, study diligently, and take part in school activities to bring even more pride to our beloved school. As we look into the kind eyes of our teachers today, we feel so emotional. Please forgive us for any mistakes we may have made during our time here. We promise to continue striving and learning to make you proud.
Finally, we wish all of you—our esteemed guests, teachers, and friends—good health and happiness. May you have a joyful and enriching summer break. Thank you so much!

6. Principal's Speech for the Year-End Graduation Ceremony (Version 2)

7. End-of-Year Summary Speech by Parents (3)
Honored guests! Dear teachers!
Dear parents and students!
On this hot summer day in May, as the school year comes to an end, students are preparing for their summer break after a challenging academic year. Today, the school's management team, along with the class teachers, in collaboration with parents and students from our school, have organized the graduation ceremony and farewell for the students of the academic year ....... - ...... . As the head of the parents' association of class..., I am honored to represent the parents to share my thoughts and feelings during today's ceremony.
First, allow me to extend my best wishes for health and warm greetings to the school administration and all the teachers. I wish the parents' representatives good health, and may all the students continue to be diligent and excel in their studies.
Dear teachers! Dear parents! And dear students!
As parents, we raise and nurture our children with the hope that they grow up to be well-behaved and successful individuals.
The Buddha once said:
"There is no one who compares to a mother on this earth,
The hardships of life are beyond compare to a father's burden."
This is absolutely true! But dear students, do you know? There is another person whom we must forever be grateful to, and we must never forget. This person did not give birth to us, nor provide us with food or clothes, but through their guidance, we grew intellectually, emotionally, and morally. This person has given us valuable tools for life. A father and mother cannot replace them. That person is the teacher.
Dear teachers!
We have often taught our children this truth. That is why, over the years, we have entrusted our children to you with all our trust and hopes. Over the years, you have dedicated yourselves to teaching, finding new ways to impart knowledge, and always guiding our children to live good lives. Our children have been fortunate to grow, learn, and be nurtured in a clean, friendly, and beautiful environment like the school ........., which gives us great peace of mind.
We know some students excel and behave well, but there are still others who are less diligent, less focused on their studies, and play more than study, resulting in lower academic performance, which makes you, the teachers, worried and concerned. However, we as parents have not had the chance to express our gratitude to you before.
Today, in this emotional atmosphere, we hope that you, the teachers, will accept our sincere gratitude. We will never forget the knowledge, trust, and wisdom you have given our children, and how you have helped them grow into good people with life skills. We are truly grateful to the school administration and all the teachers for their dedication and hard work in guiding our children during their time at the school .........
Dear teachers! Dear students!
In the emotional atmosphere of this graduation ceremony, we can’t express our feelings enough. Once again, thank you to all the teachers at ......... school, and we wish you all health, happiness, and success in your career of shaping young minds. Even after the students graduate, we will always remember you. If the school ever needs help, please do not hesitate to let us know.
We would like to present a bouquet of flowers to you as a token of our appreciation.
(Presenting flowers to the teachers)
Thank you very much!

10. Speech on the conclusion of the school year by the principal of the kindergarten
Dear distinguished guests, parents, teachers, and students!
Today, under this school roof, we are proudly holding the ceremony to conclude the school year 20xx - 20xx. On behalf of the school administration, I would like to express our gratitude for the presence of the parents, teachers, staff, and students.
Dear students!
Over the past school year, our kindergarten has achieved many remarkable results compared to previous years. The school is proud to have: 2 excellent workers at the district level, 2 outstanding teachers, 5 excellent class groups, and 29 students awarded the title of healthy and well-behaved at the district level, with one student winning first place in the district-level painting competition.
In March and April, the school administration completed the quality assessment for different age groups. Overall, the children have met or exceeded the age requirements. However, a few children who joined later still lag behind a little. During the school year 20.. – 20.., the school also organized many extracurricular activities for the children to gain experience, especially for the senior kindergarteners, with activities such as weekend group events, buffet-style lunch as a substitute for the main meal, and a talent contest...
To achieve such results, the school administration would like to sincerely thank the parents for their continued trust and support throughout the year.
We also express our deep appreciation to the teachers who are dedicated and passionate about their profession, ensuring the continuous development and improvement of the school's quality of care and education.
We wish the parents good health and happiness, the school staff continued success, and may we work together to guide our school ship toward even greater achievements. Wishing the children a joyful, meaningful, and fun-filled summer.
