1. Keylor Navas
Keylor Antonio Navas Gamboa, born on December 15, 1986, is a professional footballer from Costa Rica who currently plays as a goalkeeper for French club Paris Saint-Germain and the Costa Rica national team. After starting at Saprissa, he moved to Albacete and later to Levante in La Liga. Navas joined Real Madrid in 2014 for a fee of €10 million. He has earned over 80 caps for Costa Rica since his debut in 2008. Navas represented his country in two CONCACAF Gold Cups and the 2014 and 2018 World Cups, with his remarkable performance helping Costa Rica reach the quarter-finals of the 2014 tournament.

In July 2018, Alisson signed with Liverpool for an initial fee of €62.5 million (or £56 million), which could rise to €72 million (or £66.8 million), setting a world record fee for a goalkeeper at that time. In his first season with the club, he earned the Premier League Golden Glove for most clean sheets (21) and kept another clean sheet in the UEFA Champions League Final as Liverpool triumphed in 2019. Alisson made his Brazil national team debut in 2015. The year 2019 was a remarkable year for Alisson.

Courtois rose through the youth system at Genk, where at the age of 18, he played a crucial role in their Belgian league championship win. During his three seasons there, he won the Europa League in 2012, the Copa del Rey in 2013, and La Liga in 2014. He also won the Ricardo Zamora Trophy for the best goalkeeper in La Liga, thanks to his performances in his final two seasons. 6. Jan Oblak
Jan Oblak, born on January 7, 1993, is a Slovenian goalkeeper currently playing for Atlético Madrid and the Slovenian national team. Oblak turned professional with Portugal's Benfica at the age of 17, and was part of the team that won the treble in the 2013-2014 season. He then moved to Atlético Madrid for a fee of €16 million, making him the most expensive goalkeeper in La Liga history. During the 2015-2016 season, Oblak won the Ricardo Zamora Trophy for the best goalkeeper in La Liga, conceding only 18 goals throughout the season. He went on to win this award three more times in the following seasons. Oblak was also nominated for the Ballon d'Or in 2017 and 2018 after some remarkable performances at club level. He made his debut for the Slovenian national team in 2012.
Oblak was first called up to the Slovenia U-21 team in August 2009 as a replacement for the injured Jan Koprivec. He made his debut on September 9 of that year in a match against the France U-21 team. Manuel Peter Neuer, born on March 27, 1986, is a professional German footballer who plays as a goalkeeper and captains Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the German national team. He is regarded as one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of the sport. Neuer is often referred to as a "sweeper-keeper" due to his unique playing style and quickness when rushing out of his goal to challenge opponents, often outside the penalty box. He was named the best goalkeeper of the decade by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) for the period 2011–2020. Neuer became Schalke 04's first-choice goalkeeper during the 2006–2007 Bundesliga season, taking over from the experienced Frank Rost. On March 5, 2008, in a UEFA Champions League knockout match, Neuer put in a stunning performance in Schalke's 0–0 draw with FC Porto, saving multiple difficult shots and eventually saving two penalties in the shootout to send Schalke through to the quarterfinals. He was one of three players in the Bundesliga who played every match in the 2007–2008 season.
In the 2011–2012 season, Neuer and his teammates lost to Chelsea 3–4 on penalties in the UEFA Champions League final, which was held at home, after drawing 1–1. A year later, Bayern Munich had a remarkable performance, defeating FC Barcelona 7–0 on aggregate in the semifinals before defeating Borussia Dortmund 2–1 in the final with a late goal from Arjen Robben in the 89th minute. Neuer made several crucial saves during that match, although he was beaten by İlkay Gündoğan's penalty after Dante fouled Marco Reus in the box. Neuer continued to feature for Germany in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia as team captain. However, Germany's defense of their 2014 World Cup title ended with a 0–2 loss to South Korea in their final group match, resulting in an early exit from the tournament. Neuer was notably involved in a controversial moment when he joined the attack and left his goal unguarded, allowing Son Heung-min to score into an empty net in the final minute of the match.


8. Ederson Moraes
Ederson Santana de Moraes born on August 17, 1993, known simply as Ederson, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Manchester City and the Brazil national team. Born in Osasco, São Paulo, Ederson began his football career in 2008 with São Paulo FC before moving to Benfica in Portugal. At just 16, he spent two seasons with the club, before playing in the Primeira Liga for Rio Ave.
In the summer of 2012, he signed officially with Rio Ave. By May 2015, after consistent performances and a call-up to the Brazil national team under the age of 23, he signed a new contract with the club lasting until 2019. On June 27, 2015, Ederson joined Benfica, the Portuguese champions. In July, he officially signed a five-year deal with the club in a move worth €500,000, with a release clause of €45 million. After a successful season with Benfica, he joined Manchester City for the 2017-2018 season, becoming the world's most expensive goalkeeper with a transfer fee of £35 million, surpassing the previous record held by Gianluigi Buffon by £2 million.


9. Peter Gulacsi
Peter Gulacsi born on May 6, 1990, is a Hungarian footballer who currently plays for RB Leipzig and the Hungary national team. Liverpool signed Gulacsi from MTK with a loan agreement in 2007, and he played for the youth team. After the loan ended, Liverpool had the option to purchase him, and they decided to do so on the last day of the transfer window, September 1, 2008.

In 2010, he was called up to the Slovenia national team for the World Cup. During the 2010-2011 Serie A season, he set a league record by saving six penalty kicks. Handanović joined Inter Milan in the summer transfer window of 2012 for a fee of €11 million.
