Female: For the first time in history, the working class and the Vietnamese people had a new type of army, established, educated, and trained by the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh. It is an army of the people, by the people, for the people, with a working-class nature, fighting for national independence, socialism, and the freedom, prosperity, and happiness of the people.
