1. Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 70g peanuts
- 40g sugar
- 60g peanut oil
- 120g peanut butter
- 1g baking powder
Instructions:
- Roast the peanuts in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, peel them, and crush them finely.
- Mix the peanuts, flour, peanut butter, milk, peanut oil, and sugar together.
- Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them into cookie shapes.
- Place them on paper towels and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, then enjoy!


2. Caramelized Peanuts
Ingredients:
- 120g sugar
- 60ml water
- 20g toasted sesame seeds
- salt
- 300g roasted peanuts
Instructions:
- Combine sugar, water, and salt in a pot and stir until dissolved. Boil for 20 minutes until the syrup turns light brown, then add peanuts and butter. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
- Once the syrup thickens, pour the mixture onto a tray with toasted sesame seeds.
- Mix well to coat the peanuts with the syrup, then enjoy!


3. Peanut Jam
Ingredients:
- 500g peeled dry peanuts
- 300g sugar
- 300g cornstarch
Instructions:
- Roast the peanuts in a pan.
- Place the cornstarch in a microwave and heat for 2 minutes.
- On low heat, melt the sugar, stirring until it becomes syrupy. Add the peanuts and stir for about 5 minutes until the syrup coats the peanuts.
- Add cornstarch and stir quickly and continuously.
- Let the peanuts dry and then enjoy!


4. Stir-Fried Peanuts with Satay
Ingredients:
- 200g peeled peanuts
- Satay, chili sauce, oil, seasoning powder, sugar, spring onions
Instructions:
- Roast the peanuts until they turn golden brown.
- Prepare the satay sauce by mixing the ingredients to your desired taste.
- Add the sauce and stir-fry the peanuts for about 5 minutes, then serve.


5. Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 200ml fresh cream
- 150g sugar
- 1 packet of peanuts
Instructions:
- Peel the avocados, cut them into small pieces, and blend them with yogurt and sugar until smooth.
- Whip the fresh cream and fold it into the avocado mixture.
- Crumble the peanuts and mix them into the avocado-cream blend, then freeze the mixture in the freezer until set.


6. Peanut Sticky Rice
Ingredients:
- 500g glutinous rice
- 150g peanuts
- Sesame salt
Instructions:
- Soak the glutinous rice for 3 hours and then mix it with salt.
- Rinse the peanuts and boil them until cooked, then drain.
- Mix the peanuts with the rice and steam until the sticky rice is fully cooked.
- Serve the sticky rice with sesame salt.


7. Red Date and Peanut Porridge
Ingredients:
- 100g glutinous rice
- 50g red dates
- 50g peanuts
- Rock sugar
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice and dates, and drain.
- Crush the peanuts.
- Cook all ingredients in water until the porridge becomes soft. Add sugar and stir to dissolve, then turn off the heat.


8. Fish Sauce Roasted Peanuts
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of roasted peanuts without shells
- Some shallots
- Fish sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate
Instructions:
- Thinly slice the shallots and fry them until fragrant. Add the peanuts and stir-fry for about a minute, seasoning to taste.
- Let the peanuts cool to make them crispy, then enjoy.


9. Lemongrass Roasted Peanuts
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bowl of finely ground lemongrass
- 1 bowl of peanuts
- Salt, sugar, fish sauce, chili powder, garlic, cooking oil
Instructions:
- Roast the peanuts, remove their skins, and crush them lightly.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the garlic until fragrant, add the lemongrass, and cook over low heat. Add salt, sugar, and stir until the lemongrass becomes dry and firm.
- Add the peanuts, season to taste, and turn off the heat to enjoy.


10. Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
- 450g roasted peanuts with skins removed
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
Instructions:
- Roast the peanuts until evenly done, and remove all the skins.
- Place the peanuts, salt, honey, and peanut oil into a blender and blend for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the peanut butter to a sealed container and store it in the fridge.
