1. Ca Mau
In the end, our beloved homeland
Ca Mau, a name that lingers in our hearts
The fertile soil of the river's banks
Creating the wonderful beauty of my hometown!
Our ancestors built this land
Carefully planting seeds and nurturing trees
Hard-working people, forging the nation
Creating the sharp tip... of Vietnam... the Boat!
Sú, tràm, vẹt, đước rising up...
Forming the eternal shape of Ca Mau
U Minh, Tân Lộc, Năm Căn...
These famous places, known all over the world!
We invite everyone to visit
To admire the beauty of the people and nature...
The spicy ginger and salty fish sauce - Ca Mau
If you haven’t tried it yet, hurry up and come!
My hometown, the distant Mui land
Full of love, with vast rivers and seas
Visit once in your lifetime
Not going would be a waste, for we are all Vietnamese.

2. Ca Mau's Moon
The night in Ca Mau holds a moon in a small cafe
Its light shines only in the eyes of one person
The night in Ca Mau has a pair of red lips
That gently whisper sweet words into my soul
Tomorrow, if the moon breaks in two
One half will follow me to the farthest horizon
The other half will remain, burdened with longing
The fleeting moment will seem like a hundred years
As I leave, it feels like I’m sleeping beside the moon
Wandering through those long, cold nights
Ca Mau lies far at the tip of the wick
And I feel joy, even as spring approaches
The night in Ca Mau carries a wistful gaze
Don’t say goodbye, for the heart lingers
I hide the moon in my heart
To keep my spirit bright on the last night of the year
To remember that somewhere far away, there’s someone...

3. Deep Love for Cà Mau
I follow you to the land of Cà Mau
A summer afternoon with bright sun and cool breeze
The Tam Giang river, boats going back and forth
The sweet sounds of folk songs from Cái Nước and Đầm Dơi.
I love you, and I also love the sweat on your brow
The salty essence of a man from the seaside
Your singing voice is so sweet
It soothes the heart on a hot noon in Năm Căn.
Among the U Minh forest, there's the salty taste of love
The fragrance of tràm trees drifts, and your eyes hide in the leaves
You hold my hand, love blooms in this strange land
And suddenly, my heart feels deep affection for Cà Mau.
I want to kiss the moon and stars
Of Cà Mau, where you are waiting for me
I want to kiss, kiss each leaf
Where your footprints are in the tràm forest.
You take me to the tip of your homeland
Where I can love every river, every inch of land
Where I can love the honest men of the West
Oh, how I love my homeland, I love Cà Mau so much.
The scent of tràm brings us closer together ...

4. The Unfulfilled Promise of Cà Mau
Why make promises that float away
When Cà Mau calls, it seems so far away
Days and months drift slowly by
The road to Đất Mũi remains uncertain, still unsure
A few times, I thought of hitching a ride
Following the endless rivers to return
To visit the tràm forest and mangrove swamps
Ask the Trẹm River how to reach Thới Bình
When passing by, remember to stop in U Minh
It's on the way to the city, where love for Cà Mau lies
The distant echo of a folk song lingers
In Trần Văn Thời, remember to greet Uncle Phi
Phú Tân, Cái Nước murmuring softly
Đầm Dơi opens its arms, don't rush away
The bird garden stretches out with cranes in the air
Excited footsteps, amazed by Năm Căn
Cái Keo bats fold their wings and fly
The deep river and vast land stir with fish
The scent of tràm fills the air, intoxicating
Ngọc Hiển's fertile land warmly invites
Where the river silt nourishes the soil and life
At the farthest tip of Đất Mũi, the sky and sea stretch endlessly
Cà Mau, with its rich, deep love
Forever holding onto the unfulfilled promise, I ask for your patience.

5. Oh, the Land of the Cape
I send my thoughts far into the clouds and waters
Where the horizon pauses. The ship sails on
Unable to speak the words of parting
My heart alone murmurs in a quiet prayer...
I bow before the moving silt of the river
As it flows, shaping the earth and water together
With each step, my soul overflows with emotion
Each breeze carries the song of “My Homeland”…
I press my feet into the roots of the mangrove trees
Fumbling my way into the welcoming sea
The sound of waves crashing against the boat
With folded hands, I kneel at the edge of the world
Oh sacred land, my bare feet tread upon the sea
There, Hòn Khoai rises, a jewel of beauty
At the very end of Mother Earth’s shape
Where the strength of the homeland stirs...
Oh Đất Mũi, my soul is like the purest clouds
Like the sunlight that fills all of Cà Mau
I cannot resist kissing Đất Mũi
Kissing the soil that has borne countless storms
Though I wander, I will never forget my homeland
Though sorrow lingers, my heart will never stray
To all the settlers who endured hardship,
With bare feet and exposed backs, we carry our Nation into the seas!...

6. To the Waterways of Cà Mau
To the waterways of Cà Mau
Listening to the small waves, swaying gently between the shores
The spring sky settles on a dreamy dock
Your hair just brushes the edge, the softness of your shoulder...
The dream is born with the morning dew
Shining in your eyes, a timeless love
Whose soft voice is whispered quietly?
The water coconuts bend gracefully, their ivory forms
The waves are so close, yet so far...
We cherish this life, with gentle love and care
The evening sun falls, marking the end of the road
The paddle gently moves, leaving traces of your touch
The mangrove tree casts its shadow, time drifting away...
A hurried smile, a shared smile
To the waterways of Cà Mau
Hoping that someday, love will remain green forever
Startled, I hear the leaves whispering to the dusk
Your feet still caught in the moss and stones of sadness
The land of Cà Mau brings back memories of longing
My eyes still linger on your departing silhouette
To the waterways, oh dear!
My heart still carries the burden of life and youth.

7. Come to My Hometown
I invite you to come to my homeland
This is the peaceful and welcoming Land of Mũi
Visit Hòn Đá Bạc, Cù Lao
See the flowering tràm trees at Gành Hào, U Minh.
Come to Thới Bình with me
Drink a cup of Tân Lộc, and let’s get lost in love's embrace
Năm Căn's waters are rich with fish
Its fertile soil nurtures lush green plants.
In the evening, let’s sing folk songs
Under the moonlight reflecting on Thị Tường’s waters.
Come at dawn, my love
To hear the ocean sing its gentle waves of love
Come to my hometown, Cà Mau's Mũi
Where the spicy ginger and salty fish reflect boundless love.
-Ngọc Yến-

8. To the one from the land of the southern tip
They say Cà Mau is far away
At the very edge of Vietnam’s map
Don’t mind the distance, don’t let it stop you
Come, so we can share a few words...
Sailing down the Ông Đốc river
The bright night, just in time for the Cà Mau market
The boats row on day and night
The people of Cà Mau are so wonderfully kind...
To Cái Nước, to Đầm Dơi
Listen to a lullaby, so soft...
Don’t let love slip away
My heart aches hearing the tenderness of yours...
When you visit Năm Căn
It’s easy to visit, we’re so close
Once you’re in U Minh
You’ll hear the mosquitoes, reminding you of Cà Mau’s forests...
In the future, Cà Mau will grow
Though small, it will shine even more
The roads to Cà Mau are not hard to follow
Only difficult if the rivers have no boats...
You stand alone, graceful
Inviting visitors from all directions
Cà Mau wears a new coat
Once you come to Cà Mau, you will feel my love...
Author: Thanh Sơn

9. A Glimpse of Cà Mau
Wherever I go, I always miss my homeland
No matter where I am, my heart belongs to this land
The river gently sways, the sky and clouds embrace
The breeze stirs the coconut palms, the mangroves whisper across the sands
Boats drift back and forth, crossing the waters
A violet garment drifts lazily across the horizon
At the shore, the houses glow with a warm red hue
The boats glide, carrying the dreams of their passengers
Everything here feels like a magical glow
Cà Mau shines under the full moon on a tranquil night...
- Tố Hữu -

10. Cape Cà Mau
Cape Cà Mau: A vibrant stretch of land
For many years, it has been slowly reclaiming the sea
Alluvial soil pours in from distant lands
Settling here, as people step upon this soil
My country, like a vessel upon the waters
Our ship's bow—Cape Cà Mau
Rivers that span more than a thousand meters
Endlessly green, with mangroves growing thick
The mangrove trunks rise high, their roots spread wide
Spreading down into the earth, embracing the land!
My country, like a vessel upon the waters
Our ship's bow—Cape Cà Mau
Strangely, love for the homeland grows before even visiting
Unseen, yet already cherished
Who could have known that this land, after so many years
Would pull my spirit to it, even in my dreams?
My mind burns, my heart aches
That wound of the heart, deep in Cape Cà Mau
The farthest place is the closest place:
Cape Cà Mau, right here before my eyes!
On either side of Bến Hải, the homeland calls
North or South, it all belongs to one
The weather may change its colors a hundred times
But my heart always faces Cape Cà Mau
On the edge of storms, the land stands strong
Like the chest of the hero Lý Tự Trọng
Taller than the storms, as steadfast as Thành Đồng
This is the place to return to, the place of hope
My country, like a vessel upon the waters
Day and night, I long for Cape Cà Mau
Like the strong blood flowing through my hands
Like the sap flowing through the tree’s roots
Like the power drawn in an arrow ready to fly
Like the force in the tip of a pen:
My country, like a vessel upon the waters
Our bow cuts through the waves—Cape Cà Mau...
