1. Mother Hen and Her Chicks
Cluck cluck, cluck cluck
Mother hen searches for food
In the early morning light
Until dusk falls at night
The little chick is tiny
Happily following behind
Mother hen protects her
Not worried about the rain or sun.
(Collected)

2. The Little Chick
Mother bought for the child
A few little chicks
Standing on a round plate
Competing to peck the grains
Peck... peck... peck...

3. The Little Chicks
Today the sky is clear and blue
The child walks out into the garden
Mother hen has just laid
Ten tiny little chicks
With soft yellow feathers
And bright, shining eyes
Oh, these little chicks
How cute they are!
The child gives them some rice
And they jump up happily
Chirping with their mouths open
Cuddling up to their mother for food.

4. Nursery Rhyme: The Clucking Chicken

It likes to walk around or run free

With a sharp beak and a bright comb
The feet love to scratch and dig
The wings flap and soar into the wind.

5. The Little Rooster
The little rooster
With a bright red comb
And a yellow beak
Flaps his wings and crows loudly
Under the pumpkin vine
With a purple tail
So sleek and shiny!
The rooster jumps high
And crows, cock-a-doodle-doo!

6. The Flower Hen
One early morning
Before the sun had risen
The gray rooster
Flaps his wings and crows, cock-a-doodle-doo!
Hearing the loud call
The flower hen opens her eyes
And responds with a loud 'quack!'
She quickly jumps out of the coop
They meet outside in the garden
Sharing corn and rice grains
They wander around the kitchen
Exchanging pieces of cassava and sweet potato
By the pond
The gray rooster takes a sip of water
Their shadows ripple in the water.
(Collected)

7. The Hen Counting Her Chicks
Cluck...cluck...the mother hen counts
One, two, three, and more
The newly hatched chicks
How many? No one knows
A tiny sunbeam
Falls onto the floor
The entire flock of chicks
Rushes to pick it up
The mother hen worries they'll stray
Cluck, cluck, they follow her
She starts counting again
One, two, three, and more.

8. Có chú gà con
Chú Gà con chân cứng
Chạy theo mẹ một hồi
Bỗng nhiên nhớ vỏ trứng
Vội tìm về tận nơi
Ở trong ấy ấm áp
Chú muốn vào nằm chơi
Chui mấy lần không được
Nghe lạo xạo rơi rơi
Gà mẹ quay lại hỏi:
Làm gì đó con ơi?
Mặt Gà con phụng phịu:
Vỏ trứng vỡ mất rồi!

9. The Newly Hatched Chicks
The mother spreads her wings
The chicks hide underneath
The mother lifts her head
Watching the kites and crows
Now, everything is calm
The mother walks ahead
The tiny chicks follow
How beautiful the mother looks
Her little chicks like tiny pearls
Running as if they were rolling
On the grass and the field
The garden is breezy in the afternoon
Butterflies flutter around
Circling the mother's feet
A sea of tiny chick feet.
