1. Spring Festival
Those who visit Yen Tu today,
Begin the spring with celebrations in my hometown.
Spring is here, indeed,
And my heart is filled with excitement.
The mountains of Yen Tu stretch far and wide,
With talented men and beautiful women from the highlands.
Come here, it's an invitation,
Full of joyful songs, love being exchanged.
The beauty of Yen Tu shines so bright,
The mountains of Yen Tu loom in the mist.
Yen Tu feels like a sacred place,
To the west, it fades into the fog, like a dream.
Yen Tu is like a dream,
Amidst the mountains, the clouds float above.
Come, let’s enjoy the festival together,
It’s the celebration we've all been waiting for.

2. The Bell of Yen Tu
The sacred stones rise against the sky,
Enduring through time, glowing with wisdom and purity.
The pine trees, green for seven centuries,
While the clouds, like white messengers, stand still in the mist.
Moss and time blend in quiet serenity,
The bell tolls, echoing with the sound of meditation.
In peaceful stillness, I sit atop this sacred peak,
Melting into the breeze, as the fog gently drifts over Hoa Yen.
Eyes from ancient times guard this realm,
For a thousand years, the heart of humanity remains unbroken.
With devotion, I offer a single incense stick,
The bell of Yen Tu resonates, ringing through the mountains and rivers.

3. Yen Tu
In the northeast of Quang Ninh
There lies an ancient temple glowing with radiant light
The Dong Pagoda adorned with falling mist
The temple glitters as it reflects the hue of dawn.
The temple roof, elegantly curved
Echoes the spirit of Vietnam, as if touching the sky
Incense wafts through the air, clouds drift by
Reciting the name of Buddha, echoing through the mountains and hills.
The ancient pines stand tall, side by side
The bamboo sways gently, welcoming visitors
From the Truc Lam Zen Monastery
To the Oan Solving Pagoda, where the heart is devout.
Yen flowers bloom, as King Tran Nhân Tông once stood
Kỳ Sinh gazes, watching the meeting of sky and sea
A sacred, serene place offering to the world
Inviting all to rejoice, as they come together here.
The sun's light shines, casting gentle shadows
Quan Am Bodhisattva descends on a cloud
In silence, the bell rings
Yen Tu, transcending the mortal world, where the king ascended
For the welfare of the people and the nation's strength
The prosperity of Buddhism resounds across the South.

4. The Flying Clouds of Yen Tu
The eternal stones... unite to form Yen Tu
A Zen monastery... seated amidst the green clouds. Transcendent and worldly, a mystical painting, Van Am, with its serene blue, a temple of wisdom. Here... the shadow departs, leaving behind the throne and the kingdom. Breaking the rice into grains to make the meal, the turbulent tides of life carry the fragrance of virtue. In the secular world... countless stars ring the bell of prayer. Beneath the feet, a modest ruler, embodying resilience, embodying true humanity in the face of impermanence, the true heart. Where Buddha resides, beyond the physical form... within the inner realm. Through hundreds and thousands of years, it joins with the heavenly beings. The mystical Yen Tu, in its enigmatic depths. At the point of formlessness, everything connects through fate. Because of reincarnation... the human world is infinite. Together with the rain and sunshine, the prosperity of the age. Yen Tu stretches endlessly, the mountaintop reaches the sky, and the heart finds tranquility amidst the white clouds.Le Nam Do

5. The Dong Pagoda - Yen Tu
The Dong Pagoda of Yen Tu touches the clouds above
With folded hands, I bow before the Buddha's altar
His holiness resides, bringing joy and peace
I ring the bell five times, praying for good fortune *
Master Dieu Hong's Dharma name spans many days
With a destined path, I have come from afar
In those days, the cable cars had not yet arrived
Devotees made their pilgrimage, deep in devotion
Through the Flower Pagoda, hand in hand
Countless people chant the Buddha's name with great joy
In March, the golden sun shines like silk
The bamboo forest provides shelter day and night
During the Yen Tu spring festival, the sky and clouds are a sight
The scene is filled with compassion, and good fortune abounds
I chant Nam Mo A Di Da Phat
Asking the Bodhisattvas to bear witness to this ceremony
In old age, my heart still longs for the Buddha
I wish to reach the Buddha's realm forever
For a peaceful soul, a tranquil heart
The mountain rises high, filling my heart with awe
Note: * (The five bells of Dong Pagoda)

6. The Sacredness of Yen Tu
The wind sweeps through the golden light
The towering stupa stands proudly in the sky
The Phoenix dances silently, its wings catching the sunlight
The Dragon flies quietly, sending the rain away
From afar, Yen Tu appears shrouded in mystery
The Flower Pagoda stands as a testament to life's journey
When visiting for a prayer of peace, my heart is clear
On the path to the Land of Buddha, wisdom is awakened.

7. Yen Tu Spring Festival
Coming to Yen Tu... as spring begins the festival
Bạch Vân Mountain ... distant peaks far away
The golden stream connecting the Ba Vàng Spring
Trúc Lâm complex ... surrounded by clouds and tall mountains
**
A winding path leads to Yen Tu
The place is full of people... everyone carrying the spring spirit
Joining together, visitors come from all around
Celebrating the festival with lively steps
**
The Dong Pagoda... on top of the mountain with clouds covering
Reaching Hoa Hiên ... hearing the winds whisper
The cable car glides through the mist
The vast forest... enchanting and magnificent
**
Tran Nhân Tong meditated in the Buddhist realm
Leaving the throne behind to establish Trúc Lâm
Not seeking fame or power, but a pure heart
Forever remembered by heaven and earth for his great deeds
**
In March, the festival... golden apricots bloom
Along with the cherry blossoms... in this distant land
The flower festival colors the sky
The spiritual energy of Yen Tu... vibrant with spring's hue
**
Holding your hand, we walk together
Touring the pagoda, our hearts at peace
Year after year, spring fills the land
All visiting Yen Tu
Everyone rejoices...
(Dong Phuong)

8. Mist of Yen Tu
The Bronze Pagoda appears faintly in the mist
On the high peak of Yen Tu, this place is sacred
Pilgrims come to the temple’s threshold
With hands clasped, bowing from all regions, all directions.
The forest is shrouded in mist
The path is steep, the cliffs seem endless
The sky is high, with clouds floating gently
The wind howls in reverse, and stones are slick.
The former Emperor left the palace behind
Renounced the throne to seek peace in the mountains
Truc Lam Zen came into being
He spread enlightenment, his heart pure and calm.
In the early mornings, studying sacred texts
Seeking a path to guide all beings out of suffering
Freeing all from pain and sorrow
Shining with wisdom, tirelessly on the path of enlightenment.
He let go of all grudges and hate
With kindness, compassion, and forgiveness
All people are united as one family
Radiating light, wisdom shines with love.
The Emperor guides the way, showing the path
Awakening beings, teaching tolerance and compassion
The vast Yen Tu mountains stretch on forever
With winds sweeping and divine energy filling the air.

9. The Land of Buddha and Yen Tu
The mountain's peak shrouded in mist, stretching far and wide
Endless layers of majestic clouds drifting by
Moss-covered stone steps, a dragon curling along
The deep ravines, the tiger's lair
Ancient remnants, gravestones marking the past
Time stands still, with a somber touch
Giant trees casting shadows with their branches
The Golden Waterfall echoes with the sound of falling water
The moss-covered pagoda, a place of tranquil solitude
The clear, resonating sound of the temple bell
The familiar path, now deserted
The stream's song, a sorrowful melody of release.
Looking around, the evening shadows cover the mountain
The woodcutter glimpses through the bamboo forest
With a sense of nostalgia, the traveler’s soul stirs
Stopping to reflect, capturing thoughts in poetry.

10. Soul Unbound
Vast is the peak of Phu Van
The wind fills the sky, a round belly of breeze
The clouds swirl above the grass peaks
Gentle are the heavenly dew drops...
We release our soul to drift
In the middle of the endless blue... red
The head tilts with the wind's whisper
Endless rays of sunlight, languid and untamed...
The mountain bends with the force
The forest holds its breath
The stones sweat softly
Weep in the silence... whispering...
Phu Van... at the mountain's peak
Hands twist the sky... stroke the wind
Choked breaths escape
Loneliness in the sky’s embrace...!
The solitary stone stairs
Echo the steps of a lone woman
Yen Tu, sacred and timeless
Veiled in the dreamlike mists...
Phu Van peak in the clouds
White Cloud Mountain, stone steps
The spring of grievance whispers
Vân Yen Temple, sheltering the spirit...!
Release the soul to shine
Phu Van rests like it sleeps
The peak dances in the wind
Yen Tu stands in quiet solitude...!
