- 70g pineapple

Instructions:

7. Pineapple Rambutan Tea
Ingredients:
- Pineapple
- Rambutan
- Lipton Tea
- Mint
- Hot Water
- Sugar
- Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Peel and remove the eyes of the pineapple, then cut it into small cubes. Peel the rambutan, remove the seed, and chop the flesh into small cubes.
- Place the chopped pineapple and rambutan into a pot with sugar. Turn on the heat and cook for about 1 minute on high. Then, add hot water, lower the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Steep the Lipton tea bags in hot water for about 20 minutes. Remove the tea bags to get the tea concentrate.
- Add the tea concentrate and some sugar to a glass, stir until the sugar dissolves, then mix in 2 tablespoons of the pineapple and rambutan syrup with ice.

Ingredients:
- 45g chopped pineapple
- 5 strawberries
- 25g jasmine tea
- 40ml pineapple syrup
- 1 lemon slice
- 2 pandan leaves
- 2 mint leaves
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 1 liter hot water (80°C)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place 25g of jasmine tea into a glass, then pour 1 liter of hot water (80°C) over it. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain to remove the tea leaves.
- Next, add 50g of ice cubes to the tea and stir to cool the tea quickly, preserving the jasmine fragrance.
- Put 40g chopped pineapple into a shaker, and crush it with a pestle for about 2 minutes until slightly mashed. Add a slice of lemon and continue mashing for another minute until both pineapple and lemon are crushed.

Ingredients:
- 5g jasmine tea bag (1 bag)
- 2 oranges
- 1 pineapple (ripe)
- 2 pandan leaves
- 100g sugar
- 180ml hot water
- Ice cubes (a handful)
Instructions:
- Place 1 jasmine tea bag into a glass and pour in 120ml of hot water (around 96-100°C) to steep for 5 minutes. Press the tea bag gently with a spoon to extract the full flavor, then discard the bag.
- Wash and cut the oranges in half. Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes, and cut into long, wedge-like pieces.
