- Baking Powder: 10g
- Cold Butter: 100g
- Sugar: 100g
- Fresh Milk: 60ml
- Egg: 1
- Cooking Oil, Salt
- Chocolate Chips, Star Anise Powder, Cinnamon Powder
Instructions:
- Step 1: Cut the cold butter into pieces and add to a bowl along with baking powder, flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Mix the ingredients well, then add star anise powder and cinnamon powder. Finally, add milk and one egg yolk, kneading the dough until it is smooth and not sticky to the hands.
- Step 2: Transfer the dough to a flat surface and use a rolling pin to flatten it into small pieces, shaping them as desired.

2. Dumplings
Ingredients:
- Flour
- Baking powder (if you prefer fluffier dumplings)
- Egg
- A small amount of clean water
- Cooking oil (if frying the dumplings)
- The filling can consist of any type of meat or fruits you like, and for a vegetarian version, simply omit the meat. Meat should be minced, while fruits should be diced or thinly sliced.
- You will also need a rolling pin to flatten the dough.
Instructions:
- Filling: After preparing the ingredients, sauté them on the stove and season to taste.
- Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, egg, and a bit of water to create a smooth, non-sticky dough. Knead the dough well and let it rest for about 10–30 minutes. Then divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into thin, round shapes.
- Shaping: Place a small amount of filling in the center of each dough piece, then seal the edges by pressing with a fork or mold. Ensure the edges are tightly sealed so the filling doesn't escape during frying or steaming.

3. Apple Cake
Ingredients:

- Baking powder: 5g
- Egg: 1
- Sugar: 80g
- Milk: 160ml
- Soft butter: 10g
- Apples: 2

Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Gently stir to coat the apples with the caramelized sugar and butter.
- Step 2: In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then add 200g flour, milk, and baking powder. Mix well until you achieve a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Step 3: In a rice cooker, pour the syrup from the apples into the bottom. Arrange the apples neatly, then pour the rested dough over to cover the apples.
- Step 4: Press the cook button and after 30 minutes, open the lid and test the cake with a toothpick. If necessary, close the lid and cook for an additional 10 minutes until fully done.

- Step 3: Add vanilla extract to the mixture and let it rest for 30 minutes. While waiting, grease the cupcake molds with some oil. Once the dough has rested, pour it into the molds. Place a small chunk of cream cheese in the center of each mold.
- Step 4: Place the molds in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes. During steaming, check by opening the lid 1-2 times and test the cake with a toothpick.

6. Fried Flour Cake
Ingredients:
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- Seasonings: Salt, sugar, vanilla, cooking oil
Instructions:
- Step 1 - Prepare the ingredients: First, pour the sweetened condensed milk into the flour and stir well. In a separate bowl, add the 2 eggs, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 vanilla extract (2.2g). Beat everything vigorously until the mixture is frothy. Then pour the mixture into the flour and stir until well combined. If you prefer, you can sieve the mixture for a smoother result.
- Step 2 - Fry the cakes: Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, spoon a portion of the batter into the pan (adjust the size of the cake to your liking). Fry the cake over low heat, flipping it when golden brown, and cook until both sides are evenly golden.

7. Doremon Fried Cake
Ingredients:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 5g baking powder
- 10g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5ml water
- 50g red beans
- 50g sugar
Instructions:
- Step 1: Rinse the red beans thoroughly and soak them in water for about 3 hours to soften. Place the beans in a pot and add enough water to cover them, then cook on the stove until the beans are soft. Use a blender to puree the beans. Add sugar to the bean mixture and stir well, then cook on low heat for about 30 minutes until the sugar dissolves and incorporates into the beans.
- Step 2: Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with the sugar. Sift the mixture for smoothness. Add flour and mix thoroughly, sifting again to avoid clumps. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes to allow the batter to rise.
- Step 3: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Spoon equal amounts of batter into the pan. When the cakes turn golden, flip them to cook the other side. Once both sides are golden brown, remove the cakes from the pan. Spread the red bean filling on one cake and sandwich with another to form a delicious Doremon fried cake.

8. Raisin Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
- 20g all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 20g cornflour
- 40g sugar
- 10ml fresh milk
- 10ml cooking oil
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- 100g raisins
Instructions:
- Step 1: Separate the egg whites and yolks. Mix the flour and cornflour together evenly.
- Step 2: Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy, then add the lemon juice and continue beating until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Next, gently fold in the egg yolks and mix well with the egg whites. Sift the flour into the mixture.
- Step 3: Sift the flour in three stages, stirring gently in one direction to avoid deflating the batter. To make mixing easier, add a bit of oil and milk to the egg mixture before combining with the flour. Once fully incorporated, transfer to a bowl and mix evenly.
- Step 4: If desired, rinse the raisins and dry them, then coat them lightly in flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom during baking. Fold the raisins into the egg-flour mixture.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) for about 10 minutes. Then, bake the cake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes. Once cooled, remove the cake from the pan.
