- The teacher stands in the middle with the children around them. Holding the stick with the butterfly, the teacher says, "We have a beautiful butterfly flying. When the butterfly flies in front of you, jump and catch it!" The teacher guides by raising and lowering the stick in various positions to allow the children to jump both high and far.
- Anyone who touches the butterfly with their hand is considered to have caught it.
- The child who catches the butterfly the most will be cheered and praised by everyone.
Note: If the children become disorganized, the teacher should stop the game each time a child catches the butterfly to arrange the circle again. Do not make the children try too hard to catch the butterfly. The butterfly should only be flown in front of the children a few times to make it easier for them to catch. This will keep the game enjoyable.
