- 20g fresh sea grapes
- 2 blocks of soft tofu

- Pandan leaves
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- ½ teaspoon seasoning powder
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ cup vegetable stock
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon chopped shallots
Instructions:

Ingredients:
- Purple lettuce (Lolo purple)
- Carrot, cucumber
- Sea grapes
- Cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
- Soak the sea grapes in ice water before serving. Cut the vegetables into small pieces as desired.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve with toasted sesame sauce.


6. Stir-Fried Noodles with Sea Grapes
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of noodles
- 2 tomatoes
- 10g sea grapes
- 0.5g ground meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 sausages
- Chopped garlic and onion
- ½ onion
- Seasonings: sugar, fish sauce, seasoning powder, MSG, oyster sauce
Instructions:
- Boil the noodles briefly, then drain and mix with a little seasoning powder. Finely chop the tomatoes and dice the onion. Marinate the ground meat with seasoning powder, garlic, and onion.

10. Spinach & Tofu in Tangy Sea Grapes Sauce
Ingredients:
- 100g baby spinach (also known as spinach or rau chân vịt)
- 1 piece of soft tofu
- 50g sea grapes
- 20g radish
- 20g carrot
- 10g leek
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Instructions:
- Wash the spinach thoroughly, drain, and cut into 5 cm pieces. Blanch the soft tofu briefly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces and let it cool. Clean the sea grapes and set them aside to drain.
- Clean and slice the radish thinly. Peel and shred the carrot. Clean and slice the leek into thin strips. Place all of these ingredients in a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar, and soak for 10 minutes. Drain off any excess water.
- Prepare the tangy dressing by mixing 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp sugar. Stir until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, radish, carrot, leek, and sea grapes. Pour the tangy dressing over the mixture and toss everything together. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
