Cách chế biến:
Sơ chế và ướp thịt lợn:
- Thịt lợn sau khi mua về sơ chế để loại bỏ chất dơ và khử mùi hôi đặc trưng, sau đó để ráo rồi cắt thành từng miếng vừa ăn. Hành lá rửa sạch, cắt bỏ rễ, cắt nhuyễn.
- Cho thịt lợn vào tô, nêm vào 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê bột nghệ, 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu xay, 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1 muỗng cà phê nước màu, 1 ít hành lá vào rồi trộn đều tay. Ướp thịt trong vòng 15 phút để gia vị thấm đều.
Sơ chế các nguyên liệu còn lại:
- Ớt chuông bạn mua về mang rửa sạch với nước nhiều lần rồi để ráo. Sau đó tiến hành cắt bỏ hai đầu, loại bỏ phần ruột bên trong rồi cắt thành từng miếng vuông vừa ăn.
- Hành tây rửa qua với nước, bóc sạch vỏ, cắt thành từng miếng kích thước tương tự ớt chuông. Ớt rửa sạch rồi cắt lát, hành tím bóc vỏ rồi cắt khoanh.
