1. Michael Demiurgos
Michael, along with Samael (Lucifer) and Gabriel, were the first three archangels created by The Presence. Michael's power is considered to surpass even the boundless Megaverse.
While Samael represents eternal Light, Michael is the Eternal Flame. He is the supreme ruler of Heaven, leading an army of the most powerful angels in the DC Universe. Both Michael and Lucifer played a part in shaping the DC Universe: Michael created matter, objects, and life from nothingness, while Lucifer shaped and controlled those elements. Their abilities complement each other in the formation and development of the DC Universe.
With the power to create, Michael also possesses the ability to destroy; just like Lucifer, he can obliterate multiple universes. Though he ranks slightly below Lucifer in terms of strength, the difference is minimal. Michael has faced off against The Spectre, one of the most formidable beings in the DC Universe, and defeated him with ease on several occasions.

2. The Spectre
The Spectre is the soul of vengeance, embodying the wrath of God towards all living beings in the universe. As God's agent of vengeance, Spectre possesses a list of powers that most would only dream of, including:
- Immortality
- Reality manipulation
- Control over space and time
- Limitless material manipulation
- Future sight
- Universal knowledge
- Near omnipotence
- Cosmic awareness
- Control of cosmic energy
Whether inhabiting any host or in his primal form, The Spectre can easily overpower even the mightiest of opponents. He always finds a way to handle and resolve threats, even when it seems impossible. His immense strength is such that during the "Day of Vengeance" event, he wiped out every magic user in the universe without breaking a sweat. The reason behind the purge turned out to be a massive misunderstanding. However, even in such a severe judgment, it cannot be denied that The Spectre wields absolute power.

3. Elaine Belloc
The father of Elaine Belloc is Archangel Michael. Along with his brother, the former Lord of Hell, Lucifer Morningstar, Michael assisted Elaine in her missions. Angels are typically incapable of reproduction, but Michael defied this rule. Sandalphon began experiments to create an angel capable of procreation, and Elaine was bestowed with this unique ability. After continuous battles and visits between Michael and Lucifer, Michael was forced to pass the Demiurgic power to Elaine after being severely wounded by the Fenris wolf. Michael's death would unleash the creative power, erasing all life.
Eventually, Elaine acquired the power and succeeded Lucifer's strength as well as Yahweh's creation. After merging the two universes, she took on the role of her grandfather Yahweh, becoming the Creator.

4. The Great Evil Beast

5. The Endless
The Endless are not just one, but seven enigmatic siblings, each representing a fundamental supernatural force in the DC Universe. They are integral to the creation of the entire DC multiverse. The seven entities are known by the names: Destiny, Death, Dream, Destruction, Desire, Despair, and Delirium.
These beings, known as The Endless, are immortal, limitless, and nearly omnipotent. They appeared in the series “The Sandman.” The seven entities always move together, supporting one another in maintaining the balance of the DC multiverse.

6. Mr. Mxyzptlk
Mr. Mxyzptlk hails from the Fifth Dimension, a magical dimension. He mainly appears on Earth to play tricks and cause chaos, especially with Superman. As a trickster god with the ability to distort reality, he becomes a significant threat due to his magical powers that counter Superman's strength.
Mister Mxyzptlk can do anything he wishes, at any time, and with anyone. The only way to stop him is to solve one of the puzzles he creates. He possesses teleportation, immortality, and the power to manipulate logic to a degree that is beyond most human comprehension. His only weakness is his tendency to limit his own power.

7. Anti-Monitor
Anti-Monitor is one of the most powerful and terrifying villains in the DC Universe, having killed countless lives, including Barry Allen, the greatest Speedster. But just how horrific is he to deserve such a reputation?
Simply put, Anti-Monitor embodies raw power. He is an immensely powerful being who controls the Antimatter Universe, functioning as the malevolent counterpart to his brother, Monitor. Anti-Monitor can absorb energy from his surroundings, to such an extent that he can drain the energy from entire planets, stars, or even universes whenever he desires.
He is most well-known for his feats during the Crisis on Infinite Earths event. In this battle, he almost succeeded in eradicating the positive matter of the entire Multiverse, killing billions in the process. Just speaking his name sends chills down the spines of Superman, Wonder Woman, and every member of the Justice League.

8. Primal Monitor
Primal Monitor, also known as Overvoid, is an endless, perfect void with consciousness, existing completely separate from the DC Multiverse.
Within this void exists an anomaly known as The Bleed. It was here that a cataclysmic explosion gave birth to the universe. This event marks the origin of all life and the lifeblood of everything within the DC Multiverse. Overvoid – Primal Monitor enlisted Dax Novu – Mandarkk the Dark Monitor to use Divine Metal, the hardest substance in the comic universe, to seal The Bleed within a container, which held the entire DC Multiverse and was named the Orrery of Worlds. This act helped prevent the spread of these cosmic rifts.
Fans of DC can think of Overvoid as an endless blank page, with the stories of the DC universes being mere dots on that page. Overvoid Primal Monitor is impervious to destruction, as it represents nothingness itself!

9. The Presence
DC Comics readers are familiar with The Presence as the father of Lucifer, the Lord of Hell. The Presence is the Creator of the 52 universes that have appeared and countless other unexplored universes within DC Comics.
The Presence can be seen as the embodiment of the writer, the artist, and all those who contributed to the creation of the entire DC Comics universe. There are many similarities between The Presence and TOAA – The One Above All, the creator deity of Marvel. However, the key difference between The Presence and TOAA is that, although The Presence represents the Creator, it is not the most powerful character in DC Comics, whereas TOAA is Marvel's number one character.

10. Lucifer Morningstar
Before being known as Lucifer Morningstar – the Lord of Hell, he was Samael, one of the first three angels created by The Presence. Samael's power surpassed even that of Michael and Gabriel.
After serving The Presence for many years, Samael rebelled because he no longer wanted to be a puppet of God. The Presence cast him down to Hell, declaring that this realm now belonged to him, and that here, he would no longer be subject to God's control. Samael changed his name to Lucifer Morningstar, becoming the ruler of Hell and began recruiting other fallen angels. Along with Beelzebub and Azazel, Lucifer became one of the Triumvirate of Hell.
Lucifer's power and abilities are considered to exceed the Megaverse+, allowing him to destroy countless multiverses at will.
