1. The Builder
A man stands firm between the earth and sky
Building the nation from today onward
Hands crafting structures
Making the country more beautiful each day
Builders and workers side by side
Together we’ll travel across the land of Vietnam
The sky’s vast, the land is wide,
With our hands, we’ll make the nation rich
For the children, for the elders
With smiles and waves, we welcome tomorrow
The country will grow strong and prosperous
As a builder, I must do my part!

2. Because You Are a Construction Engineer
He will be a construction engineer
A life intertwined with cement
And concrete steel, silent through the night
Meaning being absent year-round
No celebrations on March 8th with you
No joy on October 20th, you'll feel sadder
On Valentine's Day, I'll walk alone
Because I'm following the path of the construction site
On your birthday, you'll be alone
With a lonely candle burning
The cake will have no sweetness
And the roses will never be in your hand
If you love me, there will be days
You must wait alone with hope
On Saturdays, you'll wait, unsure
Though you know I won’t be coming back
You will face life's challenges alone
Weeping in silent nights, full of nightmares
Because I’m following the construction project
Then, you will be startled by the news
The site faced a flood
You will have sleepless nights
If you miss me, your hair will turn gray
And wrinkles will appear on your forehead
You’ll have to raise our child alone
Care for your elderly parents in every storm
Ignore the teasing of other men
To keep your heart loyal
I wish this was just a dream
Because I don't want to make you sad
Understand that I must often be away
Because I am a construction engineer.

3. Building Us Together
You say: Construction is cold and impersonal
Living a life made of concrete, steel, and stone
You say the construction world is harsh
Spending years away from home
You say I'm just a smooth talker
Flirting with girls wherever I go
How many times have I been late for our dates
Leaving you to cry in silence
You say I'm always drunk and carefree
Hanging out with friends, drinking away the night
Last Valentine's Day, you spent it alone because of my drunken state
No roses, forgetting March 8th
In construction, I live my days far from home
Living through storms and the harsh elements of the job site
Your love for me is quiet yet strong
Helping me stay firm when the storms hit
Not fazed by the winter's cold
And giving me the strength to go on
Last Valentine's Day, I pinned a flower on the gate
But by midnight, you were already asleep
On March 8th, I hesitated to speak my love
And once again, you cried, blaming me for being late
Though I may flirt and speak sweet words
In my heart, there's only you
Even when I'm drunk and carefree
You're always the first thought on my mind
Despite the sweet words of life
All I crave is the bitterness of your love.

4. The Love of a Construction Worker
The heart of a construction man beats with passion
A thirst for life and burning desires!
If you want to know, I’ll show you
The sweet love found in moments of desire
The construction man roams the world
Home is where his heart lies, no matter where it may be
His weathered skin covered by a shirt of faded colors
The sound of his guitar touches the hearts of others
You say construction men are full of love
I won’t deny, maybe it’s true...
Beauty is a gift from the creator!
We must learn to love and appreciate, don’t you agree?
But this love isn’t just for couples
For my heart beats in rhythm with yours
Seeing someone’s hand in mine, my heart races...
When I feel your warm hand in mine!
I dream of you on peaceful paths...
On roads built to give life a new color
Homes that shelter warm hearts
Water flowing through fields of golden rice.

5. I Hate You, But I Love You So Much
I hate you so much on Saturdays
Holding hands, but talking about anything but us
You’re so absorbed in scaffolding and beams
Without a sound of dreams being built
I hate you so much on sleepless nights
The one who used to write gentle love letters
Now you’re busy reading, writing, erasing
Is it true your heart is frozen?
Only loving steel, concrete, and cold foundations
You’re lost in shaping a fiery dream
I hate you so much… but I love you more.

6. The Life of a Builder
Among hundreds of careers, I chose one
I found myself drawn to the life of a builder
This profession, though tough and full of challenges
I am passionate and never back down from it
The work is hard, especially in the summer heat
Covered in dust, cement, and mortar
But still, I manage to smile through it all
As I watch a newly built village come alive
I remember the hard work of those before me
Enduring struggles, yet rising to survive
And this job, I know, will one day be honored
On Labor Day, I wish you health and strength
May you build grand structures, beautiful and lasting
Your profession is one to be proud of, indeed.

7. The Builder's Profession
Born in the countryside, I decided to pursue the builder's craft
With tools in hand: trowel, ruler, and string
Along with a plumb line and a handy shovel
This is the hottest profession in my hometown
No need for degrees, but you'll get to know a lot of people
From the young to the old
If needed, just call me and I'll be there
Prices are flexible
Simple work comes cheap, high-quality work costs more
From pigsties to boundary walls
Building foundations, pouring columns, money flows in just fine
Years of dedication to the trade
Working honestly, no one can complain about me
Hard work yet filled with pride
Just a little enthusiasm is all it takes
Come on, young folks
If you're still unemployed, come join me in this trade
Escape the rural life
And enjoy good, transparent income

8. The Builder's Son
"The life of a builder is not just about cement and bricks
We take love and make it the foundation of our walls
Though time may weather the stones, they'll still stand strong
And we smile, for it's a love that endures"
The builder's life is not just about the words we speak
We let our souls wander, drifting in the breeze
We merge with the stormy sea
And bathe in the quiet glow of twilight
The life of a builder beats with youthful energy
We look towards the future, drinking from the roots of origin
We march ahead like a roaring storm
And through every hardship, we keep our smiles bright
A builder's heart, when it loves, loves fiercely
As steadfast as steel and concrete
For in the heart, a rose blooms
Even in the cold, its warmth survives
A builder asks you not to promise anything
For the life we lead is full of struggles and uncertainties
We carry our sorrows and leave them with those we love
Through summer heat and winter storms, we remain strong
If you choose to walk beside me
Then think carefully about what lies ahead
For I can’t promise you the world
But as a builder, I will always stand strong beside you."

9. The Builder's Man
I’ve fallen for you... the builder’s son
Like standing on a shaky scaffolding
Though at times life feels uncertain
I'm proud to help raise this towering dream
I've fallen for you, knowing the distance will be hard
But truthfully, my heart has already chosen you
They say: The world of construction is all about steel and concrete
But with you, it's sweet words and loving care
Who else has carried the weight of the world
To build new heights amidst life's turbulence
It’s you — the essence of my life in construction!
Who else has built such lofty dreams
For me, it's the sweetness that ties our hearts together
You’ve sought the most beautiful flowers
Amidst the storms and waves of life
I’ve fallen for you, the builder's son
Standing halfway between life and my dreams
Sometimes, it feels like my love for you is childlike
But my heart is steadfast, never torn in two
I’ve searched for you in the vast sea of life
With the years of waiting, my heart is still devoted
Waiting for you as one waits for a dream
Ever hoping for the height we’ll reach together
Have you ever wondered why
There are hearts so naive and trusting?
It's not about ease or compromise
But because in this life, all I need is you!
I knew loving you meant living in separation
It’s a test of my love for you
But my love, my life is filled with waiting
And through all the storms, my heart remains true
Though the distance is great, the love is even greater
Our love, fragile like scaffolding at times
But with great heights, I’m proud to say
I have loved you, and I always will."

10. The Curse of Darkness
In the noisy, dusty construction site
The life of a builder is shaped by rain and sun
My skin darkens, my body glistens and tanned
My pride is strong, yet I feel the sting of loneliness
You say you don't love a rough, hard-working man
Always exposed to the harsh elements out here
From mixing mortar to pouring concrete
That's why my fair skin has turned so dark
Construction isn't just about blueprints and plans
It’s about enduring the harshness of each day
If you truly understand my rugged life
Then you'll know why I build for a living.
