1. Lifelong Learning
Never forget the purpose of learning to expand your knowledge. Once you land a job aligned with your passion, continue learning—whether through books, media, or your peers and colleagues. Constantly strive to improve and adapt, and success will naturally follow.
At the end of a 2017 dialogue with Vietnamese students, Jack Ma was asked a question about Bitcoin, which he declined to answer, admitting he didn't understand it. Jack Ma shared that not knowing something is not shameful, as knowledge is infinite and no one can know everything. However, what is shameful is relying on this excuse without actively seeking to learn and explore. Sadly, many of us, when confronted with something we don't know, choose to pretend we have all the answers rather than admit we need to learn more.

2. Dedicate Time for Exercise
One of the top priorities for maintaining good health is following a healthy diet and engaging in regular physical exercise. In youth, people often tend to waste their energy without valuing their bodies, leaving them feeling sluggish and tired. Therefore, never skimp on taking care of yourself. Spend a little time each day or find a quiet place to release your mental stress. This could involve activities like playing sports, walking, dancing, knitting, watching a good movie, reading a book, or chatting with friends. Writing in a journal is also an excellent way to ease your mind.
Morning exercise helps establish good habits. After some physical activity, your body and mind will feel rejuvenated, and you’ll find yourself craving healthy food instead of junk food. Day by day, you will naturally develop better habits.

3. Find a Mentor
Building a relationship with an expert who has a career you admire is a highly effective way to connect. It may seem challenging to establish this connection, but don’t hesitate to reach out to them through any available means. Prepare thoughtful questions for your meeting, such as “How did you begin your career?”; “Did you attend a business school?”; or “Is this your first business venture in this industry?” If your parents have colleagues or friends in your field of interest, ask them for an email address or request them to arrange a meeting for you.
If it’s a local business owner, simply visit their place of business and extend an invitation! Introduce yourself as an aspiring entrepreneur, express your admiration for their accomplishments, and ask if you can have the chance to discuss the topic further.

4. Take Responsibility
Whether you succeed or fail, a successful entrepreneur must be ready to take responsibility for their actions. This shows your employees and managers that you are always prepared to face tasks openly and responsibly. You won’t earn the respect of others if you avoid the negative impacts caused by your own mistakes, and business relationships could suffer significant consequences.
When we commit to our life goals and encounter failure, we might lose material possessions, but the skills and professional ethics we gain will last forever. One lesson we learn from Arianna Huffington is: “We need to acknowledge that we can’t always make the right decision, and sometimes we might make the wrong one. Remember that failure is not the opposite of success, but rather, a part of success.”

5. Channel Passion into Your Work
Focusing on a passion can help lift your mood on days when your motivation feels weak. Passion doesn't always translate into 'joy,' but it holds significance for you in some way. You should dedicate your effort to tasks that will make you proud afterward, or at the very least bring you closer to what you truly want to achieve.
Youth is perhaps the best time in life, as it provides many opportunities to 'try and fail.' The key is to learn from each failure and keep going. Jack Ma once said: 'Every time I fail, I try again until I succeed.' His story, with numerous rejections yet an unwavering spirit, is the clearest evidence of this. Jack Ma teaches us the values of perseverance, patience, and the courage to face life's challenges: As long as you don't give up, success will come—it's just a matter of time.

6. Smart Recruitment
Your team acts as the support network and is a critical factor in your success. Hire individuals with strong skills and capabilities, but also assess their ability to work in a team. Never prioritize hiring people who share the same viewpoint to form a cohesive group. Overall, diversity of opinion brings numerous benefits to your business, both in terms of innovation and experience.
Be cautious when hiring family members or friends. Relying on personal connections for employment is one approach, but running your business in a family-oriented manner can tarnish its image. Ensure that the people you hire are qualified for the roles they take on.

7. Invest in your future.
Have you ever heard the saying "You have to invest money to make money?" Always save when possible, but only to a certain extent. For significant and worthwhile expenses, you need to invest capital. These expenses may include salaries for talented experts you hope to hire, advertising costs in business magazines, or even just a nice outfit to look professional among your colleagues and clients. Focus on investing in future success, not just celebrating present accomplishments.
Avoid buying overly expensive shirts or ties, purchasing a car, or renting a large office space you don't truly need—however, don't assume that quality always comes with a high price tag. Image is an important factor for business success, but it should not be superficial. Renting a large office you don't fully utilize or investing in equipment that you cannot pay for on time will negatively affect your company's image in the eyes of others.

8. Care for your family
Many people today feel awkward when discussing having children. They believe that having kids is time-consuming, costly, and could impede career advancement. However, consider the positive side—these little angels bring an entirely new chapter into the lives of their parents.
Children not only make parents feel happier, but they also become a source of strength and motivation, helping individuals overcome difficulties and achieve success. Seeing your little angel smile will surely make you forget the tiredness and motivate you to strive harder for success.

9. Organize your tasks effectively
Successful people are those who know how to organize their work, prioritizing tasks that are most important. By focusing on crucial tasks first, you'll be able to achieve your goals. When you make time for what truly matters, you gain control over your life and find balance. To do this, you need to plan, stick to the plan, and adjust it as needed when reality sets in. Success will surely follow.
Research has shown that people often waste valuable time on various tasks that arise unexpectedly, preventing them from completing their most important work effectively. On the other hand, if they measure and track their priorities and key milestones according to the plans they've set, their productivity will increase. So, if you're aiming for success and looking to reduce stress, don't ask how to improve work efficiency. The first question to ask is, "What do I truly need to focus on?"
When we organize our priorities, it often feels like we have plenty of time. Therefore, make an effort to focus on what really matters and don't let trivial matters distract you.

10. Collaborate at work
Everyone has different perspectives, but when you create a cooperative plan, new ideas and solutions will emerge, helping you find the optimal way to solve problems. Successful people understand the power of teamwork. A group working together achieves better results.
Treating others with respect, courtesy, and kindness is a good way to start! You never know when a meaningful business relationship will form or when you'll meet a potential partner, investor, or future employer.
A successful business owner is a central figure in connecting people. They foster an environment that brings people together by treating them equally and fairly, encouraging collaboration.
