6. Hanoi University
Hanoi University was established in 1959 under its original name, Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Over the course of more than half a century, the university has solidified its reputation as a prestigious public institution specializing in foreign language education at all levels, from Bachelor's to Master's and Doctoral degrees. It was also the first university in Vietnam to offer eight undergraduate programs entirely in English and one program in French.
