1. Make Time for Yourself
In addition to all the activities mentioned above, make sure to spend more time connecting with yourself. This time doesn't require you to do anything specific. Just do whatever makes you happy. Focus on listening and observing yourself more closely to understand your true needs and fulfill them.
In the beginning, it may be difficult to understand yourself, but that's okay. Start with a hobby or anything that comes to mind first. You could read a book, listen to music, play games, eat, or even do nothing. Listen to yourself instead of following others' advice, as only you truly know what you need. “Treat yourself like someone you genuinely love.”

2. Travel Solo
Traveling alone offers numerous benefits: you have the freedom to do whatever you want without needing to negotiate or agree with anyone; you can also enjoy a journey that you plan yourself. It's a perfect opportunity to follow your interests that you might not be able to pursue when at home or traveling with others.
A solo trip is the key to breaking through the limits that hold you back. When you're alone, you'll have more space to explore new and exciting things around you. Whether it's a short or long trip, you won't have to wait for anyone, so time is entirely in your hands, and you decide how to spend it.

3. Learn to Appreciate Life
Life goes on every day, and so it's important to live fully, excel in your studies, and do your work well. But I'm sure we've all asked ourselves many times what we truly have. There are moments when it feels like everything is against you, and nothing seems to matter anymore.
Being grateful for life is a vital practice for finding peace. Gratitude allows you to appreciate the good things about yourself and your life, helping you see things with a more positive outlook!

4. Always Be in Control of Yourself
Never lose yourself, no matter the situation! When you master yourself, you can achieve anything you desire. However, once you've lost yourself, you no longer remain who you are. You'll become someone who makes those around you feel anxious and fearful.
Never let material possessions, money, or status sway you. Only when you have self-control can you approach life’s challenges with the right mindset, attitude, and actions!

5. Don't Let Negativity Affect You
In life, you can't avoid gossip, insults, or being treated disrespectfully. But don't let these petty individuals disrupt your life. If you want to quit smoking, avoid being around people who offer you cigarettes. The friends you need are those who support and appreciate you. Turn negative thoughts into positive actions. Instead of complaining about the things that frustrate you, like cursing at them, try cleaning your room! It may sound funny, but you’ll get used to it.
When you're feeling frustrated, take positive actions to release stress, like dancing, singing, watching a movie, or taking a nap, rather than venting your anger on others. Remember, once you're calm, think things through. It's really uncomfortable to carry negative emotions inside you. If you don't get rid of them, they’ll destroy you. One method I often use is to listen to music alone with a cup of tea or coffee.

6. Limit Social Media Use, Check Email Just Once a Day
If using social media brings you negative things, such as wasting time waiting for likes or aimlessly chatting, it's time to balance your usage. But liking and sharing this blog isn't harmful at all, haha! Personally, I receive about 20-30 emails a day from partners and collaborators. If I didn’t manage my time well, I’d probably spend the whole day just dealing with them.

7. Open Your Soul to Understand What Your Emotions Are Telling You
Just like a child feels truly loved when you sincerely understand why they’re hurt, the inner child within you will feel loved when you explore what your emotions are trying to communicate.
All emotions carry important information. Just as physical pain signals you to address a problem, emotional pain does the same. The ache may be telling you that you're neglecting yourself, that someone isn't loving you, or perhaps that you're not showing enough love to yourself or others. It may also be a sign that the current situation isn't right for you. So, truly listen to your emotions to understand what they’re guiding you towards.

8. Write Morning Pages
This is a powerful practice used in Writing Therapy, becoming increasingly popular. The method was first introduced in Julia Cameron's book 'The Artist's Way.' It’s a simple process: upon waking each morning, write three pages (you can use three A4 pages) of whatever comes to mind. Write anything, even if it’s not coherent or grammatically correct. The Morning Pages are non-judgmental. Even if you don’t know what to write, you can simply write 'I don’t know what to write right now.'
The purpose of Morning Pages is to release emotions, clear your mind, and organize your thoughts, making it easier to think clearly. It’s particularly beneficial if you’re struggling with negative thoughts or beliefs that arise when you wake up. Practicing Morning Pages also helps spark creativity, generate new ideas, and is great for writers and content creators. Morning Pages can help you release fears and negative emotions, especially during tough times when you need to regain your mental strength.

9. Meditation
Meditation is a well-known practice for many people. Leaving aside its religious aspects, meditation today is seen as an effective way to reduce stress and maintain inner peace. Simply put, meditation involves calming the mind and focusing your attention on something specific. There are various forms of meditation, and you can attend classes or use mobile apps to practice different styles. To understand the basics of meditation, I recommend the book 'The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching' by Thich Nhat Hanh, which was recommended to me by a meditation teacher.
In this case, meditation helps you observe and understand yourself more clearly, connecting with your deepest inner self. Alongside meditation, you can also practice mindfulness in your daily life. Mindfulness, in simple terms, means being aware of and fully present with what’s happening without judging or evaluating it. By focusing on the present moment, without dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, you become more connected to reality and yourself. For example, when washing dishes, you focus on the act of washing dishes, or when eating, you fully experience the act of eating, savoring every moment instead of letting your mind wander to other thoughts.

10. Maintain Physical Activity
There's a saying, 'A healthy body leads to a peaceful mind.' The body and mind are interconnected, inseparable from one another. To maintain mental well-being, it's essential to keep your body in motion. Whether it's running, going to the gym, swimming, or even just dancing around your living room, the key is to find a physical activity that you enjoy and that suits your health condition. Let your body move, and avoid sitting still too long, which increases the production of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol.
