- Step 3: Let the dough rest for another 40 minutes, optionally placing it in an oven at the lowest temperature for 5 minutes to help activate the yeast. Brush the dough with egg wash and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Step 4: Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven, wrap it in plastic wrap, and mist with water to keep it moist. Unwrap and fill with pork floss, then carefully roll the bread up.
- Step 5: Slice the roll into small pieces, spread mayonnaise on top, and dip into a dish of pork floss to coat the bread.

2. Hokkaido Milk Bread
Ingredients:
- 360g all-purpose flour
- 5g yeast
- 35g white sugar
- 4g salt

- 125ml unsweetened milk
Instructions:

- Step 4: Sprinkle a clean surface with flour and knead the dough for 30-35 minutes until smooth, elastic, and no longer sticky.
- Step 5: Lightly oil a clean bowl, place the dough inside, and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature until it doubles in size. Check by pressing your finger into the dough—if the indentation remains, it’s ready.
- Step 6: Turn the dough out onto a clean surface, press lightly to release air. Divide the dough into four equal pieces, each weighing about 143g. Roll each piece into a rectangular shape, then roll it up vertically. Flatten the dough and roll it again to form a ball, then place it in a greased pan.
- Step 7: Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) for about 30-40 seconds, then turn it off. Lightly mist with warm water, place the dough pan in the oven, and let it rise for another 35-45 minutes until it doubles in size.
- Step 8: Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F), brush the dough with whipping cream. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.

3. Garlic Butter Toasted Banh Mi

- Step 3: Add the thinly sliced pork into the mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate the pork for 3-4 hours. Afterward, heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the pork on both sides until fully cooked (about 3 minutes per side).
- Step 4: Cut the loaf of bread into approximately 20cm segments, then slice each segment in half lengthwise.
- Step 5: Spread 1 tablespoon of pâté on one side of the bread, layer with cooked pork, followed by pickled carrots and radish, and finish with cilantro. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread and enjoy your delicious pork sandwich!

- Step 4: Beat the egg and brush it over the dough rounds. Bake the bread at 250°C for 20 minutes.

13. Green Tea Bread

- 250g bread flour
- 4 tablespoons green tea powder

- 65g sugar
- 7g dry yeast

- 400g red beans

- Step 4: Divide the dough into even portions (approximately 58-60g each). You should be able to form 11 portions. Shape each portion into a ball.
