4. University of Commerce
The University of Commerce is a public institution, part of the national education system of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 9. Hanoi University of Civil Engineering

13. FPT University
FPT University is a private educational institution established on September 8, 2006, under Decision No. 208/2006/QD-TTG by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. Fully funded by the FPT Group, it is the first university in Vietnam to be created by a private business. Despite its relatively young age, FPT University has already earned a reputation for providing quality education.
