The Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center in District 4 was established on May 31, 2017, under Decision No. 2824 from the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. The center was formed by merging three institutions: the Continuing Education Center in District 4, the Vocational Training Center in District 4, and the Technical and Career Guidance Center in District 4. The new name, Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center in District 4 (TTGDNN-GDTX Q4), reflects its dual focus on providing both vocational training and general education.
Despite the center's limited physical space, it has received strong support from the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the District 4 Party Committee, the District 4 People's Committee, and various local departments. With the dedication of its staff, teachers, and administrators, the center has steadily developed, achieving significant milestones. These include receiving multiple Labor Excellence awards, earning a merit flag from the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for outstanding performance in the 2013-2014 school year, and honoring two teachers with the prestigious 'Vo Truong Toan' award (in 2007 and 2014). One teacher has also been recognized with the 'Heart of a Teacher' title, along with other awards.
In the national high school graduation exams, the center consistently performs well, often ranking among the top schools in the city. Many students from the center win the title of 'Outstanding Student of the City'. The Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center in District 7 was established under Decision No. 3361/QD-UBND on August 13, 2018, by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Its vision and mission are geared toward achieving overall development.

District 12 Continuing Education Center took over the facilities from the former military camp in 1976. The center began its educational activities in 1997-1998, initially offering 7 subjects as per the Ministry of Education’s regulations. From 1998 onwards, the center expanded its curriculum to include English, Information Technology, Civic Education, and general vocational training. 13. Continuing Education Center District 3
Located at 204 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Ward 9, District 3, the Continuing Education Center of District 3 has grown and evolved over more than 40 years. Supported by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training, District 3 Party Committee, District People's Council, and the District 3 People's Committee, the center was rebuilt at the end of 2007 and inaugurated on February 2, 2008. With modern and spacious facilities, including 13 classrooms, 2 Chemistry-Biology and Physics labs, 2 computer rooms, 1 library-equipment room, 1 meeting room, 1 auditorium, and 8 functional rooms, the center continuously expands its programs to meet the educational needs of residents in District 3 and surrounding areas. Thanks to the collective efforts of the staff, teachers, and employees, the center has achieved the following accomplishments:

14. Continuing Education Center Le Quy Don
Le Quy Don Continuing Education Center is a well-established institution with a long history in teaching and training in Ho Chi Minh City. Over the years, it has built a strong reputation for high-quality education and the trust of students, parents, and the community.
In 1976, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee decided to establish the Le Quy Don Secondary Education Center. In April 1977, the name was changed to the Le Quy Don Civil Education School No. 1, which operated at 110 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2000, in response to new educational requirements, the institution officially transformed into the Le Quy Don Continuing Education Center.
Thanks to tremendous effort and overcoming various challenges, particularly with infrastructure, as well as support from city leadership and the Department of Education and Training, the center moved to a new facility in November 2010 at 92 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Ward Da Kao, District 1, where it continues to operate today.
