1. Poem: Returning to April - Lan Vương
Returning to April
Author: Lan Vương
April arrives with the faint colors of summer
The narrow alley hesitates with the whispers of the wind
Some rays of sunshine gently speak their untold words
The scent of lilies in the new sunlight stirs the heart
Spring has passed, leaving only the mid-summer chill
Those who remain forget the hurried longing
Footsteps continue amidst the bustling world
Who unknowingly passes by April’s countless roads?
Yes, the old green has faded, replaced with a blur
Clouds drift softly, calling to the streets below
New purple flowers shyly begin to bloom
Gently cradling a nostalgic evening filled with purity
Do you know, my dear, the old season has gone
But my heart forever yearns for the summer sunshine
The small shoulders, the fine hair, have become so fragile
Remembering someone... carrying all of April's fallen moments...

2. Poem: First Sunshine of the Season - Nga Lê
First Sunshine of the Season
Author: Nga Lê
The Phoenix flower quietly cradles its buds.
Waiting for May to bloom in vibrant colors.
The lilies of early summer proudly open.
The pure white of students’ uniforms shine.
April arrives, weaving the sun into verses.
The Sưa flowers fall, creating a white carpet on the path.
The Xoan flowers, shy, lean their petals toward the wind.
They gently fall as spring departs.
Summer begins, like a dream awakening.
The chilly breeze lingers, reluctant to leave.
Your knitted sweater is just in time to wear,
Does the cold still reach you in the borderlands?
My heart aches for you, so I love the cold wind too.
I hold on to winter as your sweater was knitted slowly.
The sweater, a symbol of love, is sent by me.
With the heart of a wife far away.
This season’s purple flowers are blooming brightly.
The deep purple you’ve always adored.
I wish that this April you would be here.
So we could be together in the first sunshine of the season.

3. Poem: Oh April, Here You Come - Hoàng Chẩm
Oh April, Here You Come
Author: Hoàng Chẩm
I share with you a season of white trumpet flowers
The early summer comes with the redness of waiting eyes
How deeply I miss you every night… yearning for each other
Leaving the late-night light on, wishing for a lasting love
You may be old, but my love for you feels ever new
Like a blooming rose, soaring freely in the sky
Your lips have curved through storms and strife
A little worn but still intoxicating, not fading
I offer you April, filled with fragrant passion
Nighttime dew gently melts away with the flutter of excitement
Longing leaves softly touch my hands in a passionate corner of the street
You spread the night… leaving behind a red trace of our shared moments
A touch of faded red, like a song of life left behind
You’re not too late, it’s never too late
My love feels as fresh as a night basked in sunlight
Far away, in that place, your love shines brightly.

4. Poem: Returning to April - Nguyễn Đình Cường
Returning to April
Author: Nguyễn Đình Cường
I will return to meet with April
Where the trumpet flowers bloom, releasing a pure fragrance
Oh bougainvillea! Everyone knows you well
Fragile, yet strikingly sharp
I will return so I won't have to yearn
The flamboyant yellow of the golden shower tree
Anyone who passes is captivated
But nothing compares to the April sunshine.
You invited me to the Northwest, didn’t you!?
To see the flowers bloom across villages in joy
So in May, we can finally meet
Where Điện Biên made waves around the world!
Then I will journey all the way down to Cà Mau
To see the mangrove trees staking their claim on the sea
Yet the flowers that have captured so many hearts
Are found in the love markets of Hà Giang.
The rhododendrons are a dreamy array of colors
Purple, white, red… in Sa Pa… with the wind sweeping through…
I wish to meet you so I can express myself
This April, I’m ready to confess my love!

5. Poem: April Arrives - Ngo Quang Tuan
April Arrives
Author: Ngo Quang Tuan
Dedicated to TM
April arrives, still in a trance
Lily flowers flood the streets
Unrequited love lingers on
Have you ever thought of me?
April arrives, the sky isn't clear
Clouds are gray, hoping for a change in weather
During this season's shift, my love remains open
When will we finally express our feelings?

6. Poem: The Legend of the Lily Flower! - Hoang Minh Tuan
The Legend of the Lily Flower!
Poem by: Hoang Minh Tuan
Jack and Lily were deeply in love,
It was their first and only love,
War tore them apart,
Jack went to the battlefield, far from home!
Jack sent his heart, declaring his devotion,
Promising to return and reunite with Lily,
Twenty years passed since that fateful day,
Twenty long years of waiting, longing, hoping!
Without his heart, Jack became cold and indifferent,
When the war ended, Jack never came back,
Leaving Lily in deep sorrow,
Jack became a thief in the human world!
Traitorous, cruel, and merciless,
He chased away even his benefactor without hesitation,
Forgetting that Lily was still waiting,
Jack became a betrayer, ungrateful!
Even the bandit chief grew frustrated,
He sought out Lily to reveal Jack's treachery,
Eventually, the bandit bowed in admiration,
For Lily's pure love!
Thus, the truth was concealed once more,
That Lily’s lover was lost,
Her heart heavy with sorrow,
She sought Jack’s resting place to return his heart!
But the plan was soon abandoned,
Jack's heart never reached the false grave,
Out of love, she gave her own heart,
To end her life... to settle the debt of love!
A beautiful flower was born from that love,
Radiating with a dazzling and captivating beauty,
Pure white, filled with affection,
Every April, it blooms again!

7. Poem: I Carry the Season - Bích Mai Phan
I Carry the Season
Author: Bích Mai Phan
I carry the season in the sweet cold of the Bân's embrace
Startled, I gaze at the Narcissus buds, so shy
Each gust of wind mixes with rain, playful and quick
Half-made sweaters, tucked away, waiting for next year.
I carry a smile, pausing to wait for the train
The journey of spring spreads wide like destiny,
Lingering here and there - the sun, the rain holding tight
The last of the Xoan flowers falling along the familiar path
I carry the afternoon filled with memories that ferment
Like an old wine jar that’s long gone without a drink.
The stubborn season of Narcissus, so intense
I carry myself, pondering, waiting for the next season to come.

8. Poem: The Old Flower Season - Ha Nguyen
The Old Flower Season
Author: Ha Nguyen
I return during the season when Loa Kèn blooms
The flowers' hue from a time long past
Falling in love with someone.
As the years drift by
Don't blame yourself for being weak
Crying over the field of flowers at season’s end
Parting from the school years.
I meet you again on a windy day
The cold breeze of Bân
The heavens, touched by sincere love
Bringing cold winds for the one who wears a coat.
I return and hear the sound of the flute
Swaying gently in the afternoon breeze
The shadow of the sunlight shifting
A boat crosses the river, carrying dreams and personal burdens.
The Loa Kèn flowers lie still in the old garden
Why awaken the unfinished dreams?
Let the delicate flowers entice us
With peaceful grace.

9. Poem: That Day - Hồ Viết Bình
That Day
Author: Hồ Viết Bình
I remember those days when she held my hand
The two of us wandering by the moonlit lake
The willow trees hanging low, mist covering the surface
We gazed into the water, admiring the sapphire depth of her eyes.
A breeze stirred, creating ripples on the lake
The shadows of two people merged into one
The moment of magic arrived swiftly
As if two heads leaned in close at the same time.
Innocence, a clumsy childhood
The Loa Kèn flowers blooming amid the season of love
We reveled in each other's company, regardless of time
Our hearts full of things we longed to share.
But alas, we took separate paths
Now, when we meet again, we feel the awkwardness
Separation always carries the pain
But let's accept it and remain friends.
Years have passed, no longer so naive
The storms of life have weathered us through sunshine and rain
Sometimes I recall those old memories
And find myself lost, intoxicated by the past.

10. Poem: Where the First Day of Summer Begins - Phạm Quang Thu
Where the First Day of Summer Begins
Author: Phạm Quang Thu
Summer starts in April
You know it, though unaware
The white Loa Kèn blooms, its color so longing
And I miss you, not knowing how to express it!
Summer arrives, the moon shines bright, stars bloom
The days are hot, and the rain comes down heavy
How I love the songs you sing
Nature fills the air with the music of falling rain.
Summer begins when the Phoenix tree reigns
The leaves are green and the flowers are red
And summer hides love right there
The heat blazes, and the flowers burst into bloom.
Summer arrives, will you come by my house?
We’ll visit your grandmother’s place together
A summer filled with excitement, as you see it
The sky is clear with hardly a cloud in sight.
Summer comes, will you count the days?
You'll likely lose track of time, caught up in the thrill
And the season fades in the subtle fragrance
Promising a night of love under the summer sky!

11. Poem: The Season of Loa Kèn Flowers - Ngô Quân Miện
The Season of Loa Kèn Flowers
Author: Ngô Quân Miện
Your delicate hands grasp
A branch of flowers connecting spring to summer
The drizzle just ended, the sound of cicadas
Fills the air, burning brightly under the fading tree shadows
You walk by, your light clothing revealing
Your sweet fragrance gently drifting in the calm, green day
The flower season rushes by so quickly
The scent of the flowers never even had the chance to reach my hands.

12. Poem: The First Night of Summer - Pham Hong Giang
The First Night of Summer
Author: Pham Hong Giang
The first night of summer, the moon splits in two
Half fragile, longing for the other half to be near
The love poem I wrote feels lost in thought
The words of affection wander, searching for the words of waiting.
Could it be that we are far apart
The white lily thinks quietly, so pure and bright
The cicadas cry relentlessly, until exhaustion takes over
The night tightens, drifting with worries.
The smoke of tobacco burns as it curls around the edges
How long must this heavy love burden last
The night falls, the moon turns pale, tired and worn
The loneliness gets lost in a foolish dream.
You left, leaving me in desolation
Half a moon, cold and distant at the far end of the sky
The sting in my eyes mixes with the fading smoke
A bitter drink slips through my parched lips.
The first night of summer, half the moon drunk with grief
The clouds circle...
One by one...
Slowly drifting away!

13. Poem: Talking to April - South Wind
Talking to April
Author: South Wind
Don't rush, let the lilies slow down
Which wind stumbles upon the scent?
You don't hold my heart
Like Lylia held the heart of Jack.
You are merely a verse I have yet to write
You are the melody I have yet to find
Becoming a dewdrop, syncing with the rhythm of the night
Offering a note that hums in pure white.
April, please open the umbrella of sunlight
The soft summer, with every finger intertwined
Gentle, oh those lips that kiss
So pure, for the heart of the flower remains faithful.
Love eternal, warm and fragrant, the flower remains
Calling out to each other, letting the memories follow...

14. Poem: April Sunshine - Hoang Minh Tuan
April Sunshine
Poet: Hoang Minh Tuan
The April sunshine...
Brings life-giving sap that overflows,
Wearing a golden coat on the grass and trees,
The shining leaves become even more brilliant,
The earth and sky wait in a daze for summer to arrive!
Meanwhile, the spring rain
Quietly slips away,
Making room for the summer with torrential rains,
And when the plants are fresh and cool,
The sunshine returns... pouring honey... still intoxicating!
The sun awakens
All the flowers and leaves on the trees,
Spreading love along every path,
The pure white lilies seem to beckon,
For an eternal love waiting patiently!
You remember
On the old familiar path,
Where we once met as children,
Where our hearts were full of youthful passion,
There was one who silently waited for you!
April sunshine
Still calm and gentle,
The pure white lilies remain immaculate
Come back, my love, weave our love in bloom
So our love may be drunk in the April sunshine!

15. Poem: Love Song of the Lily 02 - Le Vinh Noi Vu
Love Song of the Lily 02
Author: Le Vinh Noi Vu
You imagine
The lily trembling
Could eternity ever be angry with a summer afternoon?
The sun suddenly, you
The sun opens its wide eyes
Looking at you
In the desolation of thought
You stir the calm, drowning the symphony of affection
Have you yet found your way, lost in the Milky Way?
Just one sky
Do not think of vast things
Do not let the moon’s shadow divide us
We nurture our love with silent words
Lily, oh, when will the moon’s crescent be whole again?

16. Poem: April – The Season of Lily Blossoms - Nhật Hy
April – The Season of Lily Blossoms
Author: Nhật Hy
April – the lilies announce summer, filling the streets,
Summer tiptoes in, stepping lightly through the town,
Under the fresh sunlight, wandering along the streets,
Waiting for summer’s warmth to grace everyone’s shoulders.
Each gentle rhythm stirs the calm silence,
Weaving the clouds into threads of interlacing hues,
In the rush hour, the lively streets bustle,
The long road adorned with white uniforms, the sun without a name.
April – the lilies softly fill the streets,
The rows of lilies gracefully roam the town,
On the evening streets, in the quiet market,
They paint the world with a fading white, with each step taken.
April – who is waiting for whom,
In the season when lilies bloom in full,
Opening up many hesitant feelings,
As the heart beats, longing to confess.

17. Poem: Hanoi – The Season of Lily Blossoms - Hương Huyền
Hanoi – The Season of Lily Blossoms
Author: Hương Huyền
You step out into the streets, gentle and graceful,
Pure white, shining with innocent charm,
The flowers glitter in the sunlight, lost in their daze,
The lilies play their tune, waiting for summer’s arrival.
The sunlight dances in a hazy dream over the streets,
The wind jealously winds through the climbing flowers,
Your eyes, wide and clear as crystal,
Fill the air with a fragrant warmth that lingers with every step.
You smile brightly, radiantly cheerful,
Opening my heart, letting it float on a cloud,
With a yearning for happiness, overflowing,
Hanoi lights up, surrounded by the blooming lilies along the way.

18. Poem: The Longing of April
The Longing of April
Author: Mưa Đầu Mùaa
April arrives, the lilies are in full bloom
How far apart are we as the flowers come back?
Oh, the longing, why does it stretch on endlessly?
The echo of yearning fills the empty night...
I remember you, from a time of naive youth,
The sad verses wander along with a love that lingers,
Half of it for you, half for me, a dream untold,
And yet, half a life has passed and I still can't say your name...
April comes, and the longing grows deeper,
The flowers no longer paint the streets in vibrant hues,
The old swan’s wings have flown to distant skies,
The season’s shift echoes with the calls of lost birds...
April comes, the misty rain settles by the door,
The streets stretch on, more desolate with each step,
Alone, I sit in silence, waiting here,
For you to return in the yearning of April...

19. Poem: The Sparkling Lilies - Nguyễn Thị Hồng Hạnh
The Sparkling Lilies
Poet: Nguyễn Thị Hồng Hạnh
April shines with golden sunlight,
The pure white lilies bloom gently,
A faint fragrance wafts through the air,
Drifting softly on the breeze, like a dream.
April leaves a lingering impression,
The lilies paint the streets with their fragrance,
Hesitant, I stop by the roadside,
Admiring the flowers, remembering the one I love.
April carries the weight of a vow,
The day the lilies bloom, we’ll be together.
April marks the first love,
The white lilies, so pure and innocent.
April deepens the bond of love,
As beautiful as the glowing white lilies.
April, the memory never fades,
Our love, loyal and steadfast, remains in our hearts.

20. Poem: The Longing of April - Phạm Thị Hồng Thu
The Longing of April
Poet: Phạm Thị Hồng Thu
April comes, but summer still lingers,
The cold breeze from Bân still sweeps through the alley,
Perhaps she misses her husband, lost in thought,
The sun dances, far away, missing her presence.
April arrives, the lilies bloom in perfect beauty,
Waiting for someone, they remain pure and innocent,
Still pristine, evoking a sense of longing,
In the days of youth, too shy to speak a word of love.
No more roaming through April’s streets,
Now after school, I linger, waiting for summer,
While strangers pause, caught in the unknown streets,
Feeling the sweet scent of the lilies, but unaware.
Which April did we walk hand in hand, smiling,
Not wanting to say goodbye to summer,
Just like the lilies, loving April with all their heart,
The flowers know the feeling, lingering in April’s embrace.
Oh, lilies! Those carefree days of youth,
Now we only regret, the longing grows stronger.
Who dreams of loving the pure beauty of flowers,
Only to be left with sorrow, deep and aching...
