1. Poem: The Song of the Seasonal Shift
Poem: The Song of the Seasonal Shift
Author: Hạ Trâm
The northern wind blows, bringing a chill to the lips
The song of the seasonal shift stirs emotions deep inside
Saying goodbye to autumn, leaving our hearts unsettled
Farewell, dear autumn, so cherished and loved.
The northern wind arrives, causing trees to sway
Leaves rustle and flutter down the streets
The air turns cool, with hues of green and red
Adding to the charm of this heroic city.
The northern wind blankets the land
Cranes weary from their flight head south to escape the cold
A little puppy rests, feeling under the weather
But the chill will pass by tomorrow.
The sun rises, warmth returns
Sitting by the window, watching the outside world
The lingering scent of milk flowers fills the air
A fragrant aroma that signals the arrival of a new season.

2. Poem: Seasonal Transition
Poem: Seasonal Transition
Author: Nguyễn Minh Tâm
Winter is here, isn't it, my love?
The cool breeze sweeps through the narrow streets
Autumn's golden leaves are carried by the wind
The seasonal shift stirs a sense of restlessness inside.
Winter has arrived, and I feel a sweetness in the air
October arrives, bringing a strange vastness
The first mist of the season, droplets glistening on the branches
The whisper of the wind rustles the white reeds, shaking them softly.
I understand now, winter comes with a dry crispness
Just like the longing we both share
Only your love is warm and everlasting
I miss you so much, my dear.
The yearning is overwhelming, leaving me adrift
We hold hands, dreaming of a distant place
You walk past me, oblivious to the moment
My heart only sees your shadow...
Are you there?...
In me
The seasonal transition...
Winter arrives...
A soft kiss!

3. Poem: The Moment of Seasonal Transition
Poem: The Moment of Seasonal Transition
Author: Gia Bảo
If love is the forbidden fruit
How many of us haven’t tasted its forbidden pleasures?
What is love that makes the heart run wild
We endure its pain, knowing it must be faced.
When we're apart, do you feel that aching pain?
Do you shed tears when you pass the familiar street?
Do you wander through lonely nights without sleep?
Do you choke on sobs when the rain falls?
Do you ever long for the days gone by
Laughing together through sun and rain?
Even a brief moment apart leaves an emptiness inside
Even a fleeting moment of anger stings the lips.
In this moment of seasonal change, do you feel adrift?
Do you feel the pull of tears when autumn’s fragrant flowers bloom?
Do you get lost as winter knocks on the door?
Do you remember someone who used to say, 'As the season changes, remember to wear something warm, wrap a scarf.'
So now, why have you lost love for me?
Letting autumn fade in bittersweet abandon
No longer having you when the wind shifts
I take care of myself, remembering to stay warm… Listen to me!

4. Poem: The Song of Seasonal Transition
Poem: The Song of Seasonal Transition
Author: Long Phan
As the faint golden sunlight fades and falls
It is when the cold wind starts to blow
It is the day the boat departs from the village dock
And we know that autumn has come to an end.
Winter arrives, and people depart far away
The mustard plants in the fields stand bitter and tall
The autumn wind brings sadness to the eyes
We cannot hold onto a distant shadow.
The song of the changing seasons... Is it here... Why the hurry?
We are still lingering in the autumn’s embrace
Where are you... Is it the season of happiness or fog?
Speak up so I can hear your voice!
The season shifts, and the heart silently calls
The sky is full of mist, closing off paths to old love
The wind howls relentlessly, following the rain
As though bidding farewell to a long-lost love.
The song of the changing seasons... Will it return to stay...???

5. The Song of Seasonal Transition
Poem: The Song of Seasonal Transition
Author: Hồng Phong
The chill of early mornings and evenings
It seems autumn is waiting for winter to come
The song of seasonal change makes my heart flutter
Autumn lingers, while winter waits in the distance.
The scene is so beautiful, autumn is not in a hurry
Letting the leaves fall, covering the roads
The ripe pomelos give off a sweet fragrance
While the bougainvillea flowers along the way bloom with a vibrant red.
I feel for the old buffalo, worried about the lack of grass for the next season
Afraid that winter will arrive and dry up the fields
The bare trees wait for winter to come
So lovers can enjoy the golden mustard flowers.
Let my sister take her time
Choosing a coat, as she’s been pondering for days
The weather has turned colder, with a slight chill in the air
The bare branches make the trees seem lifeless.
The birds fly quickly to find shelter from the cold
The grasshoppers have all hidden, waiting for winter to pass
Around the haystack, the hens are busy
Making their nests, ready to lay eggs.
It’s a mix of noise and quietness
The song of seasonal change waits patiently
Autumn remains indifferent, while winter feels distant
Both harmonize in the song of the changing seasons, so tender...

6. Poem: A Vast Autumn Sky
A VAST AUTUMN SKY
Hoàng Chẩm
The autumn flies by... while love remains
The street from early winter fades away
People leave, carrying the soul of wild grass
We bid farewell beneath a pink rain shower
Beside the lake, the shadows stretch and quiet
At the end of autumn, the sky wide above us
Searching for someone from afar
It seems even the leaves are withered and faded
You carry autumn late, heavy on your back
The road back is a solitary, desolate path
In this empty life, the wind sweeps through
With a heavy heart, the scarf and the red-flowered trefoil
Cradling love with a few gentle words
We part, carrying an entire autumn sky
Chasing a hundred years of karmic fate
You disappear, lost in the fog
The distant streets, eyes ripple with longing
Arms trying to hold on to the dreams of autumn
Walking against the wind, still cherishing your silhouette
Guiding each other... until the loneliness is no more

7. Poem: November
NOVEMBER
Poem by Hoàng Hôn
November, the yellow orchids just begin to bloom
The faded moss drapes the path I walk
Only recently, the ground was covered with leaves and flowers
Yet today, the haze of mist makes the way unclear
November, the past passes by so swiftly
What love can revive the scent of days gone by?
People leave, who is left to guide me?
Strands of hair scattered lightly across your shoulder
The season shifts, my heart feels frozen
November returns, the winter seems to have come early
You promised to shelter me from the storms
Yet you left me, lost in the vastness of falling leaves
November returns, asking who will still sing me to sleep?
The restless sleep, without you beside me
Love and happiness are so fragile
I sing a tune of longing, crossing twelve shores

9. Poem: Thank You for Lighting My Heart
THANK YOU FOR LIGHTING MY HEART
Poem: Nguyen Dinh Cuong
Near the river, the yellow flowers bloom,
The larks fly swiftly, heading to the village square.
November brings the chill, and autumn fades,
Yet the quiet, peaceful winter follows.
The winter’s here, but my dreams are vivid,
The fragrant milk flowers still linger by the corner,
The scent of young rice fades with the wind,
And the light mist hides the coolness of the early frost.
Hand in hand, we share warmth and love,
Providing comfort through the cold and distant winter.
With you by my side, I have everything I need,
So the season doesn’t frighten me at all.
As November quietly slips away,
The chilling December arrives with full force.
But I always remind myself:
Thank you for lighting my heart with love!

10. Poem: November's Happiness!
NOVEMBER'S HAPPINESS!
Poem: Hoang Minh Tuan
November...
Winter arrives... autumn weeps in sorrow,
The moments of sweet passion are gone for good,
No more the sight of golden leaves floating,
No more the days of vibrant autumn green!
November...
Autumn departs... winter feels the loss,
Night after night, the cold wind sighs,
Yearning for autumn, winter loses its warmth,
Bringing icy chills that blanket every path!
November...
Winter doesn’t know how to wait,
So don’t mourn or cry – let autumn go,
Open your arms, welcome winter’s return,
Though we know… the cold is piercing and harsh!
November...
The day you left, that year,
At the turn of seasons, we felt longing,
Our love, as golden as autumn’s hue,
Now parting, filled with sadness as winter comes!
November...
Now I wait for you to return,
On the old path, waiting for your arrival,
Even if winter chills to the bone
You should come back with the warmth of autumn’s love!
November...
Our love, full of warmth and joy!
We leave behind autumn’s dreams,
And embrace each other through the season’s transition!
Together, we will build our happiness!

11. Poem: Longing
LONGING
Poem: Nguyen Thi Khanh Ha
Still dazed by autumn’s charm
Golden leaves fall, carried gently by the breeze each evening
Bare branches sway and lean
November arrives, bringing waves of memories
Still naive, still full of thoughts
Autumn fades, winter arrives, I wander in longing
The seasonal winds still carry passion
Blending poetry with the spirit of the countryside and love
The wind whispers in soft melody
The verses of a poem, filled with the earth and sky's love
Your graceful silhouette so elegant
My heart weighed down with so many memories
November, with threads of longing
Still pained by the yearning for a distant homeland.

12. Poem: Smooth Longing - Nghi Lam
SMOOTH LONGING
Poem: Nghi Lam
Though the past days were filled with worries
My heart still beats remembering our story
Distance and space keep us far apart
Yet we still reach for each other from within
Eight years ago, we were strangers to each other
A person from Hanoi, shy in conversation
The southerner, confused and unsure
Yet we connected and walked down the same path
In November, Saigon quickly turns dark
I walked with you through the streets at dusk
We watched Bach Dang Wharf, its sunset changing hues
The shimmering water and lights made the night come alive
Looking at you, with your graceful form
Your Ao Dai highlighted your elegance
Your hair flowing in the wind, blending into the breeze
It felt warm, carrying the fragrance of Hanoi’s flowers
Surely, up north, winter arrives hastily
And the banks of the Red River are filled with Chrysanthemums
I wish I could be there beside you, whispering softly
To share all the feelings that are building inside
The longing is so smooth as you just arrived
As I sit here reminiscing about the past
Eight years ago, from a youthful girl, charming and dear
Now, we belong to each other, unchanged
I miss you dearly, especially when the skies are gloomy
In my homeland, there's no winter chill
Only the scorching sun and the rain that makes the heart ache
Adding to the sense of loneliness and restlessness
Though separated, our love is never incomplete
It remains loyal and full of happiness
If there’s anything, it’s the wandering thoughts
When someone makes their lover feel hurt
Meeting you as a visitor, traveling south
To revisit a familiar place full of memories
We had once promised to never forget
And with time, we gave our hearts to each other
How I miss you, my always slim girl
Who made me feel so intoxicated and sweet
Every night, as I awaken from my dreams
Your scent lingers, a reminder of love's warmth
Love you so much, especially in the depths of sadness.
I TRULY LOVE YOU, GIRL FROM HANOI!

13. Poem: Don’t Let the Petals Fade - Hồng Soi
DON’T LET THE PETALS FADE
Author: Hồng Soi
In November, my heart feels restless and nostalgic
Winter arrives with the cold wind knocking at the door
The changing season brings lovers together
Sharing the sweetness of early moments together
In November, I recall the days of herding buffalo
Fascinated by the lotus flowers, forgetting to feed the buffalo
The old man’s fiery eyes burning with intensity
Striking me painfully, the lash cutting into my flesh
In November, now I’m far away on a distant island
Yearning for that season of wild mustard flowers in Moc Chau
Our hands entwined, two hearts trembling
Our breaths mixing together, filling the air with warmth
In November, the fire of first love burns brightly
The pure white of the buckwheat flowers at the season’s start
You teasingly glanced at me as if to scold
Touch the flower gently, don’t let the petals fade!

14. Poem: A Drop of Sunshine by the Threshold
A DROP OF SUNSHINE BY THE THRESHOLD
Poet: Nguyễn Thị Nguyệt Anh
November...
It’s so cold, isn’t it, my love?
The trees by the road stand bare, stripped of their leaves
The snow falls heavily, piling up like mountains
My heart aches for someone wandering alone in this cold
The chilly wind blows...!
Are you wearing something warm?
The scarf, embroidered with pink thread of destiny
Tangled together, wrapped in longing and memory
Please wear it to keep warm in this winter’s chill
I will send you my heart, burning with passion
To warm you, so your soul is no longer lonely
Until the day we return to the Motherland
We’ll float gently on a boat, admiring the immortal landscape
You and I will compose poetry with our dear friend
Admiring the moonrise beneath the porch as lotus blooms
We’ll share tales of distant places, of sorrow and longing
Of the paths we’ve walked, full of obstacles and struggles
On white nights, we’ll whisper through long hours
I’ll tell you... I am the warm sunlight of the morning
You’ll say I am the key to a beautiful melody
Locking your heart into the depths of my love

15. Poem: The Winter of Saigon
THE WINTER OF SAIGON
Poet: Đỗ Tấn Thích
This year’s winter in Saigon
The rain falls, reminding me that winter is near
The sky clears, the clouds part, and the air is still
The yellow leaves sadly fall, bidding farewell to the blooms on the branches
Young buds cautiously begin to bloom, though they must accept the change
The young green leaves compete, rushing against time
The flowers on the branches are nearing their end
The birds sing, the bees dance, and the butterflies sleep through the cold
Every afternoon, storms come pouring down
The bustling crowds hurry by, with a pink silhouette following behind
The winter sky blends hues together
Green, yellow, black, and gray, the palm trees seem to answer
The deep green at noon must surely be a sign
The golden clouds float lazily in the evening light
The deep black thunder mixes with the melody of nature
The pale gray rain clouds cover the land, washing everything in their path
The mystery of nature is beyond compare
As the winter scene comes together, it shares a collective feeling of longing.
(Đỗ Tấn Thích)
Winter afternoon, 14th November 2018.

16. Poem: Sending Back the Autumn
SENDING BACK THE AUTUMN
Poet: Nguyễn Lan Hương
I send a smile back to the autumn sky
Welcoming the season’s change while reminiscing the past
The warmth of sunlight seems insufficient
As the cool breeze wraps tightly around, marking the season’s shift.
I extend my hand, hoping to catch a hint of the past’s fragrance
But instead, I touch the chill of the northeast wind
Perhaps this evening, you’ll remind me
Of the rain, distant and carried by the heart’s winds.
I step one foot towards the winter
Returning to you the yellow leaves from those days gone by
This corner of the street this afternoon trembles gently
The winds stir, full of forgotten memories.
Will you come back and walk with me again?
Shall we recall the season of sweet-smelling flowers?
Or do we wait for the cold to deepen?
Lost in thought, waiting between the two seasons.
I send you my warm smile back towards the autumn sky...
(Published in the poetry collection 'Spring in the Whisper of Leaves')

17. Poem: Calling the Season
CALLING THE SEASON
Poet: Hoàng Chẩm
The withering leaves call for the season
As autumn drifts through the quiet alleyways
I thought it was a fleeting dream, the world spinning around me
You buried the season of memories deeply inside
Far off, a distant autumn waits.
The melancholic notes of a symphony, hands clasped together.
The familiar path leads me back to the autumn unfolding
The soft grass wet with dew, sweet
The distant mist lingers in the air
A fading color in the hair, a trace of time’s passage.
The weariness of life presses on, shoulders burdened
A promise broken with the passing centuries
With one step, I turn back, reminding myself to return
Asking, as if calling back the love of the past autumn.
I pluck a flower’s petal
A hurried kiss calling the season’s embrace
The silk dress flutters, opening the door to the fading beauty
The wind’s melancholy carries a song of longing
We brush our hearts together, as if following the whisper of a promise
Promising by the river, where the two shores meet and fade away.
We call the season… calling it to stand still
Just a fragment of the past will do
Quietly summoning memories
As the sunset leaves no trace behind
Perhaps one day, we’ll return to carefully cherish a season of love.

18. Poem: The Changing Season
THE CHANGING SEASON
Poem: Thùy Dương.
Has winter truly arrived?
The cold wind brushes against the door
It seeps into the breath
The night brings a chill that makes one shiver...
Many winters have fallen..
So many times we've drifted apart..
When the golden leaves fall..
The sky shifts into a new season...
Gathering memories into poetry
The maple tree dons a coat of red
The branches, worn and weathered
Quietly retreat into themselves...!
The fragile shift of seasons
Calls forth the icy winter
How many winters have there been...
Still remembering the winters of yesteryear...!
And so, we wait endlessly..
Concealing longing deep within
The winter of a past time
Forever waiting... for one person...!
So many winters have passed..
My once-dark hair is now grey
The season's turn comes suddenly..
I softly whisper your name...!

19. Poem: Remembrance of the Changing Seasons
Poem: Remembrance of the Changing Seasons
Author: Thich Nguyen
Winter comes with a chilly breeze
Thin traces of Fall fade away
The changing seasons evoke a surge of feelings
Inviting emotions that overflow within me
The mist drifts gently
Sharp pangs in my heart
Where have the past days and months gone?
The love of those years drowned in endless pain
Memories become tattered
Torn between longing and affection
Does anyone feel the ache through the night?
Soft tears stain the lips, reminiscing those days...
My heart wavers
Fighting with love
I long to speak to you, share my thoughts
On a drifting afternoon, where affection dances
Even though we are far apart
We will always remember each other
Despite life's changing hues
We will quietly remember... the scent of betel nuts... and home...

20. Poem: Seasonal Change
SEASONAL CHANGE
Author: Trần Phú
The north wind brings a chill to my heart
Longing for warmth, yet you're far away
The scent of milk flowers fills me with nostalgia
As melancholy fragments greet the changing season
The mustard fields turn yellow, signaling fall's presence
As if holding on to autumn at the narrow path
I ponder, watching a kite drift in the breeze
Lost in my smallness amidst the vastness
Children laugh, proudly wearing their winter coats
Running to the fields, their joy radiates
The heat of November is no longer oppressive
The sun's fading strength struggles each passing day
Twilight falls quickly, and the night stretches on
Bringing dreams of you closer to me
Our lips meet sweetly, like the fragrance of milk
In this transitional moment, I lose myself between Autumn and Winter.
