Nguyên liệu:
- Mòng giò làm sạch.
- Hạt sen bóc vỏ, bỏ tâm, ngâm nước sôi 3-4 tiếng.

Cách làm:
- Móng giò chọn miếng chỉ có gân và da cho đỡ ngấy.

- Cà chua.
- Gia vị nêm nếm.
Cách làm:
- Thịt bò thái mỏng.
- Dứa bỏ lõi thái mỏng, cà chua bỏ vỏ bỏ hạt thái nhỏ.
- Đập 1 nhánh tỏi ( với những bé mới ăn có thể thay bằng đầu hành trắng) rồi phi tỏi cho thơm, cho dứa và cà chua vào xào trước, có thể nêm xíu nước mắm + xíu đường ( vì đây là món chua ngọt )
- Bước tiếp theo là cho thịt bò vào đảo sau, thịt chín tới là tắt bếp.
- Băm (xay) nhỏ hỗn hợp trên.
- Bắc nồi cháo trắng lên, cho hỗn hợp xào đã băm (xay) vào ngoáy cùng, nêm nếm lại cháo cho vừa miệng trẻ rồi bắc ra.
