1. Year-End Speech by Local Leader (Speech 1)
Dear distinguished guests,
Dear teachers,
Dear parents and beloved students!
First and foremost, on behalf of the Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee of the commune, I would like to congratulate the teachers and students of the school for their achievements in the past academic year 20XX - 20XX.
Throughout the year, XX Primary School has made significant progress in many aspects, becoming one of the key contributors to the local education development.
For years, we have upheld the educational principles of the Party: “Learning goes hand-in-hand with practice,” “Teaching is linked to production,” and “Schools are connected with the community,” especially during this academic year's theme. Our aim is to build XX Primary School into a prestigious school in the commune, striving to meet national standards and provide future leaders for both the commune and the district.
Dear guests! To successfully implement educational reforms, it's crucial to build unity and harness the strength of each member of the school community. We must also align our perspectives and innovate our approach to education. Today, educational reform is essential, and each teacher must focus on the quality of education, enabling students to become independent learners, self-motivated, and lifelong learners.
Dear distinguished guests, teachers, parents, and dear students! To establish the school's position, we must give our utmost effort. I am delighted and deeply moved by the unwavering dedication of all teachers and staff, who are working together to strengthen the school. Particularly, during the national celebrations, our teachers and students have achieved outstanding results. To meet the educational goals, teachers must continue their efforts to improve the quality of education. I firmly believe that with unity, passion, and commitment to the future generation of our country, we will successfully achieve the goals set for this academic year. At this year-end ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the commune, I wish all distinguished guests, teachers, staff, and students good health, success in their teaching, work, and studies.
Thank you very much!
