1. High Blood Pressure
There is an acupressure point located between the big toe and the second toe. Gently pressing and massaging this point with your index finger can help lower blood pressure. Spend about 3-5 minutes applying pressure here to see results. Make sure you are in a relaxed state during the process, as this will help improve blood circulation in the area. In addition to lowering blood pressure, this technique can also assist in treating eye problems, menstrual disorders in women, nausea, bloating, indigestion, and insomnia.

2. Persistent leg fatigue, difficulty lifting legs, trouble walking
At this point, another symptom may arise: difficulty swallowing. This is typically caused by weakened kidneys. To alleviate this, bend the first joint of the big toe down and use your thumb to gently massage from the base of the big toe inward. Do this three times a day, for 2-3 minutes on each foot, and with time, these symptoms will gradually improve.

3. Excessive phlegm production
To alleviate this, vigorously rub the underside of the big toe for a while and the phlegm will gradually disappear. This method is incredibly effective. If you have a traditional Chinese medicine moxa stick, using it to heat the area will speed up the process even further.

4. Knee pain and joint stiffness
To relieve this, firmly pull the big toe outwards. Then, gently rotate the toe while pulling to help lubricate the knee joint and prevent stiffness. By following this method, you’ll find that you won’t need Glucosamine anymore. Over time, the joint pain will subside, and your kidneys will feel stronger. This technique is also highly effective for treating memory issues (you can combine it with acupressure on the An Bai point to improve memory).
