1. Eliminate Frown Lines Between the Eyebrows
To remove frown lines between your eyebrows, place your index finger, middle finger, and ring finger on the skin in three spots, as shown in the image below. Press on each spot for 5 to 7 seconds, then repeat the process one more time.

2. Exercise to Lift Your Eyebrows
If your eyebrows are sagging and you want to lift them, place your index, middle, and ring fingers on the outer, middle, and inner parts of your eyebrows. Then, gently press your eyebrows upward with moderate pressure. Perform this gentle pushing motion for 7 seconds.

3. Eliminate Under-Eye Wrinkles
The skin under the eyes is very thin, which makes it prone to sagging, loosening, and wrinkles, and it also ages faster than other parts of the body. For this area, place your index, middle, and ring fingers on the bone near the corner of the eyes, then press gently for 10 seconds and release. Repeat this motion two times.

4. Remove "Crow's Feet" Wrinkles
Crow's feet are wrinkles at the corners of the eyes and are among the earliest and most prominent wrinkles on the face. They mainly appear due to the natural aging process and prolonged exposure to UV rays.
To massage away crow's feet, place your index finger at the corner of the eye and hold it there for a moment to warm up the skin. Then, gently press the corner of the eye with your finger and release, or pull towards the temples before releasing your hand. Repeat this motion 3 times for 3 seconds on both sides.

5. Eliminate Under-Eye Puffiness
We all know what under-eye puffiness looks like because we've likely all experienced it. Shiatsu offers a way to fix this. Start by placing your index finger at the inner corner of the eye. From there, move along the contours of the eye as shown in the diagram below, moving toward the outer corners. Just be sure not to stretch or move your skin too much. After completing the motion, place both your index and middle fingers on the inner and outer eye pressure points and gently press down.
Repeat the motion 3 times, holding each for 3 seconds. Note, do not pull your skin too tight.
