1. Singer Trần Quang Đại
Trần Quang Đại is a singer who overcame adversity to pursue his dream of singing. Born in Ninh Bình, he moved to the South to live and chase his musical aspirations. Despite a challenging upbringing, where he only completed middle school before dropping out to support his family, he never gave up on his passion. With a sweet and emotive voice, he captivated audiences and judges alike during the 2014 X-Factor competition.
Trần Quang Đại has been compared to the "phenomenon" Phương Mỹ Chi for his heartfelt folk music. He once shared that to fulfill his passion and earn extra income, he worked during the day and performed at tea rooms at night, earning just 200,000 VND per show. Yet, he remained content, finding joy and confidence in his craft. During X-Factor, singer Hồ Quỳnh Hương praised him, saying, "Your voice has touched my heart and keeps making it tremble."

2. MC, Miss Phạm Thị Thùy Dương
Miss Phạm Thị Thùy Dương, born in 1986 in Hoa Lư, Ninh Bình, stands out with her height of 1.75 meters and striking beauty. She has worked as a model, actress, and MC for Hanoi Television. In 2005, she won the first runner-up title at the "Hanoi - Vietnam Beauty Pageant." She also achieved recognition at the Miss International 2007 competition in Japan, earning the title of "Most Popular Miss Online" with 65% of the votes.
Beyond her beauty pageant achievements, she hosted the program "Smart Choices" on Hanoi Radio and Television. After graduating from the Army University of Culture and Arts, she became a second lieutenant in the Vietnam People's Army and served as a pianist for the Art Troupe of Military Zone 2.


3. Journalist Tạ Bích Loan
Tạ Bích Loan, born in 1968, is a renowned journalist, editor, and veteran MC of Vietnam Television. She grew up in a small family in Thọ Thái village, Yên Hưng commune, Yên Mô district, Ninh Bình province. After completing middle school, she moved to Hanoi with her family, where she studied and graduated from Lý Thường Kiệt High School. She later earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from Lomonosov University in Russia. She has hosted several popular programs such as Bảy sắc cầu vồng, Đường lên đỉnh Olympia, and Người đương thời, which paved the way for her current role as Head of VTV6's Editorial Board.
Her most recent hosting role was on the program "60 phút mở," which garnered significant attention for addressing pressing social issues with the participation of journalists and critics. In the journalism community, she is widely recognized as one of the most talented and successful editors, achieving remarkable success at a relatively young age. Whenever she speaks of her hometown, she fondly recalls childhood memories of watching TV at neighbors' houses, which inspired her passion for journalism and her successful career.
Despite her friendly demeanor, Tạ Bích Loan rarely shares details about her personal life or family with the media. She has mentioned that spending her free time caring for her family is one of her greatest joys.


4. Singer Hà Anh Tuấn
Singer Hà Anh Tuấn was born in Ninh Bình in 1984, after which his family moved to Saigon to start a new life. As an R&B artist, he gained fame after participating in the 2006 Sao Mai điểm hẹn competition, where he reached the top 3, propelling his career in the Vietnamese entertainment industry.
Hà Anh Tuấn was a former chemistry major at Lê Hồng Phong High School and was admitted to two prestigious universities in Vietnam: Banking and Natural Sciences. His exceptional talent also earned him a scholarship to study abroad in the U.S. However, driven by passion, he chose to pursue a career in business and music.
Despite his fame, he rarely appears at V-biz events. Known for his interesting personality, he enjoys going to bars with friends and loves coffee but avoids smoking. In recent years, he has made fewer television appearances, focusing instead on his role as CEO of an entertainment company and Deputy Director of D.Group Corporation.


5. Musician Trường Sa
Born as Nguyễn Thìn in 1940 in Ninh Bình, his family moved to Nha Trang in 1954 due to his father's military service, and later settled in Thủ Đức in 1957. After graduating as a 12th-term officer of the Republic of Vietnam Navy, he served as the Deputy Commander of the Trường Sa patrol ship, adopting the pen name Trường Sa during this period. His final assignment was with the 63rd River Patrol Unit.
From 1965 to 1966, he composed popular songs such as Mây trên đỉnh núi (his debut work), Hành trang giã từ, Chuyện người đan áo, Một lần xa bến, and Trên đường về thăm em. Starting in 1966, he shifted to writing melancholic love songs like Xin còn gọi tên nhau, Rồi mai tôi đưa em, Mùa thu trong mưa, and Một mai em đi. Singer Lệ Thu became the most successful performer of his works, bringing Trường Sa's name to a wider audience.
Trường Sa also wrote several songs about sailors, including Hành trang giã từ, Chờ em trên bến, and Sầu biển. The latter gained widespread popularity among the Navy, raising funds to support the family of Lieutenant Colonel Ngụy Văn Thà, who died in the 1974 Battle of the Paracel Islands.
Following the events of April 30, 1975, he fled to Guam aboard a warship. Unable to locate his family, he requested assistance from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to return to Vietnam on the ship Việt Nam Thương Tín. However, upon his return, he was sent to re-education camps in Phú Khánh and Nghệ Tĩnh for nine years. In 1986, he attempted to escape by boat but was captured and imprisoned for two more years.
In 1989, he successfully fled by sea a second time, seeking refuge at Pulau Bidong camp in Malaysia before settling in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada, where he has lived since 1991.
