1. University of Education - Thai Nguyen University
Originally known as the Viet Bac Pedagogical University, founded on July 18, 1966, the institution became part of Thai Nguyen University in 1994 and was renamed University of Education - Thai Nguyen University.
The university focuses on training and professional development for teachers and educational administrators, serving as a key institution for teacher education in the northern mountainous region of Vietnam. As of December 2016, the university employed 562 staff, with 386 lecturers. Among them, 34 hold the academic titles of Professor or Associate Professor, and 154 are PhD holders (accounting for nearly 40%), with 75 lecturers pursuing doctoral studies both domestically and abroad.

5. University of Education - Vietnam National University, Hanoi
University of Education - Vietnam National University, Hanoi was established in 2009, splitting from the Faculty of Pedagogy at Vietnam National University. Although relatively new, the university has achieved remarkable success and is now recognized as one of the leading institutions for teacher education in the country.

Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 is a public university with over 50 years of experience and a strong reputation in teacher education, research, and development. It is one of the top 8 pedagogical universities in Vietnam and has been accredited for meeting national education quality standards.
