Hanoi Vocational College of Technology and Professional Skills is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Construction, established on April 9, 1960. Hanoi Polytechnic College of Technology (English name: Hanoi Polytechnic College, abbreviation: HPC) was established under Decision No. 5654/QĐ – UB on September 26, 2001, by the Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee. It originally began as the Hanoi Polytechnic Technical School. 6. Hanoi University of Electronics and Refrigeration Technology
Hanoi University of Electronics and Refrigeration Technology is an institution dedicated to scientific research and training, with a mission to provide a skilled workforce for the industrial sector at the technical college level, as well as intermediate vocational and basic level programs in the Vietnamese education system.
