Compared to the Foreign Languages University, this place offers a better experience, with less drama, although it's still present. "HANU wasn’t initially my dream school. By accident, I submitted my application to a D-block university as a backup. Who would have thought that I’d miss my first choice and barely pass the second try? Guess it was fate with HANU, huh?"
"In the first month of classes, I almost dropped out because I couldn’t understand what the teachers were saying in English. All the lessons were in English, and my peers spoke English fluently. I felt like a dummy with my average English scores of over 9 since middle school. I will never forget walking under the trees on Nguyễn Trãi street in autumn 2013, watching the yellow leaves fall, but all I could think about was quitting due to frustration and disappointment. But then I realized I’d already paid the tuition, and if I dropped out, it’d be a waste. So I gritted my teeth and kept going, studying hard to catch up with my classmates. Gradually, I gained confidence in speaking English as I do now."
"I also can’t forget those nights spent practicing writing and those afternoons dedicated to speaking for a minute. Thanks to HANU, and the incredibly loving teachers, I overcame myself, passed the HANU Test, and graduated on time.
