- 100g sea grapes
- 300g pumpkin
- 200ml coconut milk
- 300ml fresh milk
- 100g sugar
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Potato starch
- Cinnamon powder
Instructions:
- Step 1: Prepare the ingredients: Cut off the pumpkin stem, halve it, remove the seeds, wash it thoroughly, and steam for 20-30 minutes until soft. Soak the sea grapes in clean water for 5 minutes, wash, and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Step 2: Prepare the coconut milk: In a pot, combine 200g coconut milk, 1 spoonful of condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then add a little potato starch and cook for 2-3 minutes before turning off the heat.
- Step 3: Blend the steamed pumpkin with 100g of sugar and fresh milk until smooth.
- Step 4: Pour the pumpkin mixture into a pot and bring it to a boil.
