Through the activities of the camp, we aim to raise awareness, promote pride, and honor the valuable contributions of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to the revolutionary cause of our people over the past XX years. At the same time, we encourage the youth to actively participate in building and protecting the nation, working toward a future where more youth union members become Party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam, contributing to the development of a progressive and nationally recognized school during the 20XX-20XX period.

The event will take place over two days, with competitions and a variety of fun activities.
This year’s camp will be held across the entire school, with camps from various classes participating. This is a large-scale camp, and it’s essential that every youth union member and Young Pioneer shows leadership, unity, and engagement with other camps.
The camp will include activities such as evaluating the best camp setups, organizing games, hosting a cultural exchange night, and holding a bonfire night, creating a joyful atmosphere that encourages widespread participation from youth union members, students, and staff.
The success of this camp also relies on the aesthetics of each camp site and the hospitality of the participants toward visiting leaders and guests. Therefore, the organizing committee requests that every participant maintain a respectful and professional demeanor and actively participate in the event’s activities while adhering to the camp’s guidelines.
The organizing committee encourages camp leaders, who are also committee members, to guide their groups effectively and ensure the successful completion of all activities, contributing to the overall success of the camp.

Dear comrades,
The district leadership has placed great trust in our youth to organize this camp at such a historically significant location. With their support and desire for our Youth Union and Teenager movement to continue growing, it is crucial that we meet this trust by focusing on several key areas:
This year’s camp involves participants from across the district, including various youth unions from communes, towns, schools, and companies, and we are also excited to welcome participants from the 3 camps of the Veteran Association, the Youth Union of Regiment 19, and the Youth Union of Hoan Cat Education Unit. As this is a large-scale event, it is essential that each member of the youth union embodies the spirit of leadership, unity, and collaboration with others throughout the district.
We will host several activities during the camp, such as evaluating camp setups, organizing supplementary games, holding a political discussion evening with revolutionary songs, and having a cultural exchange night, along with a bonfire to create a lively atmosphere, encouraging widespread participation from youth union members, volunteers, and students.
The significance of this camp goes beyond mere activities. It also serves as a journey of remembrance, where we express our gratitude to the Party and our ancestors who fought selflessly to secure the bright future we enjoy today.
The success of this camp will be reflected in the beautiful setups, the politeness and hospitality of each individual from Cam Lo, as they interact with our honored leaders and delegates. Therefore, the organizing committee requests that all participants uphold a respectful demeanor and actively engage in the event’s activities while adhering to the camp's regulations.
The organizing committee urges the leaders of participating organizations and the secretaries of Youth Unions from communes, towns, schools, and units to guide their participants and ensure the successful completion of all planned activities, contributing to the overall success of the camp.

Time passes swiftly. On this day, many years ago, the Youth Union of Indochina, now known as the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, was founded. This event marked a historical turning point for the youth of Vietnam, as we followed in the footsteps of our ancestors, pursuing independence and socialism as chosen by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh. Over the years, youth unions have fought valiantly and triumphed on every front. The current generation of youth remains committed to the principles of socialism in all areas, continually learning and innovating. At this same time, many years ago, our entire nation celebrated a victory of great significance.

This year, we continue our efforts to realize the campaign "Learn and Follow the Example of Ho Chi Minh’s Ethical Lifestyle" and the movement "Building Friendly Schools, Active Students," under the motto: "Every day at school is a joyful day for both teachers and students." We aim to create a competitive and healthy atmosphere for study and training while providing a fun and educational space for the Young Pioneers. The camp also serves as an opportunity for union members to develop life skills, enhance their awareness of self-management, collective living, community interaction, and build unity. It emphasizes the historical importance of the Youth Union, fosters affection for the Union, and encourages youth to strive to become members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The camp will be held from [start date] to [end date].
At this camp, we will organize various activities, including moments of reflection on our traditions, a bonfire night, and cultural performances, all designed to create a joyful, energetic atmosphere, enhancing the role of youth union members and fostering creativity and initiative.
In addition to its traditional significance, the camp also aims to foster交流, learning, and unity among school members. 4. Opening Speech for the March 26th Camp (No. 7)
Dear Teachers, Youth Union Members, and Students,
On the occasion of the XXth anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26th, our school... is organizing a celebration of this significant day. First of all, on behalf of the Party Committee and the school’s administration, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to all our teachers, youth union members, and students.
As everyone knows, every March – the month when youth across the country enthusiastically strive to achieve great accomplishments in honor of the glorious tradition of the founding of the Youth Union on March 26th – is a special time. Dubbed "Youth Month", March is when the Youth Union affirms its noble mission as the Party's reliable reserve force and a strong ally of the Party. For XX years, under the leadership of the glorious Party and beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the Youth Union and Vietnam’s youth have created proud traditions: a deep love for the country, absolute loyalty to the Party, the people, and socialism. These invaluable traditions have provided an enduring source of strength throughout history, reflected in revolutionary actions, especially during key turning points in our national history.
Following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings: “Wherever the youth is needed, there the youth shall be,” the young generation of Vietnam continues to rise to the challenge, ready to volunteer for any task, whether it be on the border, in the islands, or confronting difficult and new challenges.
Building on these precious traditions, our school’s youth union members and young pioneers have shown significant progress in recent years. Many exemplary figures have emerged, demonstrating excellence in personal development, professional growth, and a deep understanding of Party policies. Throughout this time, no youth member has been involved in any social vices. Many have overcome obstacles to fulfill their duties to the best of their abilities. These individuals serve as shining examples of responsibility, enthusiasm, and companionship for youth. We also celebrate the achievements of our students who have shown remarkable accomplishments and conduct, serving as a source of pride for our school.
On behalf of the school, I would like to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of the Youth Union of XXX School in advancing the work of the Youth Union and youth movements.
Dear distinguished guests, comrades, and students,
In celebration of the XXth anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and in the spirit of joy and excitement, our school is proudly organizing this camp from [start date] to [end date]. Through this event, we hope that the youth of our school will continue to embrace and promote the values and traditions of youth. Through meaningful and productive activities, we aim to develop soft skills, engage in mutual learning and exchange, and foster unity and friendly competition. Each youth member must understand their responsibility and take concrete actions to contribute to becoming responsible citizens.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the school’s administration, I now declare the opening of the March 26th Camp for [year].
I wish all our distinguished guests, teachers, youth members, and students good health and success. May this camp be filled with enthusiasm, unity, and progress.
Wishing our camp activities great success!

Dear Youth Union Members and Students,
The Party Committee has great trust in our ability to organize this March 26th camp. With this trust, and with the intention to continuously strengthen our Youth Union and youth movement, it is vital that we fulfill the following tasks:
This year’s camp will involve the entire school, with XX camps organized by XX classes. As a large-scale event, every Youth Union member and student must play an active role, demonstrating solidarity, and engaging with other camps in a spirit of learning and mutual support.

6. Opening Speech for the March 26th Camp (No. 2)
Dear Comrades,
Dear Teachers, Youth Union Members, Police Officers, Local Militia, and all camp participants,
On this day, XX years ago, the Indochinese Youth Union, which later became the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, was founded. This was an inevitable moment in history, born out of the national liberation struggle led by the Communist Party of Vietnam. It marked the growth of the youth movement for national independence and socialism, a path charted by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh. Over the past XX years, generations of youth have courageously fought and triumphed in various battles. Following in the footsteps of those who came before, today’s youth remain committed to socialism in every domain, continuously learning and innovating. Also, it was during this time, XX years ago, that the entire nation celebrated victory, marking the historic month of March with a sense of national pride in honoring the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, and the unification of our homeland.
In this spirit, our school is organizing a camp to commemorate the XXth anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The camp will span two days, featuring 15 competition events and numerous healthy, enjoyable activities.
This camp aims to continue effectively implementing the campaign “Learning and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh,” and the movement “Building friendly schools, active students,” with the motto: “Each day at school is a joyful day for both teachers and students.” It creates an environment that fosters a competitive spirit in both academic and physical pursuits, offering a healthy, meaningful space for the students. It is also an opportunity for the youth to develop life skills, enhance their self-management, understand the importance of community life, and build unity. Most importantly, it helps foster pride in the Youth Union and encourages every student to strive to become a member of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
This is a significant event, and each Youth Union member and Young Pioneer must take an active role, demonstrating unity and cooperation. The camp will include traditional ceremonies, a bonfire night, and cultural performances, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.
The organizing committee urges all teachers, committee members, and security staff to maintain a high sense of responsibility in performing their duties. Teachers involved in the competition judging must be fair, impartial, and precise, while class leaders should ensure students follow the camp’s regulations and participate fully in the activities. We also request full support from local police and militia to ensure the camp’s safety and security.
With that said, on behalf of the organizing committee, I hereby declare the opening of the March 26th Camp, commemorating the XXth anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Once again, on behalf of the organizing committee and the school’s faculty, I wish all our teachers, Youth Union members, local police, and militia strength and health, and I hope all students enjoy a fun, united, and friendly camp experience.
Wishing the camp great success!
Thank you!

7. Opening Speech for the March 26th Camp (No. 3)
Dear Honored Guests, Teachers, and Youth Union Members!
In the spirit of youthful enthusiasm across the country, as we strive to achieve the best results in celebration of the XXth anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and in support of Vietnam's Youth Month 20XX, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to all distinguished guests, teachers, and students, as well as to all Youth Union members at our school. May this camp be a great success!
Dear Teachers and Fellow Youth Union Members!
Organizing this camp is a significant event as part of our school’s overall educational plan. Through this activity, we aim to promote the values and history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, under the guidance of the Communist Party of Vietnam, over the past XX years. At the same time, this event encourages the youth to embrace their role in the development of our society, to continue the pursuit of excellence in academics, research, and work, and to contribute to the modernization of our country as well as the strengthening of our Youth Union.
The leadership of our school has great confidence in entrusting us with the responsibility to organize this camp, here at our beloved school, soon to celebrate its 20th anniversary. It is their hope that our Youth Union and the student movement will continue to grow. Therefore, I would like to emphasize a few important aspects to ensure the success of this event:
Firstly, this camp involves the participation of 21 student divisions, 1 teacher division, and special support from the border patrol unit and a communications division from Quang Tri, two key partners of our Youth Union. This is a large-scale event that only happens once every three years. Thus, each Youth Union member must demonstrate leadership, solidarity, and a commitment to making this camp educational and successful.
Secondly, we will engage in a variety of activities such as judging the best camp setups, organizing supplementary games, hosting a bonfire night, and fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere for all participants. Therefore, it is essential for the organizing committee to manage the event efficiently and effectively.
Lastly, the success of this camp is also about creating an environment of beauty, respect, and discipline. Every participant should embody the highest standards of conduct, actively participating in all organized activities, and adhering to the camp’s rules set by the committee.
With that in mind, on behalf of the organizing committee, I hereby declare the opening of the March 26th Youth Camp, in celebration of the XXth anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26th, 19XX – March 26th, 20XX).
Thank you very much.
