It marks a glorious chapter in the long history of our nation’s formation and defense. The courage of our military and citizens defeated the most powerful and ruthless enemies, ending a 30-year war for independence, unification, and freedom. It also put an end to over a century of colonial domination by both old and new imperialist powers. This victory is a shining symbol of the revolutionary forces worldwide, helping to accelerate the global fight for national independence, peace, democracy, and social progress.

This is also a time to commemorate the historic victories of our people, including the 134th anniversary of International Workers' Day, and the ongoing celebration of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. These milestones inspire the whole Party, military, and people to work hard in achieving the goals of our national development, celebrating the opening of new rural communes, and preparing for the upcoming Party Congress in the commune of Khuyen Nong.
