1. Article Approval Process
In addition to following the FIRST IN, FIRST OUT principle, Mytour's admins review articles in the following order:
- General: In this stage, admins check elements such as the article's cover image, title, whether it has received likes and shares, and the article's subject (Tag).
- Detailed: Admins will examine the article's content, considering factors like the introduction and conclusion, spelling errors, the body of the article, and the illustrative images for each section in the article.

2. Why don't moderators list all errors at once?
In fact, it's not that moderators have never done this. However, most of the posts they receive only have 30 to 50% of the errors addressed in the revisions. This forces them to return the article to the author for further corrections, thus extending the review time.
Additionally, under the new policy, if a moderator has to return a post multiple times, its value will decrease. Therefore, authors should pay close attention to the notes provided by the moderators to ensure the best results for their revisions.

3. The issue of overly vague errors
Some authors have concerns about Ad's notes being too general without providing specific details for the authors to correct their mistakes.
To address this, I would like to explain as follows: Ad's notes are usually brief and concise because there can be up to five, six, or even more mistakes in an article. If the notes were too detailed, they would become overly long and authors might be reluctant to read through them all. However, these notes are still clear enough to help the author understand the mistake, which could be related to a specific section, such as the title, etc.
Here is an example of a note: “The article needs at least 1 like and 1 share.” When published again, the article only received either a like or a share. Please note that I used the word “and” instead of “or.”

4. Questions Regarding Mistakes
- Profile picture: Should align with the content of the article. The image size should be 800px and no smaller than 600px. - Title: No need to write in all caps or include a period at the end. Avoid using the words “the” or “those” in the title. This does not affect the article's value. Authors don't need to state the top ranking, e.g., “Top 10 most beautiful women in the world,” instead, the title should simply be “Most Beautiful Women in the World.” - Likes and Shares: The article must have at least 1 like and 1 share. Authors should note that both are required, not just one. - Tags: There must be at least 3 tags with no more than 5 words per tag. Tags should align with the article’s content and aim to attract readers. - Spelling mistakes: Proper names and places should be capitalized. There should be no spaces before commas or periods. After commas and periods, there should be a space. After a period, the next sentence must start with a capital letter. There should be a space before an opening parenthesis, but no space before a closing parenthesis. No space after opening quotation marks, but there should be one after closing quotation marks. - Content: The word count in each article must be at least 500. Articles should not copy more than 40% of content. The content provided must be accurate. Each top ranking should contain a minimum of 5 items.
In each top, there must be an illustration image with captions, and the size should comply with the profile picture standards. For example: “The illustration images need to match in size.” This means that some images in your article may be too small compared to others and do not meet the size requirement.

5. Article Approval Principles
Mytour.vn always follows the principle of FIRST IN, FIRST OUT when approving articles. This means that articles published earlier will be reviewed first, regardless of the author. However, Admins (Ad) will prioritize article approval based on the weekly theme.

6. Article Approval Time
The article approval time is within 24 hours.
Some authors may wonder why their article hasn't been approved by the evening if it was submitted in the afternoon. Rest assured, your article will be reviewed within 24 hours from the time of submission.

7. Article Value
Not all Admins have the authority to set the value of an article. Therefore, if your article is approved with a value of 0, rest assured that the value will be updated as soon as possible.
