The Xuân Thành Cement Plant – located in Thanh Nghị commune, Thanh Liêm district, Hà Nam province – is situated on a vast limestone reserve, providing the highest quality raw materials in Vietnam. The nearby clay reserve, just 5 kilometers away, offers excellent conditions for production. The plant is only 1 km from National Highway 1A, and with the Sông Đáy River flowing along its length, it boasts convenient access for both road and water transport. The plant currently has a production capacity of 5.5 million tons of cement per year, split across two production lines.
