1. Tribute Speech at the Memorial Ceremony for Martyrs (Speech No. 04)
Honorable spirits of the martyrs!
Distinguished delegates, dear comrades!
Today, in a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the Party, military, and people of the district respectfully hold a memorial ceremony for the martyrs who courageously sacrificed their lives for the liberation of the nation. In this sacred moment, let us bow our heads in deep respect and express our endless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted his life to the independence and freedom of the nation and to socialism. Let us also remember and honor the martyrs from Kien Thuy, beloved sons of the homeland, who gave their lives for the cause of national liberation, building, and protecting the country, ensuring that Vietnam enjoys the prosperity and happiness it has today.
Dear spirits of the martyrs, comrades!
Inheriting the tradition of patriotism and the unwavering fighting spirit through thousands of years of history in defending the nation, the people of our country have endured countless hardships, sacrifices, and losses. Millions of brave souls have fallen on battlefields across the nation. Thousands of wounded veterans have left parts of their bodies on those fields to ensure our freedom, peace, and prosperity today.
Dear delegates, comrades!
From our beloved homeland, XX, we have birthed children who fought and sacrificed when the nation called. As President Ho Chi Minh affirmed: “The blood of martyrs made the revolutionary flag brighter. Their sacrifices allowed our Vietnam to blossom with independence and the fruit of freedom.”
These heroes fell on the motherland, leaving behind sorrow for their families, spouses, and children who will never meet their loved ones again. Their sacrifices are irreplaceable, but it is through their sacrifices that our homeland shines and our peace and hope for a better future thrive. Their spirit will forever live on in our hearts and in the love of our people. This spirit is eternal and invincible, a living truth that no force can ever defeat. The Party and people of XX district will always honor and remember their immense sacrifices.
Dear spirits of the martyrs, comrades!
The Martyrs Memorial of XX district was built in XXXX, and it is here where the souls of our fallen heroes gather, even those who rest in nameless graves or remain lost in the forests and rivers. We are still searching for those brave souls.
Dear comrades!
Today, our nation is completely unified, and our people are free. We are focused on building a prosperous, strong nation, just as President Ho Chi Minh envisioned...
Today, standing before the spirits of the martyrs, on behalf of the district Party Committee – the People's Committee – and the Fatherland Front, we vow: Our generations of officials, party members, and citizens will always be proud to live, work, and study in the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh. We will continue to care for, visit, and support the families of those who contributed to the revolution, including war veterans, families of martyrs, and mothers of fallen soldiers, ensuring they overcome hardships and thrive in peace and prosperity.
With deep reverence, we pledge to invoke the spirits of the martyrs to bless XX district with renewed vitality, to successfully complete the tasks set by the XX Party Congress, and to uphold the glorious revolutionary cause chosen by our Party and President Ho Chi Minh.
May the sacrifices of the martyrs never be forgotten.
We wish good health to the delegates and comrades.
We sincerely thank you.

2. Tribute Speech at the Memorial Ceremony for Martyrs (Speech No. 05)
Dear delegates, war veterans, and families of martyrs,
Honorable delegates and comrades,
In the spirit of "drinking water, remembering the source" and "repaying the debt of gratitude", the Party, the State, and the people of Luận Thành commune always remember the immense contributions of martyrs, war veterans, and those who sacrificed for the national liberation struggle. This is our responsibility, our affection, and the humanitarian essence of the Vietnamese people. The annual commemoration of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day is a moment to pay tribute to those heroes who sacrificed their lives or lost part of their bodies in the battlefield for the liberation of the nation, the construction, and the protection of our Fatherland.
Dear delegates, war veterans, and families of martyrs,
Honorable delegates and comrades,
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, on behalf of the leadership of our commune, I would like to send the warmest greetings, sincere condolences, and deepest gratitude to the veterans, the families of martyrs, and those who contributed to our nation!
Throughout our history of building and defending the nation, the Vietnamese people have displayed immense patriotism, resilience, and loyalty. Many have sacrificed blood and life for the cause of independence, freedom, and the unification of our country. In the course of these sacrifices, President Ho Chi Minh affirmed: "The blood of martyrs has made the revolutionary flag shine even brighter. Their heroic sacrifice has paved the way for the independence and freedom of our nation."
Seeing the enormous sacrifices of our people, he not only expressed deep affection for the veterans and families of martyrs but also paid respects to those who gave their lives for the country: "I bow with deep respect to the spirits of those who died for the nation and to all those who sacrificed in the struggle for our country. Their sacrifices were not in vain."
Continuing this precious tradition, under the leadership of the Party, the Vietnamese people wrote glorious chapters in the fight for independence, freedom, and national unification. From the August Revolution in 1945 to the victory at Điện Biên Phủ in 1954 and the decisive victory of Spring 1975, we triumphed over foreign invaders, liberating the South and unifying the country, marching steadily towards socialism.
In these struggles for national liberation and defense, millions of our youth sacrificed their lives, or returned with lifelong wounds. Many families, including parents, spouses, and children, lost their loved ones forever.
Every July, our nation is filled with the spirit of remembrance for those who have contributed to our country. Activities honoring these individuals continue to grow, from caring for the families of martyrs, veterans, and Vietnamese heroic mothers, to the maintenance of memorials. These activities have become an important part of our cultural heritage, educating the younger generation about the nation's heroic history and the moral duty to honor our ancestors' sacrifices.
Dear delegates, war veterans, and families of martyrs,
Honorable delegates and comrades,
Today, as we live in peace, we are ever more aware of the sacrifices made by our veterans and martyrs. In recent years, the Party and the State have paid special attention to policies supporting veterans, martyrs' families, and others who have served the nation.
Local authorities and organizations, as well as social institutions, have demonstrated their commitment through practical measures, ensuring healthcare, employment, and housing support for these families. Their children are given preferential treatment for education and scholarship opportunities, and they receive gifts, visits, and moral support during their times of need.
In addition to caring for the living, we also focus on the resting places of the deceased, such as building memorials and holding memorial services to bring peace to their spirits. The movement "Repaying Gratitude" is spreading across all levels, ensuring its effectiveness and reach.
With sincere reverence and confidence, we vow to pray for the spirits of our martyrs to bring new vitality to our district, ensuring that we successfully accomplish the tasks outlined in the Party Congress of XX District, term 201X-20XX. The Party, the government, and the people of our district pledge to uphold the proud legacy of the revolution, as guided by our beloved Party and President Ho Chi Minh.
May we forever remember the great sacrifices of our martyrs.
We wish health and well-being to all delegates and comrades.

3. Tribute speech at the Memorial Ceremony for Martyrs and Heroes (06)
Dear spirits of the Heroes and Martyrs!
Dear Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, veterans, injured soldiers, and families with contributions to the revolution!
Honorable delegates, dear people, and beloved youth!
XX years have passed since July 27, 1947, and every year on this date, incense offerings are made with reverence at cemeteries and memorials for our martyrs. "The sacrifices of the martyrs are engraved in the hearts of the nation, and the heroism of these brave souls will last forever" – this is the traditional moral code of the Vietnamese people. On the XXth anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, today at the cemetery where nearly ... brave sons of our homeland rest, those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of our country and international duty, the Youth Union, in cooperation with ... will hold the "Lighting Candles in Tribute" ceremony for the martyrs. On behalf of the organizing committee and the youth of the province, we express our deepest gratitude and remembrance for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroes, martyrs, heroic mothers, veterans, injured soldiers, and families who contributed to the revolution. We sincerely thank the esteemed delegates, honored guests, and all citizens, youth, and volunteers present at this meaningful ceremony.
Dear comrades and friends!
The history of our nation has placed the younger generations in a special position. That is the position of fighting and defeating the fiercest enemies of the 20th century. Responding to the call of the Fatherland, millions of our youth dedicated their youth and lives to our homeland. Some of them fell on the battlefield, while others returned bearing the scars of war. Millions of martyr families, waiting wives, and mothers who waited in vain for their sons' return...
Today's youth remember their sacrifice and cherish the teachings of Uncle Ho: "War veterans, families of soldiers, families of martyrs are those who contributed to the nation and the people; it is our duty to honor, love, and help them." Over the years, through revolutionary actions, the "repaying gratitude" movement, and the "remembering the source of our blessings" campaign have been widely embraced by party organizations, authorities, and youth in the province through practical acts such as visiting, gifting, assisting martyrs' families, caring for Martyrs' Memorials, and lighting candles in their memory... Millions of youth have volunteered to maintain and beautify these memorials, cemeteries, and to organize fundraising to support the construction of homes for the disadvantaged and aid for elderly former combatants in difficult situations.
These actions not only continue our beautiful tradition, but also reflect our responsibility, our sacred emotions, and gratitude to the generations before us. While today's actions may not fully repay the sacrifices and contributions of past generations, one thing is certain: our sincere respect and gratitude will forever remain etched in the hearts of millions of Vietnamese children. The Youth Union and the youth of ... pledge to continue with meaningful contributions, starting from the smallest acts, to repay the gratitude and honor the memories of our heroes.
Dear spirits of the heroes and martyrs,
Honorable delegates,
The sacrifices and contributions of our revolutionary predecessors, heroes, martyrs, veterans, and families will forever be etched in the hearts of every Vietnamese person. Their legacy provides us with the spiritual strength to carry out the mission of renewing, industrializing, modernizing our nation, integrating into the world, and ensuring the safety and prosperity of our beloved Vietnam.
We bow in reverence to the spirits of the martyrs.
We wish health, happiness, and success to all the delegates, heroic mothers, veterans, injured soldiers, families of martyrs, all citizens, and young people present today.
Thank you!

4. Tribute Speech at the Memorial Ceremony for Martyrs and Heroes (07)
Esteemed delegates, dear comrades!
Honoring our nation’s long history of resilience and patriotism, over the past 82 years, under the leadership of the Party, countless sons and daughters of Vietnam have bravely sacrificed their lives for the relentless and arduous struggle for the independence, freedom, and unity of our country. President Ho Chi Minh stated: "The blood of the martyrs has made the revolutionary flag even redder. Their heroic sacrifice has paved the way for our nation to bloom in independence and freedom, bringing honor to our people. They died so that the country could live on forever." The war may have passed, but its echoes remain deeply etched in the hearts of many. Reflecting on the past, we grow prouder of the unyielding spirit of our forebears, yet we also feel the depth of the sacrifices they made to forge our nation's glorious history.
The Vietnamese people and the country will always remember the heroic martyrs. The principle of "Drinking water, remembering its source" has become an enduring tradition that shines brighter as time passes. Continuing this tradition, President Ho Chi Minh declared July 27 as the National War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day, a day for the Party, State, and people to honor the martyrs, wounded soldiers, and those who contributed to the country.
Esteemed delegates, dear comrades!
With the support of thousands of businesses, entrepreneurs, and the community in honoring the martyrs, we gather here today, on July 23, 20XX, to commemorate the YYth anniversary of Vietnam’s War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day, at the Martyrs' Cemetery in ... Among the attendees are representatives from the government, former soldiers, entrepreneurs, and exemplary youth leaders, symbolizing the Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association, among others.
With utmost respect and solemnity, we now offer a memorial service for the spirits of the martyrs...
Today, at this sacred ground, where thousands of brave souls gave their lives for peace and for the independence of the country, we humbly present fresh wreaths, over 10,000 incense sticks, and more than 10,000 candles in memory of the martyrs, as an offering from the business community and the wider society. These heroes gave everything—youth, life, and blood—for the independence and freedom of our nation, fulfilling their glorious duty to ensure a happy future for our motherland. Their sacrifices have enriched the flag of our nation and strengthened the foundation of our homeland.
In this sacred and emotional moment, we pledge to carry on the unyielding legacy of our ancestors, dedicating ourselves to studying, improving, working, and contributing to the nation's prosperity. We will actively engage in patriotic movements, help build and protect our nation, and strive to make our homeland ever more prosperous and civilized.
Before the spirits of the martyrs, we stand united in our promise to do our utmost to turn their dreams into reality… Let us observe a moment of silence in remembrance of the martyrs who bravely gave their lives for the independence and freedom of our beloved country.

5. Commemorative Speech for War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day 27/7 (No. 1)
Esteemed veterans, families of fallen soldiers, distinguished guests, and dear students,
Every year on July 27th, our country unites to commemorate War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day, a moment of deep political and human significance. Today, with permission from the Party Committee and Board of Directors, XX School celebrates XX years of honoring War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day.
First, on behalf of the leadership of XX School, I warmly welcome and express gratitude to the veterans, families of fallen soldiers, esteemed delegates, faculty, staff, and students for attending this ceremony.
Esteemed guests,
Allow me to briefly summarize the history of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day: In June 1947, representatives from various organizations met at Dai Tu (Bac Thai) to discuss the care of war invalids and martyrs and to implement President Ho Chi Minh's directive to select a national day to honor them. After deliberation, July 27th was chosen as the “National War Invalids and Martyrs' Day.”
In 1955, our Party and State officially renamed it “War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day” to more fully reflect the gratitude of the Party, State, and people for those who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
Over the past XX years, the Party, State, and people have undertaken many meaningful activities to express gratitude to the war invalids, martyrs' families, and those who contributed to the revolution. Today, in this solemn and emotional moment, we respectfully remember the revolutionary predecessors, the heroic martyrs, and the noble children of our homeland who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield for the independence of the nation and the freedom of every individual.
Dear guests,
Our beloved President Ho Chi Minh once reminded us: “When we enjoy the fruit, we must remember the one who planted the tree.” Today, while we celebrate, we must remember the martyrs whose blood made the revolutionary flag even redder. Their brave sacrifices paved the way for the nation's independence and the freedom we enjoy today. In our own local area, the people of XX made countless sacrifices during the two wars of resistance against the French and Americans. Many soldiers and civilians lost their lives, and valuable cultural and economic assets were destroyed. Countless mothers sent their only children to war, never to see them again. As children of XX and proud citizens of Vietnam, we are rightfully proud of the heroic actions, sacrifices, and deeds of those who gave everything for the independence and freedom of the nation.
Dear guests,
Esteemed faculty, staff, and students,
For many years, we have held this commemoration to honor the martyrs and their families, and to educate the younger generations about our proud history of patriotism and heroic struggle. As the saying goes, “When drinking from the well, remember the one who dug it,” this is the noble principle that many generations have nurtured.
Esteemed guests,
Dear faculty, staff, and students,
Following President Ho Chi Minh’s call for “filial piety and charity,” our school’s efforts to care for veterans and the families of martyrs take many forms. These include lighting incense at the martyrs' cemetery, visiting and giving gifts to their families, providing financial assistance to the children of veterans and martyrs, and contributing to the “Gratitude Fund.” These actions are all part of our commitment to repaying the sacrifices of those who gave their lives for our revolution.
The efforts of our school in recent years to care for war invalids and martyrs, while significant, are still modest compared to their sacrifices. In the future, on behalf of the school’s leadership, I urge all staff, students, and organizations to continue their responsibilities in honoring our martyrs and veterans. Let us start a movement of enthusiasm that spreads across the school, ensuring that the task of honoring martyrs becomes a sacred duty for everyone living today. I also appeal to the veterans and their families here today to continue leading by example in all aspects of life, contributing to the growth of our school and nation.
Dear faculty and staff,
Dear students,
Each generation has its own responsibilities to the country. Today, our generation must not only manage the present but also think about the future, ensuring the next generation inherits the legacy of those who came before. I am confident that with our nation’s deep love for our country, our creativity, and our commitment to learning from President Ho Chi Minh’s example, we will achieve even more in the years to come and make great strides in honoring the martyrs.
On behalf of all faculty, staff, and students, I pledge to honor the legacy of the revolution that the martyrs left us, and I vow: “We will never forget the sacrifices of our heroes!”
Thank you and I wish good health to all the distinguished guests. May all faculty and students present today receive the best of everything. Once again, thank you!

6. Speech for the Commemoration of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day 27/7 (Version 2)
Dear Heroic Vietnamese Mothers,
Distinguished Revolutionary Elders,
Esteemed veterans, martyrs' families, and those who have served the nation,
Honorable delegates and distinguished guests,
Dear comrades, friends, and students,
In this historic month of July, alongside the entire country, the city, district, and commune have organized many meaningful activities to commemorate the XXth anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day. Today, XX School solemnly holds the ceremony to mark XX years of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day. With deep respect and gratitude, on behalf of the leadership of XX School, I send my heartfelt thanks and warmest regards to the war invalids, martyrs' families, and those who have contributed to the revolution.
Dear esteemed guests!
Throughout the long resistance wars against French colonialism, American imperialism, and in defense of our nation, our country and people have endured immense suffering and loss. Millions of brave sons and daughters sacrificed their lives across the battlefields. Thousands of war invalids have left parts of their bodies on the front lines so we can live in independence, freedom, peace, and prosperity as we do today. The Vietnamese nation and people are forever grateful to our fallen heroes, to the war invalids, the martyrs' families, and to all those who sacrificed their loved ones for the independence and freedom of our country. Honoring and remembering these heroes is the essence of the Vietnamese tradition of gratitude and respect for the nation’s sacrifices.
In expressing our gratitude and adhering to the principle of "Drinking water, remembering the source", "Eating fruit, remembering the one who planted the tree", and "Paying tribute to the deceased" – our Party and State have always cared for the well-being of veterans and martyrs' families. President Ho Chi Minh once said: "War invalids, martyrs' families, and military personnel are those who have served the nation and the people, and it is our duty to be grateful, to love, and assist them".
In June 1947, delegates from the Viet Minh Central Committee, the Central Women's Association for National Salvation, the Central Youth Association for National Salvation, the National Army's Political Department, the Information and Propaganda Department, along with some localities, met in Dai Tu (Bac Thai) to discuss issues concerning war invalids and martyrs, and to implement President Ho Chi Minh's directive to designate a day to honor them. After deliberation, the delegates agreed to choose July 27th as "National War Invalids' Day". Since 1955, our Party and State have decided to rename the "National War Invalids' Day" to "War Invalids and Martyrs' Day" to express our deeper appreciation for those who sacrificed blood and life for the nation.
Dear esteemed guests!
Building on the revolutionary legacy of our homeland, generations of young people have enthusiastically joined the military to fight for freedom. These heroes have fought valiantly on battlefields across the country, contributing to the national victories that freed our people, unified the nation, and brought our country into peace. Today, as we commemorate July 27th, we not only pay tribute to the martyrs and heroes but also educate today’s youth and students about our nation’s love for the country, the indomitable spirit of our ancestors. Just like the saying, "Drinking water, remembering the source", "Eating fruit, remembering the tree planter", this moral is deeply ingrained in our hearts, passed down through generations.
Dear colleagues, students,
We recognize that, although the efforts of the school’s organizations and individuals in supporting veterans and martyrs' families over the years have been significant, they are still small compared to the sacrifices of those heroes. In the coming time, on behalf of the school’s leadership, I call on all students, faculty, and staff to increase our efforts in contributing to this work; to create vibrant and widespread movements that will have a meaningful impact, and make the care for veterans and martyrs a profound moral obligation for all of us.
Additionally, it is crucial that we continually raise awareness and uphold the tradition of patriotism and the virtue of "Drinking water, remembering the source" among the people, to deeply recognize and cherish the monumental contributions of the martyrs and those who served the nation. This collective recognition and appreciation should transform into concrete actions in the implementation of policies for people with meritorious service and in the building and safeguarding of our country.
On this occasion, I call upon all war invalids, martyrs' families, to further carry on the revolutionary traditions, setting examples in every local movement, in every field of work, teaching, and studying, and contributing positively to building a stronger, more prosperous nation!
Dear colleagues, dear students!
We understand that among the many important tasks that the Party, government, and people are committed to, the most significant and continuous responsibility is to prioritize the care for war invalids, martyrs, and those who have served the nation. The most profound and essential act of gratitude is to actively contribute to building our homeland, pushing forward the renovation process, and achieving a prosperous, civilized society where every citizen lives a peaceful and happy life. This is also the dream of those who have fallen, the goal that generations before us have fought and sacrificed for. This is the resolute commitment of the Party, government, and people of the locality to the martyrs and the generations who have sacrificed for the country and for future generations.
Therefore, we today must not only focus on the present work but also think and act according to the example of the past generations, while preparing the next generation to inherit the legacy of our ancestors' struggle. I am confident that with the deep patriotism, creativity, kindness, and loyalty to our people, and through the example of President Ho Chi Minh’s moral guidance, we will continue to achieve even more accomplishments in his name, and in honor of the martyrs, during this academic year and beyond.
On behalf of all the teachers, staff, and students, I pledge to carry forward the noble revolutionary legacy left by our martyrs and heroes, and I vow: "We will forever remember the martyrs!"
Thank you and I wish the esteemed guests good health!
I also wish all the delegates and students present today the best of everything.
Once again, thank you all sincerely!

7. Commemorative Speech for War Invalids and Martyrs' Day 27/7 (Number 3)
Dear: Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; Heroes of the Armed Forces,
Dear comrades and friends!
In the vibrant atmosphere commemorating the XX anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (27/7/1947 - 27/7/201X), I am honored to represent the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to warmly greet and wish good health to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the Armed Forces, distinguished guests, war invalids, sick veterans, martyrs' families, and all comrades attending this Conference. On this occasion, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes, Martyrs, War Invalids, and Sick Veterans, as well as those who fought for the independence and freedom of our country.
Over the past half-century, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, our people have united and stood up to wholeheartedly follow President Ho Chi Minh’s great calls: "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom," and "Better to sacrifice everything than lose the country, better to never be enslaved." Our people have overcome countless hardships and sacrifices to defeat the invading forces, winning independence, freedom, and national unity.
To achieve that great victory, millions of soldiers and our people fought and bravely sacrificed on the battlefields. Together with the people across the nation, our province’s people sent more than XXX thousand youth to the frontlines to defend the country... In order to repay this immense debt, following the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering its source" of our ancestors, over the years, along with the whole country, our Party and people have wholeheartedly cared for the material and spiritual lives of war invalids, sick veterans, martyrs’ families, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, and those with revolutionary contributions. Despite economic challenges in our province, our Party and people, with love and responsibility, have consistently carried out meaningful activities across all localities, with numerous compassionate initiatives, such as establishing a gratitude fund, caring for elderly martyrs’ mothers, orphaned children of martyrs, offering meaningful savings books, providing care for struggling war invalids, and many more. It is impossible to list all the actions taken by our Party and people across every locality to show gratitude to the war invalids, sick veterans, martyrs’ families, and those who contributed to the revolution over the years.
Dear comrades!
Alongside these efforts, we deeply appreciate and are moved by the tremendous efforts of war invalids, sick veterans, martyrs’ families, and those with revolutionary contributions in our province, who have risen above their suffering and loss to overcome many difficulties, dedicating the strength they have left to the nation’s renewal, making President Ho Chi Minh’s teaching “Disabled but not useless” shine even brighter. They continue the legacy of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers,” building new lives for themselves and their families, contributing to the nation’s development. Many comrades have worked tirelessly to participate in labor and production, with many exemplary business models that not only created jobs for their families but also helped address local labor needs. Numerous outstanding role models inspire us all to follow their lead.
Our province is home to many exemplary role models, and among the delegates attending today’s conference, there are XX representatives who are Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the Armed Forces, war invalids, sick veterans, martyrs’ families, and many other individuals and organizations contributing to the work of war invalids, martyrs, and those with revolutionary contributions across localities. These are shining examples of those who have made continuous efforts to excel in education, work, and labor, contributing to the prosperity of our homeland. The Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and the people of the province wholeheartedly applaud and recognize the achievements of these comrades who have overcome hardships and contributed to building their families and the country.
With deep responsibility and gratitude, the Party, the State, and our people have done much to improve the lives of war invalids, martyrs' families, and those who contributed to the revolution, though there is still much more to be done. Many families of war invalids, martyrs, and revolutionaries still face difficulties, and issues such as health care, treatment of war wounds, education, and employment need more attention. Additionally, there are still many martyrs whose remains and identities have not been found, leaving a deep sorrow in the hearts of their families and our nation.
Our country is entering a new phase of development, striving for industrialization and modernization, aiming for a prosperous, democratic, fair, and civilized society, successfully building socialism. This goal reflects the aspirations of our entire people, so now more than ever, the care for war invalids, sick veterans, martyrs' families, and those with revolutionary contributions is both the responsibility of the Party and the State, and the heartfelt duty of the entire people. Despite the efforts made in recent years to support these individuals, much more needs to be done to meet the expectations.
I firmly believe that all departments, organizations, and individuals will continue to improve their efforts in caring for and supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick veterans, martyrs’ families, and those with revolutionary contributions.
On this occasion, I would like to call upon all departments, mass organizations, agencies, and units stationed in the province to continue to better implement policies for those with revolutionary contributions, especially focusing on education, vocational training, and job creation for them and their families; to provide more practical and effective support for policy families, especially those facing difficult living conditions, to achieve the goal: all families with revolutionary contributions should live at or above the average standard of living in our community.
Once again, I express my deep gratitude to the war invalids, sick veterans, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, martyrs’ families, and all those who contributed to the revolution. I sincerely applaud all sectors, localities, social organizations, and individuals who have contributed to improving the material and spiritual well-being of these heroes. May each person, each sector, each social organization continue to do their utmost in caring for and supporting the war invalids, martyrs, and those who contributed to the revolution, seeing this as both a responsibility and an honor to express our profound gratitude for those who fought for the independence and protection of Vietnam.
I wish all delegates, war invalids, martyrs’ families, and attendees of the conference good health and happiness.
