1. The Dormitory Complex
The dormitory complex consists of five buildings, from B5 to B9. Each building has five floors, with 12 to 20 rooms per floor. It serves as a residence and study area for students at the Financial Academy. The dorms have witnessed countless unforgettable moments of laughter and tears from the students.

2. The Smart Swimming Pool
This is a modern and impressive facility, offering a place for students from the Financial Academy, University of Mining and Geology, and locals to relax after a hot day. Financial Academy students take great pride in this pool, as not every school has the opportunity for students to learn swimming in such a facility.

3. The 2K Hill
The 2K Hill is a popular hangout spot for students at the Financial Academy. It’s also a place where you can shop, with a wide variety of clothing stores. Known as the 2000 Hill, it’s a true Financial Academy marvel. What many students don't know is that getting to the top requires pedaling with 2000 horsepower!

4. Dream Stream (Suối Mơ)
Mentioning Dream Stream (Suối Mơ), fewer students at the Financial Academy are familiar with it nowadays. The stream was filled in 2012 to create the road that stands there today. Back then, students were disappointed as they lost a popular hangout spot, a charming place for dates and social gatherings. In the evenings, the area was filled with vibrant cafés and the laughter of couples. Dream Stream was often compared to the Long Bien Bridge of Hanoi at night, the second heart of the city.

5. Eagle's Nest Building (Nhà Đại Bàng)
The Eagle's Nest Building stands 5 stories tall with 33 classrooms. This architectural masterpiece won the prestigious A-grade award in 1995 (the most beautiful national building in Vietnam) and was again awarded A-grade in 2009 for the Vietnampetro Tower. To reach the top from the first floor via the main staircase (excluding side steps), you must ascend 139 steps. It earned its nickname 'Eagle's Nest' due to its resemblance to a majestic eagle with outstretched wings from a distance.

6. Dollar Lake
Dollar Lake is the first iconic landmark you'll notice when you enter the campus. From above, it takes the shape of the US Dollar symbol – a perfect representation of the financial focus of the institution.

7. Love Garden
This is the ornamental garden – a place affectionately called 'The Garden of Love' by the students of Finance. It has become a popular spot for couples to meet, which is how it earned its charming name. The garden is tucked away in a shaded area, providing a cool and breezy atmosphere at all times.
