Thắng Lợi Secondary School, located in Song Cong city, Thai Nguyen province, was established on August 15, 1963 under the name Thang Loi Junior Secondary School. Over time, in 1997, following the separation of the elementary school, it was renamed Thang Loi Secondary School.
