The doctors, nurses, and receptionists are all very friendly and dedicated, prioritizing customer experience above all else. The facilities are great, new, and clean. The orthodontics room is separate from the other rooms, offering a good level of privacy. I scheduled my orthodontic appointments during the week, but a few times when the brackets came off over the weekend, the staff promptly helped me reattach them. I’ve been here so often that the staff recognizes me. I think the prices are about the same across clinics, but the great service makes this place worth it. I feel my money was well spent, and I will continue recommending Parkway Dental to my family and friends.
