5. Bear-shaped Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of gateau cake
- 80g white chocolate
- 80g dark chocolate (or you can use just one type)
- 200ml whipping cream
- Half-sphere molds
Instructions:
- First, melt the white chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler. Be sure that the chocolate bowl doesn’t touch the boiling water, and melt it using the steam. Use a brush to apply a layer of chocolate inside the mold, creating multiple layers for added thickness, which prevents the cake from breaking when removed from the mold. Repeat the process with dark chocolate. Place the molds in the fridge to set. Any leftover chocolate can be used to draw the eyes and ears of the bear.
- Draw small oval shapes, resembling peanuts, on parchment paper. Then, draw larger circles, the size of a coin. Use the melted chocolate to trace these shapes on the parchment paper for the nose and ears. Let these decorations cool in the fridge for later use.
- Use a mold or lid with the same size as the half-sphere molds, and cut the gateau cake into even circles.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then spoon it into the chocolate-coated molds. Cover the cream with the gateau cake circles. Put the molds in the fridge to chill until set.
- Once set, carefully remove the cakes from the molds. Use melted chocolate to attach the nose and ears to the bear-shaped cakes, creating adorable, delicious little treats.

6. Smiling Potato Cake
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 50g tapioca flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 300ml vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the potatoes:
- Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small chunks.
- Steam the potatoes for 10-15 minutes. Check their tenderness by poking with chopsticks – they should easily pass through. If still firm in the center, steam a little longer.
- Once the potatoes are soft, remove them and allow them to cool, then mash them until smooth.
- Make the dough:
- Crack 2 eggs and mix them with about 30g of tapioca flour into the mashed potatoes. Knead the dough until it becomes a smooth, non-sticky ball. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more tapioca flour and knead again.
- Shape and fry the cakes:
- Sprinkle some remaining tapioca flour on the working surface, then roll out the dough using your hands into a flat disc.
- Use a round cutter to form circles, then press a straw or chopsticks into the dough to create eyes. Continue to press a spoon's edge to form a smiling or frowning face.
- Heat oil in a pan until hot, then carefully fry the smiling potato cakes until golden and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!

7. Butter Biscuit in Animal Shapes
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour 155 gr
- Unsalted butter 100 gr (softened)
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Powdered sugar 60 gr
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough mixture:
- Put 100 gr of softened butter and 60 gr of powdered sugar in a bowl, then whisk them together until they blend smoothly.
- Next, add 1 egg yolk and continue mixing until it integrates with the butter and sugar. Gradually add 150 gr of all-purpose flour into the mixture, using a spatula to combine until the dough is smooth, sticky, and golden in color. Once this is achieved, stop mixing.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the dough to rest.
- Rolling the dough and shaping the biscuits:
- After removing the dough from the fridge, place it on a flat surface and cover with parchment paper. Roll it evenly using a rolling pin until the dough is about half a finger's thickness.

- Then, use an animal-shaped cookie cutter to stamp out the biscuits from the dough.
- Baking the biscuits:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C for 20 minutes.
- Place the shaped biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then bake them in the center of the oven at 175°C for 15 minutes.
- Once baked, the animal-shaped butter biscuits will have a delightful, appealing appearance with a subtle buttery aroma.

8. Fun Hotdog Bun
Ingredients:
- 20g butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 sausages
- 100g flour
- 2 vanilla extracts
- 1 lemon
- 20g Mayonnaise sauce
- 100g sugar
- 20g shredded pork
Directions:
- Whip the eggs:
- Crack the eggs, separating the whites and yolks. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, around 20ml, into the egg whites.
- Using a hand mixer on high speed, beat the egg whites until they foam. Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat the mixture. To speed up the process, add about half a spoon of sugar every 10 seconds.
- Beat until the egg whites are stiff and hold their shape when the beaters are lifted. It should take about 10-15 minutes.
- Whip the yolks: Beat the yolks on high speed until they turn pale yellow and slightly shiny. This will take about 5-7 minutes. Combine the whipped egg whites and yolks.
- Mix the flour:
- Sift the flour into the egg mixture. Sift it gradually and stir until there is no dry flour left.
- Once mixed, add the 2 vanilla extracts and stir them in. Allow the dough to rest for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the filling:
- While the dough rests, slice the sausages and shred the pork. Mix them together with mayonnaise.
- Bake the buns:
- Preheat the baking machine. Once the green light turns on, grease both sides of the molds with a thin layer of butter. Pour the dough into one half of the mold, add the filling in the center, and top it with more dough. Be sure to evenly spread the dough so the filling stays hidden inside.
- Close the machine and bake for 4-5 minutes until the buns are done. To check if they're baked through, insert a toothpick into the thickest part. If it comes out clean, the buns are ready. If not, continue baking until done.
- After baking, let the buns cool for 5-10 minutes on a plate or wire rack before serving.
