We warmly welcome all of you to the arts program of XX Junior High School.
Dear distinguished guests, esteemed teachers!
Another season of celebration comes to those in the teaching profession. Though XX years have passed, every time autumn transitions to winter, I am filled with indescribable emotions. These emotions reflect the experiences of a student, cherished and guided by teachers, and those of a current educator continuing the noble mission of nurturing future generations. Therefore, more than anyone else, we understand the hardships and challenges faced by teachers—those who open the doors to the future and plant the seeds of progress for our beloved Vietnam!
Dear guests, despite facing many difficulties, our spirits remain steadfast and full of gratitude, expressed through songs like “That song, that flower, as beautiful as you, the teacher of the people,” which gives us confidence as we stand on this stage today.
On this special day for teachers, XX Junior High School proudly presents a captivating arts program, crafted and performed by our teachers, as a priceless gift for all educators in celebration of Vietnam's Teachers' Day.

I. Opening Statement
Dear distinguished guests!
Dear teachers, parents, and beloved students!
At this very moment, all of us here are eagerly waiting for the moment when both teachers and students of XX Primary School will perform songs and greetings to honor Vietnam's Teachers' Day.
Indeed, all across Vietnam, celebrations are in full swing to mark this most important day for teachers—those who stand at the front of the classroom. Parents give birth and raise their children, but teachers provide the knowledge that helps them soar, offering a foundation for their future and molding them into individuals who contribute to society. As they grow, no matter where their paths take them, students will forever cherish the memory and gratitude for those teachers who, day and night, worked tirelessly to impart knowledge and guide them to a brighter future.
In harmony with the nationwide celebrations, XX Primary School is hosting an arts night to commemorate Vietnam's Teachers' Day with the theme: “We Sing for Our Teachers.” And that, dear guests, is the reason for tonight's performance!

Our program begins with the song “The Teacher,” composed by Nguyễn Nhất Huy, performed by XX.
2. Dear guests, we have just enjoyed the serene and heartfelt melodies of the song “The Teacher,” composed by Nguyễn Nhất Huy, beautifully performed by XX and accompanied by a dance troupe. 5. Program Introduction for the 20/11 Art Performance of High School
Distinguished delegates, dear teachers, and beloved students!
The Vietnamese people have long held the tradition of valuing education, with the revered proverb “Respecting teachers and honoring their guidance.” This valuable tradition has been passed down through generations, and even today, it continues to be cherished and upheld by both the people and students. The life of every person is like a river, flowing with the passage of time. Whether this river is calm or turbulent, whether it leads to the source of happiness or the shores of glory depends, in part, on the quiet navigators steering it — the teachers who dedicate their lives to imparting knowledge and wisdom to help us grow into useful individuals.
Distinguished delegates, dear teachers, and beloved students!
The phrase “Tri ân” — two simple words that carry immense gratitude, respect, and love from countless generations of students to their teachers, who tirelessly dedicate themselves to shaping the future through their teachings.
With this in mind, today, our school is hosting a cultural exchange event with the theme “Respecting Teachers and Honoring Their Guidance” to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day (20/11). This event is a chance to express our deep admiration, affection, and gratitude toward our teachers, and also an opportunity for the students to showcase their artistic talents. 6. Program Introduction for the 20/11 Event at the High School
I. Opening Remarks:
Esteemed guests, respected teachers, and dear students!
First and foremost, I extend my warmest greetings and best wishes for health to our distinguished guests and beloved teachers!
November has arrived, and the joyous atmosphere fills every corner of our country, all focused on the celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, 20/11. It is a time when society comes together to honor and appreciate the selfless contributions of our teachers. For each of us, this day brings fond memories of our school years and the deep respect we hold for our teachers who have shaped our lives.
Our nation has long had a tradition of revering teachers. This custom has been passed down through generations as a proud cultural value. The saying "To become wealthy, one builds the Kiều Bridge; To learn, one loves their teacher" has been part of our cultural fabric for centuries.
Even today, this beautiful tradition of honoring teachers continues to be cherished across Vietnam, from cities to rural areas, and from the northern mountains to the southern plains. Teachers are deeply respected by all, for they are the ones who help shape the future generations of our society.
Such reverence is well-deserved as teachers embody the highest ideals, both in their wisdom and their responsibility to impart knowledge to others, especially the younger generations. They guide students toward becoming educated, virtuous citizens who will contribute positively to society and the nation. For these reasons, on September 28, 1982, the Council of Ministers declared 20/11 as Vietnam Teachers' Day.
Thus, every 20th of November has become a nationwide celebration, a time to honor educators and the noble profession they uphold. The sight of parents presenting flowers to teachers or high-ranking government officials visiting their former educators serves as a powerful reminder of the deep respect we have for our teachers. From a traditional cultural value, the notion of honoring teachers has taken on a new revolutionary significance in modern times, aligned with the ideas of "nurturing people" put forth by President Hồ Chí Minh. It is not only a matter of respect and affection but also a source of strength and action to propel Vietnam toward a future of prosperity and enlightenment.
On this special day, our school, XX, presents a vibrant arts program, performed by our own teachers, as a heartfelt gift in celebration of Teachers' Day.
II. Opening Ceremony:
Now, I would like to warmly introduce Mr. XX to officially declare the opening of our artistic exchange event. Please join me in welcoming him.

On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our distinguished guests for taking the time to attend this event. We wish you health, success, and happiness. To our teachers, may you have a joyous and meaningful Teachers' Day. To our students, may you continue to thrive in your studies and achieve great success!

7. Opening Speech for the 20/11 Cultural Program at Secondary School (Version 1)
First of all, I would like to extend the warmest greetings on behalf of the organizing committee to the distinguished guests and audience present at tonight's cultural event on the evening of November 20th.
Esteemed guests, teachers, and staff,
Each year, when the cool winds of late autumn bring a slight chill, and golden sunlight wraps itself around dry leaves, November arrives with nostalgia and emotions stirring in the heart. Some individuals, with hair graying with the years, continue to carry a deep respect and affection for their former teachers, remembering their first lessons. Today’s students, too, are deeply grateful for the guidance of their teachers. Right now, we all look towards November 20th, a day dedicated to honoring Vietnamese educators. Respecting teachers and cherishing the path of learning is a valuable tradition of our Vietnamese culture. From the first strokes of writing taught by our teachers to their lessons imparting knowledge for life, their love for their students and profession guides generations of learners towards their dreams.
Esteemed guests, teachers, and dear audience, today, as we commemorate the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, we are pleased to host this cultural event organized by the faculty and students of XX Secondary School, with support from local authorities.
We are honored to welcome the distinguished guests to our event tonight. (Introduce guests). Now, to kick off the cultural program, we kindly invite teacher XX to deliver the opening speech. Please, teacher.

4. After the 9th-grade aerobic dance, the 7th-grade students will perform a creative and dynamic aerobic dance to the tune of 'Tarzan and Jane,' showcasing their unique flair and energy.
5. Our great leader, Uncle Ho, once said, 'Whether Vietnam's mountains and rivers become more beautiful or not, whether the Vietnamese people advance to the international stage to stand alongside the world’s greatest powers, much depends on the dedication of the students.' This educational message is brought to life through a skit performed by the 9th-grade students titled '...'.

8. Opening Speech for the 20/11 Cultural Program at Primary School (Version 1)
Honorable guests!
Dear teachers!
Respected parents and dear students!
The Vietnamese people have a long-standing tradition of "Respecting teachers and valuing education," "Drinking water, remembering the source," and "Eating fruits, remembering the one who planted the tree." Through the ages, teachers have played a vital role in shaping the soul of the Vietnamese people, serving as a bridge between the past, present, and future of the nation. Teachers are revered as the "engineers of the soul," and teaching is considered "the noblest profession of all, as it creates creative individuals." Following the teachings of our beloved Uncle Ho:
"For the benefit of ten years, plant a tree
For the benefit of a hundred years, educate a person"
The entire Party and the people are always aware of the importance of education and training. In the autumn of 1982, the Party and State made a decision that delighted the educational community and people nationwide: Every year, November 20th is designated as Vietnamese Teachers' Day. November 20th has become a national celebration for teachers, education administrators, and those working in education across the country. It is a day for the government and industries to show appreciation to educators and a day for generations of students to express deep gratitude for their teachers' dedication.
In celebration of the XXth anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (20/11/1982 - 20/11/20XX), with the approval of the Party Committee, local government, and school board, XX Primary School is proudly hosting an arts exchange to commemorate this special occasion.
