1. Opening Message for the 26/3 Wall Newspaper: The Footprints of Volunteering
March – the month where the green shirts of volunteers brighten every corner of our homeland, from rural paths to bustling streets, carrying out meaningful projects and activities filled with hope and pride for the youth. To stand among the Youth Union members and actively participate in these volunteer efforts is not only an honor and pride for young people but also a significant responsibility for every member.
Wherever they are, engaging in any project or activity under the Youth Union, it is a source of pride for every Vietnamese youth, a chance to grow and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh while maintaining the spirit of "Youth are present where needed; challenges are met by the youth."
"No task is too difficult if determination holds strong; mountains can be moved, seas can be filled, perseverance brings success." These volunteering footprints will continue, despite challenges and hardships, as Vietnamese youth pledge their utmost dedication to bringing happiness to the people and the nation.
The wall newspaper 'The Footprints of Volunteering' was created to chronicle the meaningful journeys of Youth Union members at XX School. We sincerely welcome feedback and suggestions to improve its content and presentation.

2. Opening Message for the 26/3 Wall Newspaper: The Journey of the 20s
The age of 20 is the most beautiful period in a person's life. At this age, every young person seeks to prove themselves, while passionately striving to achieve their dreams and aspirations. When these dreams and aspirations are supported and guided by society, along with organizations like the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union and other political-social youth organizations, they become an immense power capable of contributing to the nation's remarkable achievements.
It is often said that at 20, one has nothing but strong legs and a heart unafraid of the unknown. This is the perfect time to enjoy life and explore the world. Volunteer trips are a testament to maturity, unity, and the sharing and love embodied by the youth of Vietnam.
At 20, we are full of passion and energy, but still fragile in spirit. No matter the circumstances or losses we may face, never lose hope or turn away from life, for that would be the gravest mistake. Remain optimistic and confident, and continue to pursue the joys and dreams this life has to offer.
Today, on the anniversary of the Youth Union’s founding on March 26th, the class XX proudly presents our wall newspaper titled: 'The Journey of the 20s'. Though written by amateur writers, we hope to offer more valuable insights, even if we acknowledge some imperfections. We kindly ask readers to forgive any mistakes and provide suggestions for improvement.
Thank you very much!

Under the glorious flag of our nation, we, the young members, proudly wear the red scarf, carrying with us the hope and pride of one day standing firmly among the members of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union.
Over the course of XX years, along with the development of our country, and under the leadership of the Party and President Hồ Chí Minh, the Youth Union and successive generations of Vietnamese youth have followed in the footsteps of those before them to continue the glorious traditions passed down. These traditions include deep patriotism, unwavering loyalty to the Party, a strong bond with the nation’s interests, the people, and socialism; a spirit of revolutionary initiative, volunteerism, and readiness to fulfill any mission with excellence; a commitment to study, creativity, and hard work; and a legacy of unity, mutual love, and support.
As members of the XX School Youth Union, we are also proud to take the next step towards joining the Youth Union. With continued dedication to our studies and self-improvement, we believe that, very soon, we will stand alongside our fellow members in the Youth Union.
To express our desires and warm feelings, on the anniversary of the Youth Union’s founding on March 26th, 20XX, the class XX proudly presents our wall newspaper titled: 'Advancing into the Youth Union'. 5. Opening Message for the 26/3 Wall Newspaper: Faith
On March 26th, the youth across the country joyfully celebrate the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union, in the spirit of enthusiasm and sacred faith shared by the Party, the people, and the military, all united in the campaign 'Learn and Follow the Example of Hồ Chí Minh’s Moral Teachings.'
Born from the glorious revolutionary movement of the Party and the nation, for 84 years, under the leadership of President Hồ Chí Minh and the Party, the Youth Union has continuously grown, evolving into the Party's reserve force and a strong arm for the nation. We are deeply proud, as, in every stage of the revolution, the Youth Union and Vietnamese youth have led historic revolutionary movements and exemplified the values of youth heroism, creativity, and national pride, with campaigns such as: 'To the death for the nation’s survival', 'Three readiness', 'Five volunteers', 'The most beautiful life is on the frontline against the enemy', 'Competing to build and defend the nation'.
During his lifetime, President Hồ Chí Minh always placed his unwavering trust in the youth, showering them with affection, care, and guidance. In return for his boundless love and devotion, there is no more sincere way than for the youth of Vietnam to strive to fulfill his call: 'Wherever the youth is needed, wherever there is difficulty, the youth shall be there.'
Celebrating the anniversary of the Youth Union’s glorious tradition is an opportunity for the Union to assess the real progress of youth activities in our organizations, and to develop new creative and effective models, in line with the criteria: 'Courageous, patriotic, knowledgeable, healthy, creative, and volunteer'. It also gives us the chance to address the shortcomings and challenges, such as the superficiality in some of our efforts and the lack of practical approaches, as well as to help the youth find purpose and avoid falling into negative influences like social vices. We recognize that Vietnamese youth are the primary force of the Party, a large and powerful group carrying the responsibility of building and protecting our homeland, in line with the proud legacy of the 'Uncle Hồ’s soldiers.'
It is for these reasons that the wall newspaper 'Faith' has been published. It reflects the pride in our nation, and the absolute trust we place in the leadership of the Party and the government. Through this, Vietnamese youth pledge to continue to carry forward the traditions of our people, strengthening our country and standing shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the world.
As this is an amateur publication, we acknowledge there may be some imperfections in the editing and presentation. We kindly ask for your feedback and suggestions for improvement. Thank you!

6. Opening Message for the 26/3 Wall Newspaper: Following in the Footsteps of Our Ancestors
Today, we are growing up in peace, prosperity, and happiness, all thanks to the tremendous sacrifices made by the generations of our fathers and ancestors: Some are still with us, others have given their lives, and some carry permanent scars from the wounds of war. We only know of the horrors of war through documentaries, history books, and the stories passed down by our elders. Understanding these sacrifices fills us with admiration, respect, and pride for the generations that came before us. We value the freedom we are fortunate to experience today.
Over the course of XX years, as our country has developed, under the leadership of the Party and President Hồ Chí Minh, the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union and the youth of Vietnam have continuously contributed to writing the glorious history of our predecessors. For us, the youth of today, March 26th is not only a day to honor the tradition of the Hồ Chí Minh Youth Union but also a day to remember the enormous contributions made by those who brought peace back to our beloved homeland.
The saying 'When drinking water, remember the source' is the noble virtue of our people, expressing our gratitude towards those who have served the nation, who have helped preserve and build the life we enjoy today. As students learning under the roof of XX school, we vow to honor and repay the sacrifices made by our ancestors.
This is also the reason why the wall newspaper 'Following in the Footsteps of Our Ancestors' has been published. We acknowledge that, as an amateur publication, there may be mistakes in both the editing and presentation, and we humbly ask for your feedback and suggestions to help improve the quality of this newspaper.
We sincerely thank you!

7. Opening Message for the 26/3 Wall Newspaper: Youthful Aspirations
As we celebrate Youth Month and the XXth anniversary of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union, the air is filled with energy, with countless activities driven by and for the youth.
Yes! Youth is the time of dreams, ambitions, and a longing to reach for the true values of life. It is also a time to dedicate our strength, intellect, and eagerness to pursue high ideals like the famous motto: “Wherever the youth are needed, the youth shall go; wherever the difficult tasks are, the youth shall be there.” In this age of renewal and international integration, the youth of Vietnam continue to strive for the development of our nation, following the path laid out by the Party and President Hồ Chí Minh. For the youth of Vietnam, and especially those from Hà Tĩnh, our aspirations are lifted even higher under the flag of the Hồ Chí Minh Youth Union.
As President Hồ Chí Minh once said: “A year begins in spring. A life begins in youth. Youth is the springtime of society.” The call from our homeland, from the traditions of the Hồng Mountains and La River, urges the youth of Hà Tĩnh to rise up. “Let us rise, let us rise, following the footsteps of great figures who once hailed from here, whose names still echo through the land. The vast sea broadens our vision, as we aim higher. The legend of Trường Sơn encourages us to build a strong will...” The music and lyrics are a call to the hearts of the young, inspiring us to move forward toward a brighter tomorrow.
We, the youth, pledge to study and work diligently to serve our country and people, just as the generations before us have done. On this anniversary of the founding of the Hồ Chí Minh Youth Union, we proudly present our wall newspaper titled: 'Youthful Aspirations'. While editing and presentation may still have some flaws, we humbly ask for your constructive feedback and suggestions to make this newspaper even better.
We sincerely wish our teachers health and happiness; may the union members and youth achieve great success in their studies, training, and work. We also wish for our school, XX, to continue growing stronger and reaching greater heights.

8. Opening Message for the 26/3 Wall Newspaper: Advancing to Become Union Members
“...Advancing to become union members, we have long aspired to honor the legacy of President Hồ Chí Minh and build a brighter future for our country. Advancing to become union members, following the path of the Party and marching under the flag stained with the color of struggle.” Just as the song expresses, we, as union members, are the nation’s youth elite, and we fully understand our responsibility to build and defend our country, striving to elevate Vietnam to stand alongside the world’s leading powers.
The younger generation is the future of the nation, the owners of the world, and the driving force that propels society forward. It is precisely for this reason that youth must live with purpose, with high ideals. We always remember that “Whether Vietnam becomes prosperous and beautiful, or whether the Vietnamese people can stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the world, depends on the efforts of our studies.” This sacred message must be realized! President Hồ Chí Minh always hoped that the youth would never falter in the face of challenges but would remain steadfast, overcoming obstacles to build a brighter future.
“Nothing is too difficult
When the will is firm
Digging mountains and filling seas
With determination, success is certain.”
As young union members, we pledge to dedicate our talent and energy to serving the country and the people. We are determined to honor the revolutionary and scholarly traditions of our ancestors, and we will continually strive to learn, cultivate virtue, and improve our character to help our homeland become richer, more beautiful, and more civilized.
In this spirit of aspiration and deepest affection, on the occasion of the 26/03/20XX anniversary of the Youth Union’s founding, our class XX proudly presents this wall newspaper, titled: 'Advancing to Become Union Members'. While we acknowledge there may be some imperfections in the editing and presentation, we humbly ask for your valuable feedback and suggestions to help improve it further.
We sincerely thank you!
