1. Salmon and Pear Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of bread
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1/2 pear
- 3 slices of Brie cheese
- Lettuce
Steps:
- Slice the bread lengthwise.
- Place the lettuce, salmon, and Brie cheese slices on each half. Top with thin slices of pear and enjoy!

2. Chicken and Cream Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 tomato
- 30g cream cheese
- Lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut it into halves lengthwise.
- Spread cream cheese on the bread. Place a slice of chicken, a slice of tomato, and a lettuce leaf on one slice of the bread. Add salt and pepper if desired.
- Top with the other slice of bread and cut the sandwich into two triangles.

3. Classic French Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1/2 loaf of bread
- 2 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese
- 20g butter
- 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
- Sour pickled cucumber, as per preference
Instructions:
- Slice the bread lengthwise. Spread butter on one part and mayonnaise on the other.
- Place the ham and cheese slices on the bread and then bring the two halves together. You can add pickled cucumber if desired.

4. Salmon and Spinach Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 200g lightly salted salmon
- 600g fresh spinach
- 100g goat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 30g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Remove the crust from the bread. Spread butter on each slice and allow it to melt completely.
- Sauté the spinach with oil over medium heat until softened, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Toast each slice of bread until golden. Layer some spinach and cream cheese on the toasted bread, then add a slice of salmon and top with another piece of toasted bread.

5. Honey and Ricotta Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1/2 baguette or whole wheat bread
- 1 package of ricotta cheese
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of honey
- 100g of semi-hard cheese (from cow's milk)
Instructions:
- Cut the bread diagonally.
- Toast the bread in a toaster or oven for 3-4 minutes.
- Spread the ricotta cheese on the toasted bread and drizzle honey on top. Place semi-hard cheese slices on the sandwich.

6. Tuna and Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1/3 avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 120 g canned tuna
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 handful of lettuce
- 1 shallot
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Directions:
- Tear the lettuce by hand. Cut the shallot in half.
- Spread olive oil on one side of each bread slice.
- Using a fork, mash the avocado and spread it evenly on the bread. Place tomato, shallot, tuna, and lettuce on the bread. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Top with another slice of bread. Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap and enjoy anytime, anywhere.

7. Turkey and Green Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 200 g turkey fillet
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 4 lettuce leaves
- A handful of arugula
- 1 celery stick
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- First, boil the turkey fillet in salted water.
- Spread mustard on the slices of bread. Cut the celery into thin rounds. Place celery and two leaves of lettuce on two of the bread slices.
- Next, add the turkey fillet and sliced arugula, season with salt and pepper, and top with the remaining lettuce and bread slices to form the sandwich.

8. Goat Cheese and Spinach Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 100 g goat cheese
- 4 slices of bread
- 10 olives
- 1 tomato
- Spinach and arugula, to taste
- Oregano and thyme, according to preference
Instructions:
- Mash the goat cheese with herbs and spread it on two slices of bread.
- Top with sliced olives, tomato, spinach, and arugula, then cover with the other slices of bread to complete the sandwich.
