- The finished product area, situated on the left bank of the Da Bach River in the former Vinh Tuy village, now Mao Khe Ward, Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province, covering 12.5 hectares. It includes 5 cement silos, a cement packaging system, a conveyor system, and export facilities by road, water, and rail.
The two locations are connected by the 388.15-meter-long Hoang Thach Bridge across the Da Bach River. The cement is distributed by road through National Routes 18 and 5, by sea to Hai Phong and Ha Long ports with ships of up to 3000 tons, and by rail via the Ha Lang railway line. The area is also well-equipped for the import of raw materials and supplies for production.

2. Chinfon Cement
Founded under investment license No. 490/GP issued by the State Committee for Cooperation and Investment (now the Ministry of Planning and Investment) on December 24, 1992, and later re-registered under the 2005 Enterprise Law with investment certificate No. 021022000120 issued by the Hai Phong City People's Committee on July 23, 2008. After two decades of development, with a total investment of $450 million, Chinfon Cement Company has grown significantly with two production lines in the North, one grinding plant in the South, and an effective, reputable distribution network both domestically and internationally.
Production Line 1, with a design capacity of 4,000 tons of clinker per day, was established and began production in 1997 at Trang Kenh - Minh Duc - Thuy Nguyen - Hai Phong, a region known for its excellent raw materials. After upgrades, Line 1 now operates with an annual cement production capacity of 2.3 million tons. The Hiep Phuoc grinding plant, built and operational since 2006 in the Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone in Ho Chi Minh City, has an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of cement, contributing significantly to balancing supply and demand in the North and South. Line 2, with a design capacity of 4,000 tons of clinker per day, was constructed in 2006 at Trang Kenh – Minh Duc - Thuy Nguyen - Hai Phong, and started operations in September 2008, three months ahead of schedule. After nearly two years of operation, Line 2 was upgraded to achieve an annual production capacity of 2.2 million tons of cement starting in 2010.

3. Vicem Hoang Mai Cement
As a member of the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (VICEM), alongside Vicem Hoang Thach, Vicem Bim Son, and Vicem Ha Tien, Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Company was founded on October 7, 1995. The factory was launched in June 1999 and commenced its production in July 2002. To stay competitive and thrive in the international market, Hoang Mai Cement privatized and held its first general shareholder meeting on March 3, 2008.

Thang Long Cement Joint Stock Company is a leading cement producer in Vietnam, with a total investment of over 6,000 billion VND. 6. Pomihoa Cement
Pomihoa Cement is produced using a fully integrated production line, incorporating modern European standard technology (German technology). With a high level of automation and the application of advanced information technology, all production stages, from raw material processing and clinker firing to cement grinding and automated bagging, are controlled and monitored from the Central Control Room (CCR) via the SIMATIC PCS7 system from SIEMENS, ensuring high and stable product quality.
The factory operates two production lines with a capacity of 2 million tons of cement per year. The clinker kiln has a daily production capacity of 5,000 tons. 7. Ha Tien 1 Cement Company
Ha Tien 1 Cement Company originally started as Ha Tien Cement Factory, with equipment provided by VENOT.PIC from France. The factory officially began operations in 1964, initially producing 240,000 tons of clinker per year in Kiên Lương and 280,000 tons of cement annually at the Thủ Đức plant.

9. Nghi Son Cement
Nghi Son Cement Company (NSCC) is a joint venture between the Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (Vicem) and two multinational corporations from Japan: Taiheiyo Cement (TCC) and Mitsubishi Materials (MMC). The company was established on April 11, 1995. In July 2000, the project, which became the largest Japanese investment in Vietnam, started operations, including the main plant in Thanh Hoa Province, a distribution station in Ho Chi Minh City, and the official sales network.
In 2007, the second production line at the main plant and a distribution station in Khanh Hoa province were initiated. By April 2010, the second production line was completed, increasing the main plant's annual capacity to 4.3 million tons.
