1. Graduation Speech by a 12th Grade Student (No. 4)
Esteemed delegates, respected teachers, and beloved parents,
Dear fellow students!
Today, I am deeply honored to represent the students of the class... - at [School Name] to express my feelings during this end-of-year ceremony for the academic year 20xx-20xx and this special, sacred moment of gratitude.
“The old phoenix tree holds the summer high,
The teacher’s voice, soft and distant from the podium.
Students, try hard… this is the last summer of high school,
A little lump in the throat, chalk dust scatters…”
Dear teachers!
It feels like just yesterday we were overjoyed walking through the school gates… in the pride of our parents. The blazing sun of that day was no match for the calming green of the trees on our dream school campus. And then, those hesitant steps, unfamiliar gazes, and early worries slowly faded thanks to the love and guidance of our teachers.
Three years have passed in the blink of an eye. While immersed in learning, we were often startled by the sight of the lilac blossoms peeking through the window. Another summer has arrived… But why does this summer feel so full of longing, nostalgia, and heartache? We’re not even gone yet, and we already miss it. Our feet have not yet left, but our hearts are already heavy with emotion… There are so many things we want to say, but we don’t know where to begin, dear teachers!
[School Name] will forever be in our hearts as a place filled with meaning, where we were nurtured with care by our teachers. The lessons are no longer just ink on paper, but they are stories of life, becoming the precious baggage we carry with us as we step forward in life. Every achievement we have earned has the sweat and silent sacrifice of our teachers behind it. And when we stood on the stage to receive awards, our teachers smiled in satisfaction from behind, as always, tirelessly nurturing new journeys...
But it’s not just that. Whether in joy or sorrow, success or failure, our teachers have always been our safe, reliable support. You’ve taught us to recognize and cherish the simple, enduring values around us. We have learned to live more deeply, with culture, and a rich sense of [School Name] identity! But dear teachers, how many words of thanks we have not yet said, just as we haven’t been able to say the apologies that are long overdue. We, these children still learning to grow, are not without our moments of impulsiveness, thoughtless remarks, and rash actions that made you worry.
In this moment of parting, we once again say our apologies. We want to thank you for always being patient, loving us through these first stumbles of life, and always being proud to be our teachers at [School Name]. Please hold onto for us the memories of conquering the intense yet passionate student competitions. The moments of joy from success and tears of regret when dreams remain unfulfilled.
Please keep for us the sacred images we cherish. These include the solemn yet caring words from our principal before exams, the deep, reflective voice of our literature teacher in each class, the anxious moments when a teacher called us up to the board with formulas and theorems, and the brief but warm smiles from the security guard, the cleaning lady, or the administrative staff that made us love this school even more.
And one day, when we return, the school grounds will be empty without the teachers who have retired. There will be a hollow space in the beloved school courtyard. But dear teachers, no matter how much time passes, no matter how life changes, we will always carry with us the love and dedication you have given to generations of students, so our steps today are strong and steady.
Dear students!
We, the older ones, have witnessed three seasons of lilacs change, and are nearing the end of the most beautiful period of student life. Right now, we long to turn back time to the current school days of all of you.
But dear students, the high-speed train of time never stops for anyone. It will forget those passengers who refuse to put in the effort. To those who stay with the school, please continue to keep the flame of the school alive and write more golden pages of achievement that make our school proud. I hope you will cherish these precious moments of love with your teachers and friends, so that one day you won’t regret and say “If only…”
Thank you, with all sincerity!

Honored guests, dear teachers!
Dear students!
Today, I am deeply honored to stand here under this beloved green canopy, representing the students of the class... - at the High School... to express my emotions during this sacred farewell moment.
Dear teachers!
12 years ago, when I held my mother's hand on the first day of school, we, innocent 6-year-old children, had no idea that in the summer of 12 years later, we would be choking on our goodbye. And it seems just yesterday, we felt an overwhelming joy as we officially entered this gate, becoming students of... High School, the school that generations of students have dreamed of. Yet, it's already been 3 years.
In these 3 years, we have experienced every joy under this dear shared roof. Here, our teachers have guided and supported us on our journey to reach the peaks of knowledge. The achievements we have made are the results of their hard work and dedication. But there’s more to it. Our teachers are even more extraordinary, not just fulfilling their roles as educators in the classroom but becoming life mentors, teaching us how to cherish a flower, respect a leaf, love the song of birds at dawn, understand the value of a greeting, the beauty of a smile, and the warmth of a handshake... From there, we’ve learned to wait for the purple-flowered season, to look up from the classroom balcony and feel our hearts stir at the sight of the green canopy and purple blossoms, to cherish each morning as we see the radiant smiles of our friends and teachers. Whether we are happy or sad, our teachers are always there.
When we failed or felt like giving up, our teachers’ warm hands lifted us up, teaching us how to heal our wounds... These lessons have deeply permeated us every day, every hour. Today, we are confident enough to embark on a new journey. We are so proud to be the students of the teachers of...
But dear teachers!
How many times have we, the foolish, thoughtless students, caused you distress? We bow our heads and ask for your forgiveness! Thank you, dear teachers, for being part of our lives, for letting us feel priceless love, and, most importantly, for offering open arms when we needed it.
Dear students!
Just like you, we have witnessed two seasons of summer and the tears of farewell from the seniors, but when we are in the situation ourselves, it is hard to put into words. Thank you for arriving just in time, so that we could spend beautiful moments together studying, striving, and enjoying life under this sky. For those of you staying with the school, please study well, put in your best effort, and never forget to love and share as much as possible...
This autumn, our school welcomes new members. Please tell them stories about the school, the seniors, and the teachers, so that we can all carry the same pride in sharing this warm home.
Finally, my dear friends! What can I say at this moment...?
"Can you feel it? Everything has already passed by
In the very soft breath of time...".
You and I, many times, have whispered that to each other. But what can we do when we cannot "stop the sun", nor "bind the wind" to tame time? What can we do when we, like everyone else, must grow up, even though we love so much, we can’t live forever in the white uniform... We have been here, waking up each morning together, our shoulders touching, calling the sunlight. Each evening we watched the rain pass. And we waited to hold hands to school on the autumn days with falling leaves. The school has become the bond that brought all of us together into one big family, connecting the circle of love.
Do you remember when we argued over something trivial, but then made up so simply? And now, during recess, we race to the canteen to be the first ones there. Do you remember how many times we made mistakes, stumbling, and looking around to avoid the watchful eyes of the teachers?
We will carry the memories of this place with us. The familiar classrooms, the stone benches, the hallways, the campus where the trees change leaves, the budding seasons, the purple flowers high above, signaling the coming summer, and the beloved faces of our teachers and friends. We will hide them deep inside our hearts, where the name of our school... will always be loved.
Friends...: "If we could, let’s not leave/ Let’s sit here together...".
But we can’t anymore, in just a few hours, we will become alumni, forever leaving behind those innocent days in the white uniforms. Even if we return someday, our small wish might never come true, because: "We miss the school, but we can’t return/ A thousand years can’t bring us back to the same place..." But no matter how far we go, High School... will always be a warm home waiting for us to return, a wind that lifts our kites to new horizons, and a thread that ties our most innocent moments.
We know this, and we are very grateful! Farewell, dear teachers, and this beloved school, we promise to continue to study well, strive hard, love more, and live up to the traditions of the school, and to the trust our parents and teachers have placed in us.
We sincerely thank you!

3. Speech of a 12th-grade student at graduation (No. 6)
Dear distinguished guests, beloved teachers, staff members, and fellow students!
My name is ......, a student from class 12D1. Today, I am deeply honored to stand here and represent my fellow 12th-grade students to share our thoughts at this year's graduation ceremony.
This is our final summer as students. When the phoenix flowers bloom brightly, we know it's time to bid farewell to our beloved school. We must leave behind the best years of our lives, a time of innocence, mischief, and dreams, a time we’ve known as 'home,' where we’ve found second parents whom we love dearly.
Time has passed so quickly! It feels like only yesterday we walked into this school, strangers to each other, unfamiliar with our teachers, and now we must part. Countless memories of teachers, friends, and this school flood our hearts: the warmth of our teachers, the love in our classroom, the comfort of our dormitory, the joy of shared meals… all of these are memories we cherish deeply. How can we possibly express all the nostalgia, regret, and longing we feel?
I still remember a poet’s words:
When we are here, it’s just a place to stay
When we leave, the land transforms into our soul
Indeed, everyone has a place to love, a place that warms the heart and soul, a place we return to. Trần Quốc Tuấn will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Dear teachers!
As we grow, we come to realize the love and concern you’ve shown for us, your small students. You’ve taken care of our meals, our rest, and not only have you taught us knowledge, but you've also guided us in life, taught us how to be better people, and helped us dream bigger. We are deeply grateful to all the teachers who have led us, who’ve shown us right from wrong, and who’ve taught us love, compassion, and sharing. Thank you for all the lessons that will stay with us throughout our lives, helping us rise after each fall. Words cannot fully express our gratitude! Yet, there were times when we, young and thoughtless, have made you worry or caused you trouble. On this special occasion, we ask for your forgiveness and we wish to say our sincerest apologies.
Dear fellow 12th graders!
How quickly time flies, don’t you think?
Do you still remember our shared memories?
The small uncut green mangoes, too sour to share evenly,
A simple math problem could sometimes make us look at our neighbor’s paper.
Writing essays while scratching our heads,
Realizing the lessons of life after each Civics class.
How wonderful was our physical education class outside,
Or crawling awkwardly during military practice…
And all of this has now become part of the past,
Memories of our youthful days suddenly flood back!
Under the beloved roof of this school, we have created countless unforgettable memories. Our student years are the most beautiful and cherished part of our lives. We’ve studied, played, shared joys and sorrows, and supported one another…
12th grade, let’s promise not to forget these moments! We will carry these memories with us, keeping the faces of our dear teachers and friends deep in our hearts. Though today we say goodbye, it doesn’t mean the end; rather, it opens up a new beginning, right, my friends? Ahead of us lies a challenging exam, a major turning point in our lives. We might not be the smartest, but we will be the ones who try the hardest. Let’s continue striving, my friends!
Dear teachers, dear parents!
On this special day, we would like to express our gratitude to all those who have loved us. Thank you, parents, for bringing us into this world and for raising us. Thank you, teachers, for guiding us through the years. We will always carry your kindness in our hearts. Today, tomorrow, and forever, we will never forget our beloved families. Farewell to our teachers and school, and we promise to continue studying hard, striving to become useful people, worthy of the trust and care our parents and teachers have given us.

4. Graduation Speech of a 12th Grade Student (Number 7)
Dear distinguished guests,
Dear teachers,
And all my dear fellow students!
First of all, I would like to extend my warmest greetings to the esteemed guests, teachers, and all my fellow students.
Today is a great honor for me to stand here and represent all the 12th-grade students, express my thoughts and emotions on this day of farewell.
Yes, another summer has come, but for us, this summer is special. It marks the last summer of our school years. We suddenly realize that, in the sorrow of saying goodbye, there is a bittersweet feeling of nostalgia for those innocent, pure, and beautiful days of our school life.
Dear teachers, the three years spent learning under this school roof have been the most unforgettable years of our school life. Though short, these three years are filled with cherished memories of teachers, friends, classrooms, stairways, and corners of the school yard...
Under this roof, we have been nurtured by the dedicated, passionate teachings of our teachers; we have lived fully in sincere, pure friendships; we have been ourselves, pursued our dreams and aspirations… These three years, the final journey of our school years, each of us has strived to accumulate the tools we need to confidently move forward.
For me personally, the achievements I have earned over these three years would not have been possible without the dedication of my teachers, the support and opportunities provided by the school. But more than the knowledge, this school has given us the strength, confidence, and resilience to continue on our journey ahead.
We will forever be grateful for the guidance, care, and teachings of our teachers, who have passed on their knowledge with passion and life experience, loving us as their own children or grandchildren. Their lessons have opened our minds and nourished our souls, helping us grow into who we are today.
At this moment, I would like to send my most sincere thanks to all the teachers, thank you for every lesson, every look, smile, and every reminder to help us become better people.
On behalf of all the 12th-grade students, I would like to express my gratitude to the school administration, especially to the principal... - who has always been by our side, providing us with the best learning environment. I also thank the staff in the academic office, the supervisors, and the janitors, who have quietly created a safe, clean, and civilized learning environment for us.
We are always proud of this school.
Dear fellow 12th graders! After today, each of us will go our separate ways, blending into the hustle and bustle of life. It is hard to gather all of us again as we were in class, and we will never have that atmosphere of school again, or those outings from the past. But I am certain that this moment will always be etched in our minds.
Someone once said:
"At this moment, every event and moment feels like a slow-motion film that takes me through the innocent years of youth. In the three years spent in this school, I witnessed its changes: the iron gates were torn down, the green hedges were replaced by glass fences, the stage was renovated, new specialized classrooms were created, clubs rose and fell... and there are many other changes I cannot express in words. I love the blue uniforms, I love the teachers who may not remember my name, I love... and I love the days spent here!".
The moment of farewell has arrived. I hope that each of us will continue to strive and study tirelessly, using the knowledge our teachers have equipped us with, with the passion of youth, so that tomorrow, we will be confident on the path we have chosen, living up to the love and expectations of our teachers. We will be confident, mature, and poised like sunflowers stretching towards the sunlight.
Goodbye, teachers. We are leaving!
Goodbye, everyone, we are on our way!
See you again with smiles!

5. Graduation Speech of a 12th Grade Student (No. 8)
Honored delegates, ladies and gentlemen!
Respected teachers, dear parents, and all fellow students!
It feels like just yesterday the school bell rang to mark the beginning of a new academic year. Time flies by quickly, as the bright red phoenix flowers bloom and the summer cicadas sing. This marks the end of another year, and in the hearts of every student, emotions and reflections flood our minds.
This year, our teachers and we have achieved remarkable accomplishments, and these achievements have not come easily. Teachers have sacrificed countless hours, not only teaching us the subjects but also guiding us to become better people.
On behalf of all the 12th-grade students, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to our teachers – those who have tirelessly dedicated themselves to teaching, pouring their knowledge and passion into helping us navigate the journey of education. We also extend our sincere thanks to our parents, who have always supported us by providing everything needed to ensure we could attend school and study in the best environment possible.
Honored delegates!
If life is a series of journeys, filled with exciting experiences, then surely each of us has walked the path called "education". For me, going to school has always been an indescribable joy. But perhaps, my three years at this high school, .................., will remain some of the most unforgettable experiences in my life.
It feels like just yesterday we first stepped into this school. Three summers have passed, filled with countless memories of school days, friendships, and lessons. These moments will forever stay with us, and we will cherish them always.
I remember the first days of stepping into the school, feeling lost and uncertain. I didn't know anyone, the teachers were all new to me, and I was nervous and shy. The school wasn’t large, and the students weren’t many, but it still felt overwhelming. It felt like a deer lost in the forest, feeling out of place and unsure.
But now, three years have passed, and I no longer feel that anxiety or unfamiliarity. I have made so many friends, bonded with my teachers, and built strong, meaningful connections with everyone. The relationship between teachers and students is no longer distant, and we have become like family.
We have come to view our teachers as second parents. They are the ones who not only guide us through lessons but also support us emotionally. They help us face challenges in both our studies and life with their wisdom and care.
Throughout our studies, our teachers have been wholeheartedly dedicated, always ready to lend a hand whenever we needed help. They work tirelessly, sometimes facing hardships, to ensure we have the best learning environment and opportunities for success.
I feel so proud to have studied in this beloved school. Here, we’ve learned not only academic knowledge but also life skills and morals, helping us grow into better individuals.
Thank you, teachers, for being such an integral part of our education and growth. I promise, as we move forward, we will continue to strive to study hard and cultivate our moral values to honor everything you've taught us.
As we approach the final moments of our time here, I would like, once again, to express my sincere gratitude to our teachers and to wish everyone good health and happiness. May the 10th and 11th-grade students have a wonderful summer break, and may the 12th-grade students achieve the best results in the upcoming National High School Graduation Exam.
I sincerely thank you all, and I offer my deepest respect!

6. Graduation Speech of a 12th Grade Student (No. 9)
Esteemed delegates!
Honored teachers, parents, and dear fellow students!
Another school year has passed, and within each of us, emotions and reflections rush in, hard to describe.
Throughout this year, we have achieved significant accomplishments, and to reach these milestones, our teachers have dedicated countless efforts, not only teaching us academic skills but also guiding us to become better individuals.
On behalf of all the students in this grade, especially the 12th grade, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to our teachers—those who tirelessly dedicate themselves to our education, investing their time, knowledge, and love to lead us to the shores of wisdom. I would also like to sincerely thank our parents, who have always supported us in our journey to school and helped us move closer to our future.
"When the cicadas are singing throughout the schoolyard, it means summer has arrived, bringing along the sadness of the stone benches..." According to the laws of nature, everything that comes must eventually leave. It feels like just yesterday that we were hesitant and unsure as we first entered this school, and now, standing before our final summer, we are about to say goodbye to our teachers and friends, bidding farewell to this place.
For each of us, these school years have been the most carefree and innocent moments of our lives! We have grown and matured in both knowledge and character, thanks to the guidance of our teachers and the love of our parents. Silently and selflessly, our teachers have nurtured us, teaching us not only knowledge but also how to be good people. This school, for us, is no different than a warm and loving home. Just thinking about leaving it fills my heart with sadness.
Walking down familiar hallways, looking out at the sunlit sky, I feel so connected to the tall tamarind trees and the vibrant red flowers of the phoenix trees. I miss those joyful and sorrowful memories from our classrooms, the beloved stone benches, and the sounds of teaching and the lighthearted moments of our youth.
We have often made our teachers sad and disappointed, yet we have never had the chance to apologize. Despite all that we owe them, we have yet to express our gratitude. Though we will part ways, I know that wherever life takes us, with new friends and teachers, we will never forget the cherished memories of this school.
Esteemed delegates! Dear teachers, the stone benches, the tamarind trees, the phoenix trees, and our familiar classrooms will soon become cherished memories. We want to grow up, to become adults, but we don’t want to leave this place. Now I understand the two lines of poetry written by Che Lan Vien:
When we are here, it is just a place to live
When we leave, the land turns into the soul
In these final moments, as we prepare to part ways, on behalf of the graduating students, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to our teachers. May you always remain healthy and filled with joy in life.
We promise to do our best in the upcoming entrance exams, so that we may honor the efforts and teachings of our beloved teachers.
Please accept our heartfelt thanks and farewell!

7. Graduation Speech of a 12th Grade Student (Number 1)
Dear respected teachers, parents, and fellow students,
As May arrives, the vibrant red flowers of the phoenix trees bloom, signaling the busy exam season and the bittersweet farewell of 17-year-olds like us. Today marks the last day we wear these white school uniforms, the last time we take photos with our dear friends under the bright red blossoms. The emotions of this moment, filled with nostalgia, anticipation, and even regret, are overwhelming. These feelings, tied to the innocence of school life, will never be relived.
Time has passed swiftly. Just eleven years ago, we were carefree students, living without worry, enjoying every moment without a second thought. But this year, the first signs of the phoenix flowers have brought a mix of emotions, and with the first chirps of the cicadas, anxiety filled our hearts.
We welcome the 12th and final season of the phoenix flowers in our school life, a season filled with joy, sadness, longing, and regrets. This is the last summer of our high school journey.
This farewell feels different from the previous ones. This time, it is the most emotional goodbye we have said in the past 12 years. We send our heartfelt thanks to the teachers, friends, and the beloved school that has accompanied us. Time will never return, and we can never express enough gratitude to the teachers who have guided us throughout our school years.
Now, after three years spent in this cherished school, we find it hard to let go. We wish we could remain small, forever surrounded by the love and care of our teachers and families.
We will always remember the days spent studying together, the summer heat and winter chill, the joyful moments of youth, and the carefree, playful days in high school. Our school has given us the tools to face the future with confidence, to follow our dreams.
On behalf of all the 12th-grade students, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the principal – the respected father of our big family, who has dedicated his life to the next generations of students.
We also thank all our teachers, who have taught us not only academic knowledge but also the values of love, compassion, and sharing.
We are thankful for the lessons, both academic and life, that will guide us throughout our journey, helping us rise after each fall.
Today, tomorrow, and forever, we will never forget our school, the place filled with the love of our teachers, the laughter of our friends, and the precious memories of our school days.
Thank you, teachers, we love you deeply!

8. Graduation Speech of a 12th Grade Student (Number 2)
Dear respected leaders, distinguished delegates, and dear students!
The wheel of time turns silently and never waits for anyone. And so, before we realize it, another summer has come, bringing with it the crimson phoenix flowers that paint the hearts of students. A week, a month, then a year have passed. It feels like just yesterday the sound of the school bell echoed, marking the beginning of countless plans and ambitions for both teachers and students at XX High School. And now, the closing ceremony for the 20XX-20XX school year has arrived, a time to reflect on the results of a year full of effort and dedication. It is also the time to say goodbye to the classroom, teachers, and friends. For the 12th graders, this is a particularly meaningful summer – a season of farewells, as they head towards new horizons. Twelve years are almost over, the golden age of childhood, the carefree days of student life, soon to be nothing more than faint memories of a distant past...
Dear fellow students!
Looking back three years, many of you, like me, might remember being a 10th grader, feeling a strange mix of nostalgia and wonder when seeing the fiery red phoenix flowers in the corner of the yard. At times, we couldn't understand why the 12th graders cried during the farewell ceremony. To me, it was simply a temporary goodbye, a three-month summer break to return later and continue striving. But now, in this very moment, I understand those emotions of our older peers... Leaving 9th grade meant that we could still come back, but finishing 12th grade means we will never be students again. We won’t be carefree anymore, we will no longer see familiar faces every day. And that reality will never change...
Dear teachers!
It has been three years under the roof of this school, three years bonding with our teachers, three years of growing up under the nurturing care, guidance, and teaching of our beloved educators. All of us, your students, feel truly fortunate and proud to have lived and studied in this common home. Here, we have been equipped with a solid foundation of knowledge to step into life. There have been lessons that were gentle and profound, as well as dry, rigid lessons. But tomorrow, we will step out into the world with the lessons you taught us, with your advice and words of wisdom. You have devoted your whole life to us, always worrying about the future of your students, day and night.
We know that sometimes we might have been stubborn or lazy, making you upset, but we always knew that you were ready to forgive our mistakes. Beneath your strictness, we could feel your tolerance, generosity, and your kindness. And the sleepless nights spent preparing lessons, the rainy afternoons when you came to school despite the cold to teach us – we never really knew. It is because of these things, that right now, more than ever, we cherish the lesson plans, the chalk dust falling on your hair, because they are crafted with love for the profession, a deep desire to contribute, and a profound sense of responsibility from hearts that tremble with worry over our success or failure.
We ask for one last time, allow us to call your names with the utmost respect and gratitude, so that the sound of it will echo in our hearts as we move forward. Now, as we prepare to leave school, many of us wish that time could go back, just once, so we could be your students again… to feel the love, the care, and even the scolding once more… oh, how we wish time would stand still… to make this place eternal. But we know that it is impossible, so all we can do is strive for excellence in the important exams ahead, so that your efforts will never be in vain, and somewhere along the way, you will smile because of us...
Dear friends, my closest companions!
Three years together may not be a short time, but it is not enough to truly understand each other. The moments we have spent together are precious, and we will regret not cherishing them. The last days of student life are passing, leaving behind a deep sense of longing. Soon, the dreams of childhood will be gone, the days of carrying books to school with a smile, joking with friends will be just memories. And when we step out of the school gates, we will always remember this place, filled with memories of our school days. Life out there will be loud, chaotic, and exhausting. Yet sometimes, amid the hustle of daily struggles, we will pause and remember the innocent, mischievous times we had...
Once again, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the teachers. I bow to you with the utmost respect and thanks. I wish you always good health and an unquenchable passion to continue contributing to the educational mission of our country, guiding the young to reach for their dreams and soar high, further and higher.
I also wish the 10th and 11th graders a meaningful summer. Soon, the summer of 20XX will come, and you too will have to say goodbye to this school and your student years, feeling the same sadness we do now. So, make sure to study hard and cherish the beautiful friendships, so that when you leave school, you won't regret any moment, and this school will forever hold your fondest memories.
Finally, to my dear 12th-grade friends, I wish you all the best in your exams. May you always have good luck and success on the challenging path ahead.
That's all, thank you!

9. Graduation Speech by a 12th Grade Student (No. 3)
Esteemed delegates,
Dear teachers and fellow students,
My name is ………………………………, a 12th grade student. Today, I am honored to represent my classmates in sharing our thoughts on this memorable graduation day. Time has flown by so quickly… Three years since our first school day. These three years, though not long, have been enough to transform this place into cherished memories filled with love, a love we didn't fully appreciate until now. The love is so deep that even with my eyes closed, I can still picture familiar faces, the benches, the trees… all warm with joy and sorrow, smiles and tears.
I still remember the first day I stepped into the gate of XX High School, filled with nervousness and a bit of anxiety on my first day. Back then, I was an innocent and carefree girl, eagerly awaiting the summer holidays to play freely, wishing for time to fly so I could graduate and grow up. I was confused and surprised to see the tears on the faces of the seniors on graduation day. But today, in this very moment, I can truly feel what “goodbye” means. Graduation means no longer being that innocent student. The farewell notes, the memories of these three years… they will only remain as memories. A wave of sadness overwhelms me. Every blooming phoenix flower, every summer choir signals the departure of a generation of students, an era of white uniforms.
Dear teachers,
For three years, we have lived under the roof of this school. In these three years, we have been your children. You have taught us not only knowledge but also how to live, to be human, to smile, and even how to cry. You have cared for every little thing about us… when we were happy… when we were sad… You have made us feel that this school is our second home. We are grateful for your kind teachings, your stern reprimands, for making us grow strong enough to face the future. Yet, there were times when we were naïve, rebellious, and didn’t understand, which must have disappointed you. There were moments of pouting for being scolded. Now, as we prepare to part ways, many of us wish, 'If only time could turn back, even for just a moment, so we could once again be students, your children, to feel your love and care, and even the scolding. If only time would stop so we could keep this place forever…'
Dear 10th and 11th grade students,
On this occasion, we would like to send you a message: study hard, continue the proud tradition of our school, value every lesson from your teachers, pay more attention to your teachers, friends, and school. Live up to the reputation of the white uniforms so that when the time passes, you’ll look back at it with beautiful memories, never regretting the things you didn’t do. Finally, I wish the esteemed delegates, teachers, and staff good health and happiness. I wish the 10th and 11th graders a joyful summer vacation with their families, and I hope the 12th grade students achieve great results in the upcoming exams.
Thank you all sincerely!
