Dear teachers, parents, and students,
First, allow me to send my warmest greetings and best wishes to the school board, teachers, and all the parents present here today. I also wish for good health to all the students and may they continue to work hard and excel.
After reviewing the school’s year-end report, I am incredibly proud of the accomplishments achieved in the 2019-2020 academic year. The success in the provincial high school graduation exams, especially the 12th-grade student competition, is a remarkable achievement. As a parent of a student at this school, I have always been closely following the school’s progress over the years. The increasing number of students passing university and college exams is a testament to the school’s high quality of education.
These results affirm that XX High School is not only on par with other prestigious institutions but has surpassed expectations in several areas.
Dear students,
The years spent here at this school have flown by, and as you celebrate your final school year, I am sure you all have many emotions and thoughts to share. Take today’s ceremony to reflect on the memories you’ve made here and be grateful for the teachings of your teachers and the nurturing of your parents. As you embark on your future, always remember the values and lessons learned during your time here.
Your maturity is reflected not just in today’s ceremony, but in your academic efforts to achieve the best results in the upcoming exams. The way you approach life and its challenges will determine your future success.
I hope that you will always feel proud and grateful to be part of this small but loving school community. Always trust that your teachers and parents will be by your side as you continue to pursue your dreams and strive for success.
Dear parents,
I am sure that all of us, like myself, firmly believe in and support the school’s mission to provide a strong foundation for our children’s future.

After reviewing the end-of-year report, we are immensely proud of the accomplishments achieved by the school during the academic year 2017 - 2017. These accomplishments are truly commendable, particularly the results of the excellent student competitions. The performance of our students on the provincial scale, ranking... has been a significant achievement. As parents of children studying here, we have followed and admired the school’s accomplishments over the years.
These results are a testament to the long-standing tradition of teaching and the hard work of the teachers and students here. Dear teachers, esteemed parents, and dear students, we are parents who, after raising our children, have one simple wish: that our children grow up to be well-behaved and mature. This person did not give us life, nor food and clothing, but through their guidance, we grew in intellect, spirit, and wisdom. They have given us essential tools to navigate life and become valuable citizens. That person is the teacher.
Dear teachers, we have always taught our children this lesson, which is why over the years we have entrusted our children to you with the utmost confidence and hope. Throughout these years, you have worked tirelessly, finding new methods to impart knowledge and teaching our children right from wrong. They have had the opportunity to learn and grow in the safe and nurturing environment of this school, and we are thankful for that.
After their time here, our children have become more independent, looking after themselves, caring for their parents and siblings, and managing their homes—qualities we had never seen before. 4. Parent Speech for the End of the School Year (No. 7)
Esteemed Delegates, School Administrators, and Respected Teachers of .......... Dear Parents and Beloved Students,
First of all, allow me to represent the parents of the 12th grade students of ............ School to extend our heartfelt wishes for good health to all the delegates, teachers, and guests present at today’s Graduation Ceremony.
It is a great honor to be here today. As parents, no joy can truly capture the overwhelming happiness we feel seeing our children reach this important milestone of maturity.
Dear Teachers,
We understand that our school has a long-standing tradition of hosting an annual graduation ceremony for the 12th-grade students, a ceremony that leaves a lasting impression on the students before they leave school. This is also an opportunity for us, the parents, to express our gratitude to the teachers.
Dear School Administrators and Teachers,
Before enrolling our child at .......... School, we researched the school's educational system and were impressed by the outstanding academic achievements of its students, including a high university acceptance rate and numerous scholarships awarded to students in developed countries such as the U.S., the U.K., and Australia. This solid reputation encouraged us to choose this school for our child’s education.
We are even more appreciative of how the school has developed its own unique approach to education. The school not only imparts knowledge but also equips students with life skills and helps to shape their character and personal values. We are pleased to see our child return home on weekends, healthier, more mature, and with a clearer sense of responsibility compared to before joining the school. Our child has become confident, independent, and compassionate, always ready to help others. The children have truly matured in both character and intellect, and this is a tremendous accomplishment of the dedicated teachers. On behalf of all parents, I would like to express our profound gratitude to the teaching staff.
We, as parents, have nurtured our children, but it is the teachers who have truly shaped them into the people they are today. The teachers are like second parents to our children. Once again, on behalf of all parents, I extend our sincere thanks to all the teachers, who are like second fathers and mothers to our children. Speaking of teachers, we cannot forget ............, the class teacher of the 12th grade, whose sincere love and devotion, along with a passionate teaching style, have convinced us through their daily care, concern, and nurturing of the students as if they were their own children. Moreover, the students’ academic performance has greatly improved, and their character and personality have developed as well. We are deeply grateful to this teacher, and we wish her health, happiness, and success.
Dear Fellow Parents,
The growth and maturity of our children are the hopes and dreams of every parent, and that is why we must stand side by side with the school as their strongest support. Let us encourage our children even more so they can find strength and motivation as they approach the upcoming important exams.
Dear 12th Grade Students,
Your growth is not defined by today’s ceremony; it is demonstrated through your character, your awareness, your efforts, and the academic achievements you have attained so far. Your true growth will be reflected in the upcoming exams.
Raising and educating you is the responsibility of both your parents and teachers, but ultimately, it is your own effort to master yourself that will determine your success. Twelve years of education are just the beginning of your journey, and there is a long road ahead. Take today’s emotions to heart, remember the sacrifices of your parents and the teachings of your teachers. It is your duty to pass on the knowledge, character, and values to the next generation, just as we are passing them on to you.
Be ambitious, have dreams, and take responsibility for yourselves, your families, and society, in order to repay the love and care given to you by your parents and teachers. Each of you will take different paths—some will go to university, others to vocational school, some may join the military or police force, while some may study abroad or join the family business. Whatever path you take, always walk with confidence and keep pushing forward.
Dear Teachers, Parents, and Students,
On this graduation day, we, the parents, once again express our heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers and staff for their tireless efforts. We wish all teachers and staff good health, happiness, and success in their noble careers. May .......... School continue to grow and receive the recognition it deserves.
We also wish all students good health, the strength to overcome challenges, and the confidence to achieve great results in the upcoming national high school graduation exam.
Lastly, we wish all parents health and success in life.
Thank you very much.

5. Parent's Speech at the Year-End Ceremony (No. 8)
Dear:
Respected Teachers!
Honorable Guests and Parents!
Dear students!
Today, during this meaningful and solemn ceremony for the 9th-grade students, I am deeply honored, proud, and moved to share a few words with all of you—offering some encouragement and guidance to the students.
First, allow me to extend a warm and respectful greeting to the honored guests and the parents present at today’s ceremony. I wish all the best to the distinguished guests and parents. May this ceremony be successful and meaningful.
Dear 9th-grade students! Today, as you gather together, filled with youthful memories of innocence and purity, I hope today’s event will become a cherished memory that will stay with you forever. As you move on in life and face the daily challenges, may the memories of this school and its beautiful moments stay with you as a source of strength and inspiration. Let this memory inspire you to live beautifully and appreciate life even more.
Dear students!
To honor the efforts of your parents, there is a traditional saying: “A father's love is as vast as Mount Tai. A mother’s love flows like the river.” Indeed, who has not been raised by a mother, who has not heard the lullabies sung to them, or felt the warmth of their mother's embrace? Who loves their children more than a mother, who sacrifices everything for their well-being? In a mother’s eyes, even when her children grow up, they are still her little ones. Have you ever asked yourselves why? Why does a mother sacrifice so much without asking for anything in return? Perhaps she doesn’t have the perfect skin or the radiant face, but instead, she bears the marks of hard work, waking early and staying up late to ensure her children are cared for and educated properly.
Many of us here have been scolded or even punished by our parents when we were young. As we grow older, have you ever wondered why your parents scolded or disciplined you? It was because they cared for you, wanted you to be better, and strived for your success. Even though they were stern, their love and sacrifice for you have always been unwavering. One day, you will realize the depth of their sacrifices, and you will understand that the greatest gift they have given you is their love and care.
My dear students, the school is also like a “loving mother” that nurtured you from the hands of your parents. You will never forget the “loving mother” that the school has been for you, right? As you continue to grow, some of you may go on to higher education, others may choose to pursue vocational training, but always remember your middle school, where your knowledge and love for learning first blossomed. At this school, you have made beautiful memories with your teachers and friends.
Over the past four years, with the achievements you've made, you have contributed to the school’s legacy. Each of you, despite your different backgrounds and circumstances, has been provided the best possible education and care by your teachers and families. Even in the most difficult moments, you have managed to overcome challenges, achieve high results, and make your parents and teachers proud. Looking back, the images of your past school years are like an unfinished painting, filled with your efforts, tears, and smiles, all of which have contributed to shaping you into the people you are today.
Dear 9th-grade students, as much effort as you have put into your studies so far, the days ahead require even more dedication. The end-of-term exams are fast approaching, and success will come to those who truly strive and listen to their teachers and parents. I wish all of you the best of luck in your exams, both for this term and for your high school entrance exams. May the ceremony today be a great success.
Before I conclude, I would like to leave you with a message: Live responsibly—towards yourself, your family, and society. Lastly, I wish you all good health and success in your upcoming exams, and may you achieve all of your goals.
Thank you very much.

6. Parent Speech at the End-of-Year Ceremony (No. 9)
Dear Honorable Guests,
Dear School Administration, Principal, Teachers, Parents, and Dear Students!
First and foremost, allow me, on behalf of the parents, to extend our heartfelt wishes for health and success to all the distinguished guests, teachers, and everyone present at today’s year-end ceremony.
Dear Distinguished Guests, Dear Teachers!
As parents, words cannot fully capture the immense joy and pride we feel as we watch our children grow. During their time at XX School, we have always supported the unique path the school has charted for its students. This path is not just about acquiring knowledge, but also about developing thinking skills and life competencies. It is about learning how to interact with others, how to behave towards parents, grandparents, siblings, and friends. Watching our children become more obedient, grow physically stronger, and become mentally more cheerful is a joy. They have learned to take care of themselves, to think about their family, something few of them could do before.
Dear Honorable Guests, Teachers, and Parents!
As the Buddha teaches, “There is no one better than a mother in the world.”
“The burden of life is hardest on fathers.”
Parents are the ones who give birth and raise their children to adulthood. However, during this journey, there is another crucial figure who nurtures children’s intellect, character, and moral compass—the teacher. Today, I represent all parents in extending our deepest gratitude to those who are like second parents to our children—our dedicated teachers at XX School.
Dear Students!
As the years pass, I am certain that at this year-end ceremony, you all have something to say. I urge you to keep the emotions of today in your hearts, to truly understand the teachings of your teachers and the sacrifices of your parents. In the future, you will not only master your own lives but also contribute to the well-being of the nation. Your growth, demonstrated not only in this ceremony but also in the crucial results of the upcoming graduation exams, national university, and college entrance exams, is what matters most.
You should always feel proud and happy to be part of this big family in a small yet loving school. Know that your teachers and parents will always be by your side as you pursue knowledge, cultivate virtue, sharpen your skills, and realize your dreams and aspirations.
Dear Parents!
I believe, like me, you all trust and are ready to closely cooperate with the school to create the best conditions for our children to have a solid foundation for their future as they continue their education at this school.
Dear Teachers, Parents, and Dear Students!
Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the teachers, staff, and everyone at Nam Viet School. I wish you all health, happiness, and success in your noble career of shaping future generations!
I hope Nam Viet School continues to grow, producing many more generations of capable and successful students. I wish the students good health, happiness, and the best results in the upcoming graduation, college, and university entrance exams. May you enjoy a joyful, meaningful, and enriching summer vacation.
I wish all parents abundant health, happiness, and success in life.
I wish all of us prosperity and fulfillment in all endeavors.
Thank you very much!

7. Parent Speech on the School Year End Summary (Number 1)
Honorable distinguished guests!
Dear teachers!
Respected parents and beloved students!
May has arrived, with the intense summer heat, and it’s time to mark the end of the school year, as students prepare for their summer break after a challenging academic year. Today, the school’s management, along with the homeroom teachers, in collaboration with parents and students, have organized this closing ceremony to celebrate graduation and express gratitude to the students of the academic year 20XX - 20YY. As the head of the parent association of class..., I am truly honored to represent the parents and share my thoughts and feelings during this graduation ceremony for our students.
First of all, I would like to extend my heartfelt wishes for good health and warm greetings to the school’s management and all teachers. I wish the representatives of the students’ parents good health, and may the students always be well-behaved and excel in their studies.
Dear teachers!
Respected parents!
Dear students!
As parents, we wish nothing more than for our children to grow up well-behaved and successful.
There is a Buddhist saying:
“There is no one who can compare to a mother
And no one bears a heavier burden than a father.”
This has always been true, both in the past and today! But dear students, do you know? There is someone we owe a great debt of gratitude to, someone we can never forget, someone we must always honor. This person didn’t give birth to us, didn’t provide our food and clothing, but through their guidance, we have developed intellectually, emotionally, and gained knowledge that prepares us for life. This person is the teacher.
Dear teachers!
As parents, we often teach our children the same thing, and because of that, for many years, we have entrusted our precious children to you with complete trust and hope. We understand that during this time, you have worked very hard with our children, not only striving to impart knowledge but also teaching them the right values, creating an environment where our children could live, learn, and grow in a clean, safe, and friendly space. We feel truly grateful and reassured.
We know some children excel, study well, but others still struggle, don’t apply themselves, or are distracted by play, which affects their academic results and makes the teachers’ work more difficult. Yet, we parents have never had the opportunity to express our appreciation to you.
Today, in this emotional atmosphere, we ask that you accept the heartfelt gratitude of both the students and the parents. We will never forget the invaluable contributions of the teachers at this school who have imparted knowledge, confidence, and wisdom to our children and have taught them the life skills necessary for their future academic journeys. We sincerely thank the school’s management and all the teachers who have dedicated themselves to teaching our children over the years at this school.
Dear teachers!
Dear beloved students!
Finally, I would like to thank all the teachers at this school. I wish you all continued health, happiness, and success in your careers as educators. Even after the students graduate, we will always remember you. Should the school ever need assistance, we are here to help.
We send you our warmest regards in the form of a bouquet of fresh flowers, a token of our appreciation.

8. Parent speech at the end of the school year (number 2)
Dear distinguished guests and dear parents!
Today, amidst the excitement of the graduation ceremony for the 5-year-old kindergarten class, I am deeply honored and proud to represent all the parents of the school, and especially the parents of the kindergarten class, in expressing our heartfelt gratitude towards the school's administration and teachers – the ones who have guided our children through their educational journey over the past years.
Dear distinguished guests, parents, and teachers.
From the beginning, our children were small and fragile, lacking discipline and structure. However, thanks to the nurturing environment provided by the school, they have grown healthy, strong, and are now equipped with the necessary physical and intellectual foundation to confidently transition into elementary school. This success is entirely due to the dedication of the school and teachers who have tirelessly ensured every meal, every rest, and every learning moment was taken care of, providing an optimal learning environment while imparting essential life skills. As parents, we are incredibly grateful and reassured knowing our children are in such capable hands.
On behalf of all the parents and children, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to the school administration and the teachers who have overcome many challenges and hardships to guide our children to this point.
In recognition of these immense efforts, we pledge to continue nurturing and supporting our children as they grow and mature, so that we may honor the trust the teachers have placed in us. We wish the school administration and the teachers continued health and happiness. As one academic year ends, it opens the door to new opportunities and challenges as the children embark on their next journey with dreams and aspirations. May our children remain healthy, diligent, and always proud to be a product of XX Kindergarten.

9. Parent's Speech at the End-of-Year Ceremony (Part 3)
Honorable guests!
Dear School Administration, Teachers, Parents, and Students!
First of all, allow me to represent the parents and extend our heartfelt wishes for good health to everyone present at today’s Year-End Ceremony!
Dear distinguished guests and teachers!
As parents, it's impossible to fully express our joy and pride in seeing our children grow. Over the years, we have supported the school’s educational approach, which not only focuses on imparting knowledge but also encourages critical thinking and life skills. Our children’s behavior has significantly improved — they are more respectful toward parents, grandparents, and neighbors.
What used to be children dependent on their parents has evolved into young individuals who are now capable of taking care of themselves, showing concern for their family members, and even looking after the household. These changes are the result of the dedication and guidance provided by our teachers. On behalf of the parents, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to those second parents who have guided our children.
Dear students!
After a long journey over the years, I’m sure you have many things you want to express during this final Year-End Ceremony at this school. Please keep these emotions close to your heart today, and always remember the immense love and care your teachers and parents have given you. In the future, you will take control of your own lives and contribute to the future of our country.
Your growth is not only reflected in today’s ceremony but also in your academic efforts and in your approach to life. The true measure of your maturity will be seen in the results of the upcoming exams and in how you handle life’s challenges.
We hope you will always feel proud and happy to be part of this loving school family. Teachers and parents will always be silently by your side, supporting you on your journey of knowledge, virtue, and realizing your dreams.
Dear parents!
As parents, we trust and are ready to cooperate with the school to provide our children with a solid foundation for their future by entrusting them to this institution.
Dear teachers, parents, and students!
Finally, allow me to express my sincere gratitude to the school’s teachers and staff. I wish all the teachers and staff good health, happiness, and success in their noble work of educating the future generations!
May the school continue to grow and nurture more brilliant, capable students! I wish our students success in their upcoming exams, a joyful and fulfilling summer break, and may all parents enjoy good health and success in life!
Sincerely, thank you!
