Regulations on room prices.

- Room rate includes: Breakfast at the restaurant, 02 bottles of mineral water 330ml, instant coffee, lipton tea, beach service, swimming pool, service charge and 10% VAT.

- Room rate includes a maximum of 02 guests/room, if the third guest is paired, an additional surcharge will be charged according to the above price list, but only up to 03 adults/room (with extra bed, including breakfast).

SUPPORT MODES.

1. Children:

- Children under 5 years old: sharing bed with parents, free breakfast.

- Children from 6 to 10 years old: service fee of 100,000 VND/night (without extra bed, including breakfast and room service).

- Children from 11 years old and above will be charged the same surcharge as adults.

2. Airport or pier pick-up and drop-off support:

- Groups of guests from 03 to 10 rooms: support 01 16-seat car to pick up and see off the airport or pier (2 times) with the same time.

Extra bed surcharge policy:

- Period (15/8-15/11): surcharge 250,000 VND/night/person

- Period (1/1-15/5; 2/15-21/2/2018; 4/25-2/5/2018; 1/9-3/9; 16/5-14/8; 16/) 11-31/12;): surcharge 400,000 VND/night/person

CANCELLATION POLICY.

a) In case the customer unilaterally cancels the room before the check-in date.

* For weekdays:

- Customers who cancel the room 5 days before the check-in date, the cost of service cancellation is 40% of the amount that the group has deposited to the hotel.

- Customers who cancel the room within 04 days before the check-in date, the customer must pay the hotel 100% of the service value according to the booking voucher.

* For holidays and New Year's Day of the year:

- Customers who cancel the room 30 days before the check-in date, the service cancellation cost is 50% of the deposit to the Hotel.

- Customers who cancel the room within 29 days before the check-in date, the customer must pay the Hotel 100% of the service value in the booking form (booking).
