Shuttle bus service is available from Kawaguchiko station to the property before 11:00 AM and from 02:00 PM to 07:00 PM. Kindly contact the property when you arrive at the station for the service.

The seasonal Japanese Kaiseki course dinner will be served upon request at JPY 6,600 per person. Please make a reservation 3 days before the arrival date. Same day or short notice reservation cannot be accepted. For the guests with dinner reservation, dinner cannot be served after 07:30 PM and will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
When booking for 10 or more persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property offers shuttle pick-up and drop-off service from/to Kawaguchiko Station. Shuttle service is available from 9-11 AM and 2-9 PM, and guests must contact the property upon arrival.
